Energy Savers Insulation

Installation has been great. Easy company to work with. They are not pushy and have given us great updates on the progress of our project. We are looking forward to seeing our savings. Great follow through and help with the paperwork for taxes.

The only reason I did not give this company 5 stars is because the installer's came late and were not prepared to start work when they got here so it set us back about a one hour. Other than that they did work quickly and quietly and I'm looking forward to seeing if we notice an improvement with our energy bills .

Stolen property caught on video. We hired Energy Savers in June 2017 to spray insulation in our basement and in the process the installer stole a bundle of copper wire we had in the area he was working. We were physically home when this took place, so it isn't like we left them unattended in our home. When we called to report this to Energy Savers we were told the questioned the installers and "they didn't see any copper wire in the basement", so we pulled up our video camera footage and caught the incident on tape. When we showed the footage to the company, including the owner, it couldn't be disputed. We called the owner and were seeking reimbursement of some sort for the lack of service and extreme violation of privacy due to us allowing this company to come into our home and do work and what we got instead was victimized. The owner got extremely defensive when I mentioned reimbursement. He claimed I was attempting to "blackmail" the company. If we are all honest with ourselves, we can agree that reimbursement for the lack of service is something we should expect in a situation of this nature, but instead I was once again victimized by the owner, Chris, for even making such a outrageous request. The person whole took the copper wire still has it in his possession and was told to come and bring it back and personally apologize to us for taking it, which is them admitting he stole it, but they are not willing to stand behind the service and they told me that they would put him on probation, but he will remain working for them as an installer, which means he is still going to be going into others homes. I am writing this review to inform everyone to proceed with extreme caution with Energy Savers Insulation and I am not convinced this hasn't taken place before and just hasn't been caught on video. My situation cannot be resolved and after Chris accused me to trying to gain something financially from this horrible situation, I told him even if he offered me money at this point I wouldn't take it because I don't want to give him any reason to state I am gaining from their crime. At a minimum, what I can gain is to warn others seeking insulation services who work just as hard as we do for our money and hope you can learn from our situation and avoid this in your transactions. There are plenty of other honest companies out there, so please take this into consideration when looking for a company to use.

These folks came out and did insulation and installed a attic power fan a couple years ago. I noticed the other day the ceiling was discolored. Had a roofer come out and check the roof and low and behold, he showed us the shoddy installation of the attic fan! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR ROOF! WILL COST ME $595 TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY RUINED MY 50 YEAR ROOF!

Back in April 2016 they installed my Solar and put insulation in my attic. The solar has replaced my electric bill for the last few months. I love my solar power and they did a great job with the installation. It looks really good on my roof and it produces plenty of power. With energy costs going up I don't have to worry about my bill going up at all. Thanks ES Solar!

Professional. Fast. AND they saved us money. We are using the furnace less (and AC less in the summer) and saving energy and money. They did a great job! AND they are very affordable. We save money every month!

I had new insulation installed back in May its now Jan my heating cost have literally chopped in 1/2, I have a really small attic and when the installers showed I was scared the guy was going to fall through luckily he didn't and also was able to blow in all insulation a total of 53R was installed.
I had called to company a couple of times since Rocky Mountain Power had not sent my refund check and they understood giving me more time to forward the rebate. I would recommend these guys due to the fact that they came back 2 times to talk and ask my opinion on the work performed. Many thanks guys keep up the good work

First they did not do the job anywhere near the quality the sales men showed. Installer was very unprofessional scraped my walls in several spots with his ladder it'll cost about $50 for a can of paint and the other painting supplies to fix it. When i asked for pictures of the work the installer got very defensive about the pictures of the their work. Then they ask you for references before they do there sub-par work. Then they left a mess clear from the attic access to the front door i should charge them for the shampoo job I'll have to do.

Just had my attic insulated and could not ask for a better company. They called and kept me posted when they would be here clean and the nicest crew. Thank you so much, I will spread the word about you. Look forward to the savings.

Horriable !! Avoid this company at all cost!! If they dont receive your rebate check on time they call and harras and threaten collections. My heat bill is higher than the year before with temps higher than year before. Very unprofessional company, they left huge mess, very shody work. Please do your homework but dont use this company. And they were laughing and swearing in attaic as they were working.
