These guys are awesome! Our basement flooded so I called UDK. Scott was here within 15 minutes and he had a crew here within about an hour. Scott, Connor, Sheryl, Renato, and Wilfredo made our problem their problem and got to work immediately. This team is very professional and empathetic, understanding what we were going through. They could have looked at this just like another job, but they listened to our concerns and thoroughly explained the process. UDK has been fantastic, and I would recommend them without hesitation! When our basement flooded due to a burst hose bib, I initially thought only about the water in the basement. But the project is SO much bigger.

Get out the wet belongings. Extract the water. Dry everything out with fans. Pack up multiple rooms and storage. Get it all out. Remove the damaged flooring and walls. Replace them. Put it all back together. It’s a huge project!

UDK has teams for each part of the project. Their unified approach to project management and specialized teams to focus on each portion meant that each step happened quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate their help and would call them again if the need arose. I should also mention that my insurance company had nothing but praise for them as well. Given their position, that speaks volumes.

Russell, Sheryl, Landon, and Beto did an amazing job clearing out our main floor to get ready for our flooring repair. They were in and out in less than an hour, super respectful with our things, and very kind and professional!

Showed up very fast on a Saturday night. Sergio and Sheryl worked extremely fast to get things taken care of. We were impressed as they were mostly wrapped up by midnight.

Horrible! quick to respond and dry out wet areas and remove damaged areas. Absolutely terrible communication and project management. Took months for them to return and repair the damage. Very unprofessional and what just seemed like laziness and lack of caring. I ended up finishing the repairs myself. Did not work well with insurance agency.

If you ever have damage are good for mitigation but do NOT use them for your repair contractor

UDK were on the job to help with a flood issue at my elderly mother’s house within a couple of hours. Even though it was a Friday evening Connor and Sergio stayed and worked to make sure until all the standing water was gone and the wet carpet pad had been removed so any additional damage could be mitigated. They were so polite and professional.

Brandon and Sergio and Russell were so professional and helpful when our basement flooded. They came after hours and pumped all the water out while moving all our furniture and storage items. What great employees!

This is the worst company ever. They don’t deserve 1 star my basement got flooded Andrew came out and said we got you covered. After a few hours he said he didn’t know where the water was coming from and couldn’t extract the water. He never turned the main water off he said he wasn’t a plumber. He said he had to go home because his boss said to leave so he could sleep and go to work in the morning. Meanwhile water is still flooding into my basement and not being extracted. Then he had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review so he would get a free lunch. Unbelievable!!! I asked for the boss to call me and he still has never reached out . This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not trust them!

Had a water heater on the 2nd floor crack open and dump 400 gallons of water flooding the first floor. UDK came in right away and cleaned up all the water and handled the remediation. They did a fantastic job and I was couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did!

My cities main sewer line was blocked which caused my basement to flood. Tyler, Ricky and Javier came within an hour. They moved all the furniture from 4 bedrooms and secured it to avoid damage. Once the city cleared the blockage and water stopped coming up. They clean up all the water, pulled all the carpet and tile and disposed of it. When they were done they put fans, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. They also created a containment wall so the smell would not come upstairs. High recommend. They communicated very well and let me know what needed to be done and so that I could understand. They were knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Alex and Sheryl did a great job. They responded quickly and cleaned up our water damage in a timely manner.

UDK has been very responsive. Their crew is very friendly and helpful(Landon, Sheryl, and Russell).Their communication has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them for any disaster cleanup.

The team came in the evening and quickly took care of the immediate issue. Russell had the forethought about the next step in the project and found the perfect spot to make a clean dry wall cut. This made it quicker to dry and easy access for the plumber to fix the issue.

Renato, Sheryl, Russel, they were amazing with the work that they did for us. These 3 young people were professional, and friendly, quick. After they were done with the work they cleaned up every, and packaged everything that needed to be moved in boxes and made sure that everything was protected so that they wouldn’t get damaged.

Brandon and Joseph from UDK helped resolve the issues caused by a leak in our building. They were efficient and cleaned up the site really well. We have always been served so well by UDK and they always provide amazing service.

When I had a flood in my basement, I called UDK. They had a team within a couple hours at my house. They got everything cleaned up and dried out within a couple of days. They are very professional.

Our basement flooded last night so we called Utah Disaster Kleenup. Alex and Joseph were here in just over an hour to get started with the cleanup and they worked until it was at the point where it was ready to have fans and a humidifier drying everything out. They communicated well and helped us understand what to expect for next steps. Today Taylor and Nathan came out to assess damage and progress on drying out the carpet. And they are checking back in tomorrow. Very good first impression of the company! They have alleviated the stress of having damage to our home. I’m adding to this post because it turns out the damage was more extensive than we originally thought. So they sent out the mitigation team to help move all of our belongings from the basement and to pull up all the flooring and cut out drywall etc. Just like everyone else we’ve met so far, the mitigation team was very pleasant and super respectful of and careful with our belongings and helped make a difficult situation manageable. Russell and Zachary came to help my water leak from my water heaters. They worked quickly and did a great job removing the water damage.

Connor, Russell, and Javier were polite and efficient. The only problem we had is that we had to wait 4 days for them to pick up their equipment. They did not inform us about the delay. We had to email them to get a response.

A big thanks to Russ and his team, too many to name. They completed the mitigation of the flooding in our home. 5 stars for their detail and swift action.

Brandon, Karsen, Connor and Alex were exceptional. They were calm, patient, and worked so hard they were drenched in their own perspiration. They answered all our questions multiple times as I repeated asking the same question. They made sure we were comfortable with where they were moving furniture and other household items. They even joked with us to help keep us uplifted on such a mess. They truly are some of the best professionals we’ve ever worked with.

We hired UDK as our General Contractor for putting our kitchen back together after some significant water damage. We fired them after they sent out their first set of contractors. The contractors were supposed to repair the drywall and paint, they attempted to do both on the same day, not the best results.

Unfortunately UDK had already ordered the material for our floor at this point, so we were locked into using them for that. You'd expect a General Contractor would handle all the coordination, but we had to coordinate with our UDK project manager, Todd, the Wise Flooring project manager (UDK Floor sub) and the Project Manager for Rocky Mountain Floors (Wise's sub), and the actual installers (Rocky Mountain's employee).

The cherry on top, is that at the end, UDK just sent us an invoice, and never sent anyone out to inspect the work of their subs. When we complained about it to our sales person, Alex, just thanked us for our feedback.

Brandon and Sergio made a much better day out of a terrible situation from water in my basement. 5 stars for Brandon, Sergio, and all of the other UDK staff.

UDK may provide good work, but their customer service and representation by their employees could improve. A young lady with a devil tail nose peircing, driving a UDK vehicle cut me off in line for vehicle service while I waited for direction on where to go. I approached her vehicle and told her she cut the line and she quite rudely declined to move after the situation was explained. It's unfortunate to have your company publicly represented in this manner.

We had a water leak into a small, locked, secure closet. When discovered, it appeared that to have happened months ago, and there was a significant growth of mold present.
Alberto and Russell have been wonderful in discovery, water, and mold mitigation!

UDK (Jaden) although they will come back for a few touch ups.. they came through and did a great job.
