At first, The Roofers seemed like a dream come true. They were really nice and told me about how old roofs can go through insurance and how I can save a lot of money. I trusted them to file a claim on my behalf after they said they found enough damage on my roof. The insurance has now accused me of trying to scam them and I have no choice but to change insurance companies. I’ve never even filed a claim… I never expected for this to go so wrong. They were super confident about this and I just feel deceived. When I notified them they told me this happens all the time and not to worry. I wonder how many other people have gotten screwed because of this.

Exceeded my level of expectation in every respect from fair pricing, respect of property, cleanup, hard-working staff in 100 degree heat, and best of all their finished product that replaced the roof on my garage. The previous gambrel roof had 3 layers of shingles and areas of rotted plywood. It was a very labor intensive job. I would definitely recommend The Roofers, LLC

The Roofers replaced the rear roof on our house and we were extremely happy with the job they did. So much that when we needed additional work done on the front roof we called upon them again. Scott got back to me very quickly with a quote, explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He and his crew of hard workers showed up early on the day & time we agreed upon. Scott even took some pics throughout the day so I could see how the job was progressing. All of the roofing refuse was cleaned up when they finished and they were careful not to damage my garden plants. Thorough and professional from start to finish - I highly recommend!

Most of all Scott Did Everything He Said He Would Do. He sat down with me and discussed all my questions which I had a lot of. He took the time to show me the quality of his products and explain the warranty's. His men only stopped to eat lunch and worked like a fine tuned machine . OH and speaking of his crew . They are HIS CREW not a crew that works for many roofers . They have been together for many years which is why they work like a fine tuned machine. The crew came in worked so fast and efficiently. After the job was done my yard was put back exactly like it was and very clean.

Scott and his crew removed my old roof and installed a new roof and a cupola in one day. They did an awesome job ,when they left my property was in perfect condition and not a nail left behind. Called Scott due to wind damage to flashing around chimney. Responded very quickly and repaired the flashing before the next rain. Also asked to inspect the 30 year old roof, informed me it still had a few good years remaining, didn’t try to sell me a roof I didn’t need. All at a very reasonable price. Needed to put a new roof on and got a referral from a good friend to contact Impressive Homes. Scott was very responsive providing me a very competitive quote in just a day without coming to the house and instead used a special app. The quote spelled out in precise detail, all the services included in the cost.The next day he brought by samples and explained the process, answered my questions, and put me on his calendar for the next week.
The crew arrived promptly at 7:30, draped the entire house for protection, and worked rapidly and neatly to completely finish the job in one day! I used Impressive Homes for cleanup/repairs due to tree damage from Hurricane Isaias. Owner Scott Kelley was outstanding to work with and frequently went above and beyond. He frequently personally stepped up to help out with things while his crews were tied up in other projects (e.g. personally showed up to help remove tree limbs from the roof and remove the tree limbs). Also, he rolled up his sleeves on the roof repair itself (e.g. rafter replacement) as his crews were busy with the shingling process. His crew was extremely efficient and completed the shingle replacement in just 2 days! It’s also important to highlight that Impressive Homes was meticulous in their clean-up, which was greatly appreciated as I have young children and dogs that are always running around in the yard. Scott frequently worked directly with the Insurance Company and personally met with the insurance adjuster to discuss the nature and extent of the repairs, which really minimized how much I had to deal with the adjuster during the process. At the end of the day, my experience with Scott and his crew was “impressive” and I highly recommend Impressive Homes.

Updated 5/2022. Scott and his team did an awesome job from what I could tell from the ground. They sent me pics of progress and issues they fixed. My gutter guy got on the roof a few months later and said there were at least 40 nails scattered all over my roof. I thought they cleaned up but apparently only the ground.

At first I got three different quotes from all of these roofers. But then Impressive Homes came and truly impressed me with their care quality and results. They got the insurance company to repair the roof and they did the installation quick in less than a day. Truly recommend Scott and the team.

Quote was quick and competitive. Once the job was scheduled the delivery of material and dumpster was neat, timely and convenient. The crew showed early the day scheduled and began the days hard work by laying tarps to protect landscaping, deck and outdoor equipment. They were polite, efficient, hard working and extremely neat. They had guys picking up debris all day long. Sometime during the day a window screen was damaged as can easily happen with a demolition of this magnitude. When brought to the owners attention he immediately took the screen for repair. He insisted on repairing the adjacent screen (undamaged) to insure the two screens matched. I’m very happy with the final product. I would recommend Impressive Homes LLC to my friends without hesitations.
