Nathan was recommended to me from a friend. I called him and he had someone come inspect my roof the same day. My roof needed to be replaced. Nathan was very efficient and professional and his team did a amazing job on my roof. I was impressed I had a new roof within a week. I had several neighbors compliment my roof and surprised how quickly the process was.

Actual roof repair performed by the workers was exceptional. Dealing with the company's 'leadership' was nothing short of a nightmare though. I was told that I would get a $500 referral fee for any neighbors that I referred to USA Home Construction who ended up getting new roofs. I did so, but never received the referral fee. I tried for 4 months to resolve the issue through the head foreman. He eventually went 'lost comm' and stopped answering my calls/texts. I then went direct to the owner. He told me that the check would be mailed within the week. One month later I still have no check. He too refuses to answer phone calls and emails. I value honesty and integrity. I feel that USA Home Construction does good work but lacks character. I won't use them again and would advise my friends against doing the same.

USA Home Construction replaced my parents roof a couple of years ago. Recently, a few of the shingles came loose and needed attention. Nathan was able remedy the situation without any hassles. Great customer service.

They have been great and honest company to work with. We were closing on a house and their quick help and estimates helped save the deal. We've had them look at our house to determine if work needed to be, and they gave us an honest opinion that we probably had a few more good years before being concerned. I will definitely use them when we officially are due to update the roof, or if we have weather issues, as they had great recommendations on insurance companies that are better to work with than others!

USA Home Construction were amazingly responsive. I called them in the afternoon about a roof leak and they came first thing the next morning to evaluate. It turned out to be cracked caulking and not a roof issue and they quickly fixed the issue. I was so impressed with their customer service and quick response that I immediately asked them for an estimate for other work. It's rare to find good honest customer service these days and I was thrilled with the experience with this company.

Highly recommend Nathan and his team!!! Nathan is very knowledgeable and worked directly with my insurance company to replace my roof. He guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. His estimates were spot on, and took the stress out of the roof replacement.

Nathan and his team did a fantastic job replacing my 33-year-old roof. They replaced the entire roof and skylights in two days and came when they said they would. They even repaired the water damage inside my house for free! They were highly recommended by my neighbor and I am delighted that she did.

Nathan and his crew did my roof replacement and installed an exterior door. This was the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor. Nathan communicated with me daily as my insurance clam was being processed and was very helpful in meeting with my insurance adjuster and insuring that all damages were properly recorded. The professionalism of the crew and the top quality workmanship and attention to detail is what makes this group receive a 5 star from me.

I can’t say enough about the quality of proactive service provided by USA Home Construction. Recently I purchased a home in a gated community with an HOA. Without even thinking of any HOA rules governing types of allowable shingles, I ordered a new roof. Nathan quoted me a good 36 year shingle but when he went over to the house to conduct his site survey he noticed that my requested shingle didn’t match the other homes, so Nathan thought ahead and modified my order to order the right HOW compliant shingle. Needless to say when roofing day came and I realized I had completely dropped the ball with checking the roof with the HOA, Nathan showed them that the correct shingle had been ordered! Further, even though the new shingle order was $100 more, he waived the cost! Talk about awesome customer service! USA Home Construction has a customer for life, thank you so much!

Started off professionally. They removed the shingles without removing the gutter guards, the guards got bent out of shape, scraped and damaged beyond repair. We had Gutter Helmet come out to inspect and they said they needed to be replaced. It cost us over $6000.00 to have them replaced. They were the best price and now we know why.

They did a great job with the roof and fixed issues with the old roof that were done incorrectly. The best part was how easy it was to work with Nathan. I highly recommend Nathan and his team, USA Home Construction. I had them replace the roof on my home and garage at the beginning of 2019 because of wind damage. They did such a fantastic job I had them come back to remodel (demolition, walls, ceiling, flooring, painting) my basement in October. Nathan and his team came on-site to scope the work and provide an estimate. They also presented options and ideas to ensure the final product was exactly what was desired. I am blown away by how amazing it turned out. Superb quality, timely service (didn't have to wait months for the project to begin), and bar-raising professional service. Exceeded all expectations and at much more affordable price than competitors.

