US Metal Roofing

Their web site says that the service area is all of mass. I live in Pepperell, Mass and requested a proposal for a metal roof. It has been over a week and no response other than the Sales person, Bruce, said it would be ready over the weekend. However, no proposal as of yet and no updates. I think we are probably out of their service area. I think he should off just said we are not in the required location and just have been up front at the beginning. I also asked if US Metal would provide me with a proposal for Asphault as well as Metal and Bruce stated that they would not be interested in installing Ashhault even though their web site states they also do Asphalt roofs Really disappointing to say the least.

Excellent work! Our house has a complicated roof with dormers and overhangs and they did an amazing job. I wasn't sure about the color but went with their suggestion and am very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Keith and his team do fantastic work. Even with all of the challenges in the building trades right now they were able to show up when they said, work at a safe but effective pace, and were very pleasant to have on site. The job site was clean and tidy at the end of every day. The roof itself is really well done and will last a lifetime (or more)! The experience shows in their work. Also I felt the ad was a little misleading. They state, what would you say if I told you, you could get one of these metal roofs for almost the same price as a premium asphalt roof? It doesn't seem to me like it's even anywhere close to a premium asphalt roof however doesn't change the fact it's probably the nicest roof I've ever seen

The service was excellent right from the estimation through to the installation. I had special urgency for repairs which the team responded too very well and the final roof looks beautiful along with some additional carpentry that was needed. The crew was professional and did a great job leaving the jobsite cleaned up.

This company did an amazing job on our lake house roof. Keith, the owner, was the only one of the companies we had give us an estimate who noticed a bulge in one part of the roof. He said he could fix it to look better. And indeed he did. The other thing that really impressed me was that they told me that when the old shingles were taken off, they were very brittle. Lots of small pieces of shingle fell into the house. They said they would vacuum and clean it up. It was a huge mess so I was skeptical about how clean they would get it. But when they were finished, the cottage looked amazing. The furniture, rugs, and kitchen were all beautiful. I was impressed by their attention to detail. One other thing that might be of interest to consumers is that many of the workers have been working for Keith for years because he treats them right. That says a great deal about a company! I am so happy we hired US Metal Roofing!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The crews worked hard and were smart and creative when it came to resolving issues on a very complex roof.

Fixed a hole where the plumbing vent meets the opening into the roof. Excellent response time, especially considering demand. Great team on-site got the job done and were fast, friendly, and very skilled.

Keith was excellent: very knowledgeable, fair. Overall excellent value for the work that was done. His team came in for a particularly tricky installation of standing seam metal roof on a very old historic farmhouse. His team came in on time, on budget. The installation teams were very respectful to myself, wife and kids. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his employees, and hope to have his team complete a metal roof on our barn in the future.

US Metal Roofing stripped the entire roof, replaced the plywood, installed a black metal roof with snow guards, and new gutters. The look of the new roof is amazing. Many people have stopped to compliment on how nice the roof looks.
The crew started when they said they would, were very courteous, and worked extremely hard. They even took the time to put up barriers around the flowers so they would not harm them.

US Metal Roofing installed a gray metal roof for us earlier this spring. Their crew was a pleasure to have around and extremely hard working. Most important, they did a great job, from consistently timely arrival and setup to thorough cleanup. Owner Keith Rehbein was responsive, punctual, and clear on everything throughout, and also very patient with us, as we had to have some chimney work done before we could get going on the roof. He was also very helpful about providing addresses for properties with the colors we were interested in, which made a big difference in our ultimate choice. Anyone who is not set on a basic color like black should check out installed roofs, as it is impossible to accurately assess colors from the small chips on the manufacturer's sample sheet. Our new roof has not been through a winter yet but I look forward to not having to worry about ice dams anymore, and I am confident that in the unlikely event any problems with the roof ever arise, Keith will make sure to address them. In short, I can't recommend US Metal Roofing highly enough. They are efficient, skilled, and their prices are good.
