Pricing included replaced 4 rotten boards, ridge vents. 10% price increased due to material price change after April 1,2025. Removed one bee nest under the roof :-p. Great communication. Cons: Waiting scheduling date of install could be shorter. Only takes Casher checks or cash.

We worked with Beau when we had our roof replaced. He was very responsive from start to finish, coordinating the roofing and guttering crews while keeping us informed during all phases of the project. Both crews were
efficient and provided quality work using high quality materials. USA roofing also provides an ongoing inspection service at no charge. Pricing was within the insurance estimates.

I have no complaints about the work that was recently completed, including the replacement of six inch seamless gutters, a clean work space, and no harm done to the original plaster on my home.