USA home construction came highly recommended to me by a friend and when all the roofs in our neighborhood were getting replaced due to hail damage I called them and they came out immediately. The whole process from the first meeting until they finished was smooth and professional. Nathan and his crew finishes the entire roof replacement in two days and cleaned up like they were never there. They also found some dry wall damage I didn’t know about and covered that damage repair. I’m a realtor and have been looking for a quality roofing company to refer to my clients for years as I’m always asked. I will be referring these guys to all my clients!

Highly recommend Nathan and his team at USA Home Construction. They replaced my roof after a recent storm and did a fantastic job. They helped me from the initial insurance inspection all the way through to the final walk through on the new roof. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. I was so impressed with their craftsmanship that when I needed the wooden window trim on my house replaced, I turned to them again. The window trim turned out great and were very reasonably priced. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

We had an outstanding experience with USA Home Construction and its owner, Nate. We had a raging windstorm in Loudoun County that tore at least 40 old shingles off our roof overnight - that's 40 ON TOP OF the (probably) 50 we'd lost the previous year. Needless to say, it was high time to get this issue resolved. A long-time friend recommended Nate, so we gave him a call. He came out within a day or two to confirm we had a case for our insurance company, and then worked directly with the insurance company representative sent to inspect our roof claim. Nate even went up on the roof with the guy. In the end, we got the roof replaced, which we definitely needed. And their crew did a great job. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

High Quality with a Fair Price: I recently received a recommendation from a neighbor for new siding and a roof and I am impressed. USA Home Construction did an excellent job. From the first meeting of talking me through the process and having a detailed contract for each type of material and colors on the job. Communication was quick and simple with phone, text and email; whichever I wanted to use. They were patient through the HOA approval process. The price was fair compared to the other bids. The end results are receiving lots of compliments from my neighbors. It looks unbelievably good; I am so impressed with their work. Had a great experience with Nate and his teams. He worked well with my insurance company to get full coverage for hail damage to my roof and also interior water marks on my foyer ceiling. The roofing team was fast and the painting team was really awesome. I'm having additional interior paint work done in the next couple of months and recommend their work.

I had four companies come out and inspect my roof for wind damage and we decided to go with USA Home because they actually fought the insurance company for us to get full roof replacement. They handled all the headaches you usually get from insurance companies and all I did was choose the roof color and install date. They didn't try to upsell me with unnecessary work, but did get me almost everything I wanted while staying in our budget. They post-work inspection was very thorough and made sure we were all on the same page. Their work was well beyond our expectations that we decided to go with them on our windows and doors as well.

We allowed this company to change our roof after a severe wind storm earlier this year. Before we actually got the work done, they returned calls immediately. Now that we have leaks in our roof in 4 different areas, we cannot get them on the phone after notifying them of the problem. We have called them consistently for the past 4 days to no avail. Friends be ware, this may not be a legitimate company that guarantees and standby their work. I do not want your experience to be like mine. Please do your research before allowing this company anywhere on your property. You may regret it. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give less. Take care and bless you and your home.

Today 01/29/2018, I was traveling on VA-28 N between Dulles International airport and VA-267 W toward Leesburg. As I was approaching my exit (which is a left lane exit) I moved into the left lane. I was approximately 1.5 miles from the exit. Traffic was light so I wasn't too concerned about being in the left lane and impeding traffic. The USA HOME CONSTRUCTION vehicle was approximately 3-4 car lengths behind me and seemed to be traveling at my speed (65 mph) as it didn't appear that he was getting any closer. At some point, he got angry and passed me around 70 mph (This is a 55 mph road). Once he got by me, with no one in front of him in his lane, he changed lanes in front of me without signaling and only a half of a cars length between us. As he made his ridiculous lane change, he also chose to sure up my assumptions by flipping me off as he moved in front of me and sped off. I drive for a living and my company expects me to represent them by giving the public the respect that I would expect from any company. This man is a liability to your company and you will only end up regretting having hired him if he continues to behave in such a manner.
Unfortunately, I could not get the tag or vehicle number but he looked to be in his 40-50's, greying light brown hair and beard. He maybe weighed 190 lbs, skinny framed, just like an alcoholic carpenter would look like. I shared the video of the incident in the "photos" section.
