Resorting to Google in hopes of getting a response from the owner. After paying for the glass on a slider to be replaced the work has yet to be completed. I recently sold the house but contracted John to do the work prior to the sale. Was promised he was going to do the work today and didn’t show up, needless to say the new owners of the home aren’t happy. Phone calls and texts messages not returned. Attorneys are involved at this point, and I see other customers are having the same issue I am. I’m prepared to take legal action to get my money back at this point.
Run away from this vendor! We are very happy with our window installation. They were professional and answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait weeks for my window to be adjusted. I called and John came right out. I recommend them for being professional and completing great work. Thank you John and crew
