Such a frustrating experience. After nearly 6 months the only thing finished so far is my roof. It took 3 months for them to send a supplement to my insurance company after which they haggled with my insurance company for another 2 months. Now that winter is almost upon us I’ll have to wait until next year for the remaining work to be done. I am so disappointed with this company and would not recommend them.

Could not have been happier with these guys. Responsive, got the job done when they said it would be done, and on the timeline they told me. Kept me apprised of any changes, and quick to get back to me with any and all questions I had. Did the work efficiently, then cleaned up and took care of everything. US Roof installed my new metal roof in Bozeman last spring.
I look up at my new roof daily, and am very happy with how it turned out.
Since the install, we have had heavy rains, a couple very strong wind storms, and now several snows, including two 12" overnight drops.
The roof is performing amazingly!! It is solid, quiet, completely unmoved by the wind, and water tight.
Moreover, I am very impressed with the craftsmanship their crew put into it. Every seam is straight, every edge tied down, the gutters perfectly aligned, the trim pieces lined up and neatly installed. I take a little credit for picking out a very beautiful material, but their team did an awesome job, and since I appreciate it so often, I felt I should let them know.
Lee and her office crew provided outstanding support with my insurance company also!

I want to compliment the crew who worked so very hard on our roof! They did an excellent job, and were very pleasant and respectful.They kept us abreast of when they would be coming, and when we should keep our cars out of garage for the dump truck!! Thank-you for sending out such a great crew, it was a very easy and pleasant experience! We’re very happy with US ROOF, BJ and Lee , the office manager. She is very efficient and communicated quickly and thoroughly, which was greatly appreciated!! We’ll definitely refer US ROOF to others!

Another thing we were very pleased about was
Clean-Up!!! They never left a trace of material, very very thorough, even when they worked really late, and it was very dark- they were cleaning up with flashlights! John told them not to worry about clean- up since they’d be back in the morning- but the crew manager said “no no, we always clean up very good after each day!”
They even hooked up our Direct TV dish. And top it all off, when they were all done with the project, they put our deck furniture back on our deck!! They were very impressive!! The company is very impressive as well! Thank you very much, we are happy customers!

We had an flat fiberglass roof over our back patio that had been damaged by branches and hail over the years and leaked like a sieve because it didn't drain well. US Roof came and gave us some ideas of how to replace it and get a little slope on it. They promised it'd be done within two weeks, and it was. We've now been through several downpours and it's lovely to be able to sit out on the patio during the rain (and not get wet!) and the shade it now provides keeps the house cooler. We were impressed by the professionalism of the crew that did the work, by the attention to detail, the on-time finish and especially the thorough cleanup afterwards. We feel we got what we paid for and then some. Excellent on all counts.

US Roof is very professional and goes beyond what most companies do to make sure that all concerns and questions are addressed. I had to have a new Roof and upon removing the old one (my home is a 1910 Farm House), they found that new decking was required to support the new roofing. They worked with me to work through this unknown condition with speed and grace. I really do Love my New Roof!

US Roof replaced hail damaged roofs on five buildings in our condo complex. The entire process from damage evaluation, signing the contracts (one for each building) roof removal and installation of new roofs was done in a seamless and highly professional manner. The crews were hardworking did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. Their cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring roof repair. I would definitely use them again.

The representative arrived on time fully prepared to give a quote and thorough inspection & estimate. They came in lower than the insurance estimate. Moved us up the repair queue because of missing shingles, and totally replaced (with tear off) 3 roofs on our house, garage and shed. Work was completed within a day, start to finish. I’ve been able to use US Roof multiple times now and every time they were on time, well priced and have consistently done quality work. When considering that a roof and or roof repairs can be a larger expense than what a homeowner is used to it makes sense to us to continue to use US Roof knowing that what is received is exactly what’s needed. Our home was damaged by two severe rain, wind and hail storms in August of 2019, along with thousands of others. US Roof LLC was recommended to us by a friend. Everyone from the contractors to the girls in the office were amazing. The people working on our house and out buildings were on time, conscientious and very professional! When staining one of our sheds with a bird house on it, they very carefully took it down and put it back up without disturbing the babies inside!! The parents came back and finished raising them. The girls in the office made the whole experience relatively painless. They dealt with the hassles with the insurance company so I wouldn’t have to. I have and will continue to recommend US Roof to family, friends and anyone else in need of a contractor!!!

We had a new steel roof put on our midcentury home by US ROOF and we love it . It’s beautiful and has done so much for the curb appeal of this home . Plus it is has a 50 year guarantee. I plan on my golden years in this house so it can be left to the next generation of family and this has helped my peace of mind .

US Roof was hired to make repairs to the roof, gutters and siding that were damaged in the second hail storm of 2019. They also worked with my insurance company when some calculations were found to be incorrect.

US Roof answered each one of my questions and my concerns were listened to. Sometimes it was just an explanation but sometimes it was an issue that needed to be addressed. US Roof resolved the ‘hiccups’ that were found, to my satisfaction. Walk throughs (joint inspections) were done for the roof and most importantly for the siding. Each checklist item was completed before I signed off on the projects.

All of us value the time we have in a day and US Roof values that time as well. From estimate to inspection they were on time!

US Roof installed a new roof, rubber Euroshield, and was the general contractor for new gutters and siding repair/paint, plus other hail damage. We are totally satisfied with all the work that was done. The installs were quick clean and professional. All work was checked/followed up, no mess or other issues.
There was a problem with the gutters which was corrected the day after I contacted US Roof about it.
Their service is not the least expensive, but we got the quality product we expected. They also arranged for financing so we could install the rubber roof upgrade to the garage roof replacement.

US Roof really came through for us on a difficult hail damage claims process. The Insurance company was really not feeling like working with us to finish the claim in a timely fashion, but I could count on the folks in the front office to keep the pressure on them until they answered our questions and addressed the issues that sprang up. During the repairs/claims process, I actually ended up in a situation where I needed to relocate for work and US Roof upped their timeline and worked hard to finish everything so that we could list and sell the house quickly! Lee, Lee Ann, and Cinda all kept in contact with me regularly, which was of great help! The company really does put in the work to be an advocate for you, particularly with respect to the insurance companies. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

It was difficult finding a contractor who would service a metal roof in the Nye, MT area but Lee Ann was very helpful and informative as well as friendly and personable. I also thought they're website was very professional.
