Not only am I happy with my new roof – I couldn't be happier that Dave Miner did it. He is SUCH a nice guy - so real. He is fair, so smart and knows how to protect your home. I highly recommend his team. And it looks so good!

Dave and his crew were very accommodating. Our solar was removed on a Friday and Dave had a crew here on Sunday. They left the yard as clean as it was when they arrived.

As a trustee for our HOA we were challenged to make a decision to put new roofs on each unit at our condominium complex. We are 17 individual,executive style,condos all in need of new roofs. We interviewed 6 local roofing companies and asked each asked many questions. Making a decision for all owners was not easy. After we met with Dave Miner, things changed. He is a no nonsense kind of guy. He talked straight to us and didn’t have a sales pitch. He represents one of the top products in the industry and has earned the ability to work with you when coordinating pricing, timeline and your overall project. His crew is exceptional, they treated our property with great care. They operated tirelessly and were very productive. This is a family business which gave us the ability to have either Dave, his brother or his son on property while the project was in progress. When an issue came up….it was taken care of immediately.

I had consulted with Dave Miner a few months back on getting a new roof. Dave was very knowledgable and he gave me a very fair price. His is crew did an excellent job. I recommend him highly if you want high quality work backed by years of experience.

Daves process was seamless and transparent from start to finish, they worked diligently, finished quickly and cleaned up every bit of waste from the job. They went above and beyond on all aspects and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote.
Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job.
Leading up to today, I had 2 separate people tell me that they've only heard good things about Dave Miner. I'm happy to add to his positive reviews.

We just had a new roof put on by Dave Miner's crew and we couldn't be more pleased with the product and the process. The hard working crew is amazing and they completed the whole project, which was a fairly large roof, in one day. The process was very easy, Dave and his son were easy to deal with, were very accommodating, and responded to all questions and changes very quickly, even a color change after we had signed the contract. If you are looking for a roofing company we would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Brand new roof installed in 2022 by Dave Miner as preventative maintenance. Noticed a stain on the floor of the second story of my home in 2024. Called Dave who initially minimized the issue then blamed it on the chimney (Except we had the new chimney installed right before the new roof, as he recommended). Chimney guy came out with photos showing plenty of flashing left when he finished his job. Long story short the brand new roof leaked causing $20k in damages to the walk-in closet and floor of my home. We had to file a homeowners claim and Dave has dodged all calls saying the roof leak isn’t his fault. He did send out one of his minions to install a cricket to divert water, which seems to have stopped the active leak, but instead of providing us with his insurance company’s info to deal with the damage, he seems to have switched companies and won’t return calls from our agent. He probably was not insured at the time the work was completed. When we contacted the town hall to get his insurance company’s information, we learned he did not get the required permit to do the roof. Shady business practice all around.

Having read all the previous 5 star reviews, I can only agree with every aspect. We had the roof and gutters replaced. Dave Jr. and Sr. and the whole crew were thorough and left the yard spotless. Thanks

The Dave Miner roofing team showed up early in the morning and worked all day long until the whole job was finished in the early evening. They were an outstanding team; very impressive. Everyone worked together so well, which made the job move along quickly. It wasn’t a simple job with layers of crumbling old wooden shakes, slate tiles and associated debris that all had to be removed before they could put down new plywood, vapor barrier and asphalt shingles. The place was totally cleaned up by the time they left and most importantly they did an awesome job. Thank you to the Miner family and the roofing team!

They installed a new roof for us and left the bay window flashing leaking water when it rains!!! At our initial meeting I told Dave about the leak and he told me they would replace the flashing and stop the leak when they replaced our roof at a cost of approximately 10,000.00. The flashing wasn’t replaced when they shingled the bay window. I called him many times after about this, at first Dave asked how often it was leaking, as if once in a while is acceptable,. After telling him that no amount of water should be coming in the house he assured us that he would send a guy over to fix it but we never heard back from Dave. It’s a quick fix for a roofer! I’m patient and am looking forward to bumping into him sometime…

Did a fantastic job with a new roof and gutters at our home. Competitive pricing with no pressure, easy to set up, got it done in a day which I didn't think possible, and they left the place cleaner when they arrived. Would highly recommend

Just had my roof done , amazing job. Crew was awesome. Everything was left spotless, roof looks great . Had new gutters with guards and downspouts crew did amazing. Everything looks great! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Great job. roof looks great. We were worried about the ridge vent as previous one leaked. He was very responsive and checked our concerns with the manufacturer. We are extremely pleased with the roof and have been thru a winter with no leaks. Thanks Dave and crew!

Dave came highly recommended by a friend and I must agree! Prompt appointment, took plenty of time to review and clearly explain options No pressure to “sign now”. Very comfortable process. Great communication. On roof day, (May 12 2023) excellent communication and coordinated set up/clean up. Landscaping near house well-protected. Yard left extremely clean, crew very efficient. Daves team came in and did a great job the crew worked to get my roof done in 1 day. The clean up was like they were never here. They protected the shrubs and lawn like they were doing their own home. The team was very professional. I would recommend his team to anyone.

Dave Miner is an excellent “no pressure” salesman. He explained all the options, pros and cons; and then let us make the final decision. He actually showed up to appointments when he said he would. I had contacted a total of 7 roofing companies for my roof. Dave was one of two that actually showed up. He is very professional in his demeanor and product presentation.
His work crew is also very professional. They completed my roof in one day. There was no goofing off or slacking at all. They worked at an extremely productive pace the entire day, and the end product was a fantastic looking, high quality roof. His crew also did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. Not a scrap of trash left behind.
In all, I would highly recommend Dave Miner. It is refreshing to get a contractor with the old school values, especially the one that says “if my name is on it, it must be the highest quality.”

Dave Miner was professional from the first quote through the completion of our roof installation. The crew that came and stripped and did the installation were very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up at the house on time at 8 o’clock and completed the job by 4 PM. The clean up around the house was exceptional. I would highly recommend this business. I'd recommend Dave for skylight installation and roof related installation/repair. Very responsive. Explained well the product and did not push for oversale. Good quality installation. At least I have not experienced any issue so far. Also did not push for a ridiculous price for service. It was a good experience.

Had our roof reshingled three weeks ago by Dave and his crew. They were professional and there workmanship is outstanding! No sales pitch! Shows you options and let's you decide! I am tired of guys who just want to sell. No hard sell here. Dave doesn't start high and then start dropping the prices and tell you that you have to sign now. Dave just figures out his good honest price. Of course he will work with you to lower the price by using less expensive materials or changing the scope of the work.Daver is no scammer but rather a local man who cares about his reputation and your roof.Dave has an excellent crew who know how to handle the details. ; if Dave's not there then a knowledgable crew chief .Also Dave is always availabe.by phone. Our roof looks terrefic. Now he's doing some windows for us.Dave is a good man who knows exterior home remodling!
