Rainbow International of Orem

We recently had a pipe break which put a lot of water in our basement. We needed help fast. Rainbow Restoration came out pronto even though it was on a weekend!
Their technicians, all of them, were helpful and friendly and took great care of us ; even though it was a lengthy process they didn't leave until they knew for certain that the area was completely dry. They worked around our schedule and were always pleasant to be around. I highly recommend them to you.

Rainbow was an amazing company to work with. The day we moved in to our new home the house flooding 2 floors. They came the next day started drying everything then after they also completed the entire rebuild and the service was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.

They did an excellent job in quickly getting my flood damage dried out! They also did a great job in communicating with me upfront to advise me what to expect and what they would be doing to accomplish the job.

They also fixed our ceiling and painted the house, I am very detail-oriented and with Rainbow I did not find any detail without great care. I am grateful and recommend them.

I had a broken pipe in downstairs basement. Rainbow International was on top of water reclamation as soon as the plumber had finished. William and Porter were quick, professional and thorough. I will certainly contact Rainbow International if ( hopefully not) I need this service again.

My son unfortunately flooded our upstairs bathroom on Thanksgiving and it flooded our kitchen ceiling Rainbow had Will put the very next morning he was beyond professional explained everything he was doing and why and it was so cost effective we didn't even bother filing a claim I've never been more excited to receive a bill thank you Will for everything.

When you discover early in the morning that your basement is flooding from your backed up sewer, that's not a problem you want to wait around for someone to help you out.

I called Rainbow International of Orem early in the morning, and Jared was there within an hour, assessing damage, explaining next steps to me, helping me to find a plumber, and walking me through the insurance claim process.

Our flooded basement has been incredibly stressful for both my wife and me, but it would have been much more stressful had we not had such communicative and prompt help.

They made sure all of our questions were answered and coordinated closely with our insurance company that significantly eased some of our burden with having do deal with the challenges and headache of a roof leak. These guys are great! They've fixed 2 floods for us and both times they came late at night and got it dried quickly. They worked with my insurance and did a great job .

I called Rainbow to clean some huge vomit stains (long story) and they made the carpet look new! They responded quickly, were so easy to work with, and their prices are more than fair. Great company!
