Urban Capitol Roofing replaced the roof and sky lights on both our home and rental property. After 6 months, the rental property roof started to leak, water damage inside drywall and skylight seemed to not be installed correctly. No biggie, it happens. But when we called them to come by and fix it, they simply went MIA. We are going on three months and I still can not get them to come by or answer texts, phone calls etc. Have left messages for Moe, Meghan etc. No answer. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I honestly do not understand. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I had Urban Capital Roofing replace the roof on our rental home in downtown DC, crew was awesome to work with! Pre job we had a meeting with the project manager who took time to explain everything and go over any questions. Follow up after the roof was completed along with a walk through to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Great job and wonderful experience. I'm a two-time customer and I'll continue to use Urban Capital!

Moe and his team are great! I highly recommend Urban capital roofing if you want quality service and materials. They were extremely professional and provide education on the best way to ensure our roof was safe, secure and long lasting.
