I waited a few years and some severe storms before giving my 100% review....After dealing with a very shady roofing company that couldn't give me a direct honest answer and giving me the run around, I reached out to USA Roofing, They were quick to come out and give a full no B.S. quote on replacing my roof along with very important information about attic ventilation, and were very thorough going over various types of roofing materials. The quote was very reasonable and they got my business. The crew was fast, very polite and the quality of work was A+.I would definitely refer this company, quick,professional, excellent communication and no surprise fees after the job was done.

Despite crappy weather they were able to replace my roof in less time than they estimated. Also, they left my yard cleaner than they found it. Would definitely recommend.

Very hard to get a clear and concise answer prices constantly change spending 26,000 you should expect the customer to have questions and if you can't answer those questions without getting frustrated you're in the wrong business I should have saw the signs with dealing with Chris off the get-go definitely has a short fuse and if things don't go perfectly you can see the attitude come out it should have read the reviews on such issues

so update I just realized Chris is the owner of the company and got a call from him asking me why I left nasty reviews I told him it was a truthful review. at this point Chris became very combative raised his voice to the point where I had to hang up on him I judge people and companies of how they react to situations, my fear is now what if there was an issue with the roof would I get this kind of customer

So in response to Chris's comment appreciate how nice you're being here probably should keep that same energy when speaking to customers first off yes I had questions when you did the estimate and we had our conversation I told you there was variables and I explained those variables of what we might need and you told me you would get me a quote for those also we are very able to get financed but with the amount constantly changing made it very hard especially with how clear and concise I said I wanted a complete new roof but you sent me a quote for just shingles second of all in the roofing estimate for repair you said I needed new skylights but with the new roof you said those weren't needed so again I had some questions cuz it didn't quite make sense all the best variables and Extras you speak of were discussed in our original conversation when you came to our house but for some reason you either didn't hear me or didn't listen 3rd another person got involved and started giving me different prices then you had given me so again yes I have questions these questions about stuff seem to bother you I apologize for having questions when I'm spending $26,000 with a company multiple times you did not contact me when I texted and emailed you so again if you want to try to make the narrative that you went out of your way that is not the case and this probably all would have not even been a big deal but it was the way you spoke and responded to the like I had done something wrong for asking questions and possibly wanting some variation on the roof

Gutter replacement - excellent job at a fair price. They were able to get the job done before the rainy season. I recommend this company.

USA went above and beyond for me twice, took care of me immediately in 2 emergency situations, much cheaper quote than other roofing companies I had contacted...excellent, polite work crew, easy to deal with reps for the buisiness. 5 star in my book, lucky to have found them. Chris did a pro job on our flat roof garage. It looks great and is more watertight than it has been in 30 years. Our 1889 house needed some roof repair and his crew took care of everything. The house looks better than ever. No problem recommending these guys.

I got five bids from roofing companies and all offered different approaches to a tricky low-slope roof on part of my house. After tons of research, I went with USA Roofing because they offered the best solution in the middle price range. The work was expertly done and the end product is aesthetically pleasing. My only complaint was the lack of attention to daily site issues, like my driveway being blocked for two days. Nevertheless, 11/10 would hire again.

USA Roofing did a great job on our roof! The staff were very responsive to our concerns. It has been a year since the work was completed and it has been problem free. They committed to a time line and finished a little early. I would recommend them to others for sure.

They have done exceptional work with very good quality and reasonable price. I was amazed by the quality of work done to give the quote was really very good, everything was transparent and price is so reasonable, work quality is really great and timely. They even provided references for my solar panels removal and re-installation and that also worked to be very good. I recommend USA Roofing is the perfect stop, without any doubt you can stop your search and go with them.

USA Roofing is a reputable company . Chris the owner came to do the estimate where as other companies sent a salesman. He was the only one who went up into the attic to assess for ventilation and to check for mold. That tells you something. They use Malarkey shingles, which are considered one of the best on the market. The bid was in line with other companies. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the full replacement done in two days. My overall feeling is that this company and their workers really takes pride in their work. They gave us a great looking roof. Highly recommended.

Very professional and scheduled our re-roof quickly. It took a group of about 4 men 3 days from start to finish. We are very satisfied and the roof looks great a year later. Highly recommend!
The only iffy thing, which did not bother us after the fact, was the owner stated he would be onsite during the project and he never returned after the bid. The other guy in charge was great at communication and it was not a deterrent in any way. He was quick to come and explain everything and totally thorough. It was easy to trust him after he arrived and got to work. Just maybe don’t say you will personally be at the job if that really won’t be the case.
We had a cooler with plenty of water, Gatorade and snacks for the crew throughout as they were scheduled up at our home on the hottest summer days of 2024.

