The USA Metal team did an outstanding job with our garage and awning. The structure was started on Wednesday afternoon and finished by noon on Thursday. In addition to doing an outstanding job they cleaned the worksite when finished superbly! I cannot imagine any company doing as good a job as USA Metal did for us.

Buyer beware—once USA Metal completes the sale and construction of your building, you're completely on your own. My building is only three years old, and I'm already dealing with major issues: the roof is leaking, and the garage doors are falling off because they were only partially bolted to the structure. I just started using the building and was shocked to find these problems. When I contacted USA Metal, they passed me off to the installer, who has since ignored my calls and stopped replying to texts as soon as I mentioned the issues. There is zero support or accountability after the sale. If you need repairs, expect to take it to small claims court—because they won’t help you. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I expected better quality and far more responsibility from a company like this with such great reviews.

Ordered a building from USA metal structures talked to john and placed my order on 9/12/2024 was told would take 4-6 weeks for installation
Here we are nov 6th and being told it’ll be the second week of December before they will be able to come out to install the building
John will not return phone calls or texts going to get anything done I’ve had to go around him and call custom built structures to get any information

Junior didn't a excellent job meeting my needs on a building I really appreciate him taking care of it and the crew that put it up we're very friendly and knowledgeable it took them no time to get it installed.

Still never got a refund on a 10 x16 door they never installed.Garage was Built in March ,2024 used wrong colors , installed a broken window and still have no door. Excuses and lies. Just recently had my building installed by Custom Built Structures. I bought through USA Metal Structures (Adam). My advice is to make your final payment after all work is complete to your satisfaction. In my case I made final payment despite the fact that the installer delivered the wrong size garage door and the track did not have the locking slots. Other promises were made to compensate for the mistakes that still have not been honored since last December. it is now May 2024.

Great product, ease of purchasing and setting up plans. Once we were ready the scheduling was quick and timely. The builders came with everything needed and had the 30x50 building up in 2 days. They were extremely professional and checked in with us with any questions. We recommend this company and product to everyone in need of a shop, garage or shed!

Purchased our 24 x 40 steel garage through Marvin at USA Metal Structures. He was extremely patient and always responsive and we got the best price from him after shopping around quite a bit. Our building is beautiful and we love it!

I do not recommend this company at all. I reached out to them early on and they were well responsive on getting my information and answering my questions. Later in the process when I was ready to move forward I placed my security deposit down which was not an insignificant amount of dollars. Upon my deposit it was discussed I would receive my building plans with 1-2 business days. The plans never arrived and when I inquired about expediting the plans after several days the team both the rep and manager was very non responsive and lacked any urgency or customer service. I called multiple times and offered guidance to obtain my plans. After a week I finally got a manager to solve the issue and obtain plans. However this was only after I requested to have my deposit refunded to me in full. At that time no services were rendered and only thing that occurred were wasteful calls and waste of my time. I was informed that the 3rd party vendor would not refund my despising. However my deposit was not given to the third party it was made to USA Metal Structures. I was informed that USA Metal Structures would not refund my deposit because it’s in their agreement but that is a lie. I was then informed that my deposit would Not be refunded because that was their policy. I asked to escalate to higher management and was denied that request. I also reviewed the plans sent by the 3rd party and realized they were not specified plans to my building but generic plans dated for Feb 2023. I waited a week and half upon payment of my deposit and poor customer service and poor responsiveness to get something that was inadequate. The only offered solution was 250.00 off on a 13k building. Again no services were rendered and I wanted my deposit returned. I elected to not move forward with doing business with this company because of this was a major red flag. And took the loss on my deposit. Do not I repeat do not use this company. My name is Robert Lester and my email is in your system USA Metal Structures along with my deposit. Do the right thing but your probably won’t. Sad

I could not ask for a better team! I have wanted a shop for a very long time, and thanks to Marvin Hernandez and Abby putting up with my changes I don't know what I would of done! The building was put up in 2 days in the rain and I could not ask for a better quality! Several of my friends and family have said what a nice job they did on the construction of the building from making sure everything was straight including the screws on the outside to making sure the seams lined up! Thank you for making my dream come true!

After searching through several websites I decided to go with USA Metal and I am glad that I did. There were no surprises from start to finish.