Def roofing pros for a reasonable cost. All the men were professional. They were often invited inside and declined. Likely to have them back for the roof maintenance!

Incredibly thorough and worked through some of our crawl space issues and lack of circulation in our old home. Looking forward to them coming out to reroof our home.

I hired USA Roofing & Waterproofing to install a new roof on my house. I had bids from several other contractors. USA Roofing provided a competitive bid to most of the others. What stood out over the other’s was Chris’s attention to detail during the inspection of the roof and attic. He pointed out several issues with the construction of the original roof, how the bathrooms weren’t properly vented, and several places where water was penetrating in the attic. I wanted the entire decking replaced in a small attic enclosure that was treated for mold nine years ago, as well as a section of barge board that was poorly constructed with the house; he was willing to do both. During the project, both Chris and Jack addressed all my concerns and questions. I am very satisfied with the completed project, and my new roof with upgraded ventilation, looks so good.

Recommended by a contractor friend. They did a great job assessing, explaining, and patching up a roof leak for us. Sent out additional guys when I asked to also clean our gutters. Super fast, friendly, efficient, and the roof doesn't leak anymore. We'll call them again when we need another gutter cleaning.

Extremely happy with USA Roofing and Waterproofing's commitment to their warranty, quick response and fantastic communication. We bought our first house a little over a year ago and found a leak the first morning after we moved in. It could have been an absolute financial disaster. However, we were able to find out that USA Roofing and Waterproofing had installed it and Chris, right off the bat, was willing to stick by their warranty and Leo was quick to fix the leak. After more leaks popped up, Chris stayed committed to the warranty and replaced our ENTIRE ROOF, completely covered by his warranty. He and Jack prioritized our house and sent out his crew lead by Apolinar, who was absolutely fantastic, super communicative and professional to do the full roof replacement. I fully believe that even the best companies make mistakes but it is a truly great and trustworthy company to fully and completely stand by their warranty. More evidence about how lucky we got to have a roof installed by USA Roofing & Waterproofing is all the roofing companies we talked to who could not believe a roofing company would stand by such a warranty five years later and after the sale of a home. I cannot recommend USA Roofing & Waterproofing enough.

I woke up to what appeared to be a roof leak and a friend gave me Chris' contact information as he recently completed a roofing job at one of their properties. I called Chris and he had one of his crew (Leo) at my house within thirty minutes. Leo was able to assess the situation, determine where the leak was coming from and let me know a plan for repair. USA Roofing inspected and cleaned our roof, installed attic vents, and replaced some flashing. All was done as described in the estimate they provided ahead of time. They provide a reasonably priced yearly maintenance and we will definitely use then when it comes time to replace our roof.

Had a roof leak hit us suddenly. Panicked and started calling roofers but most didn’t even answer. The owner of USA Roofing called me back quickly, and drove out the next day and inspected my roof. The quote was reasonable and he scheduled our roof just a few days out. He sent me photos of the roof while his guys worked on it. Will use them again for sure. Very professional, no up-selling or BS. Good guys. I recommend.

I realized a vent hood had come off, leaving a hole in my roof (and rain getting in my attic for who knows how long). Called USA Roofing and spoke to Greg who gave me a quote on the phone and arranged for someone to come out the same day. Leo (who did the work) was friendly and quick. I couldn't believe how easy it was to work with them and am so grateful they were able to get it done same day, before the rain set back in.

Took several attempts but it seems the roof is fixed and no longer leaking. This company will follow up and comeback until the customer is satisfied.

These guys are great and Chris is very responsive! They installed roof and gutters, and came back recently for the yearly inspection and gutter cleaning. We will never use anyone else!

USA Roofing & Waterproofing just replaced my worn-out shake roof with GAF shingles and it looks GREAT! Chris and his crew took care of everything from bid to gutters and final cleanup even with some significant project changes. Changes like having to put plywood sheeting over the entire roof (a bid contingency) and an unexpected rain squall were handled in expert fashion. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done.

USA roofing& Waterproofing replaced my roof about 5 years ago I have had nothing but problems with this roof ever since it was installed I have repeatedly tried to work with the Chris on getting this taken care of my husband contacted their company 6 months ago we waited 4 months to hear back from them and when we finally did they gave us the courtesy will will get out there and take care of it as soon as there's a sunny day I highly recommend that anyone considering using this company reconsider and find a different roofing company I am at the point where I want to get an attorney and Sue this man for every penny that I paid him not to mention he is extremely rude talking to you after he's cashed your check by the way I'm still waiting for them to call me to let me know when they're planning on coming so it's been like 9 months since we talked to him someone else started calling my husband I'm telling him their line of crap because I refuse to deal with Chris in any way and I don't even want him on my property well that is my review of the company hope you all take my advice hire a real company that cares about their product and how its installed
