I had a leak but wasn't sure of source. I spoke with Steve, who was very helpful in providing clarity regarding possible causes. He sent a team out the day following my initial call to perform the inspection and they were able to complete the repairs same day. Repair was reasonable priced and both Steve and Ramiro gave continuous, thorough updates on status of repair. Additionally, Steve provided numerous before and after photos. I highly recommend them and will be using Uptown Roofing for other repairs in the near future.

I called for a leaking vent from the high wind damage.
Ramino and Braulio came the same day and fixed the roof vent like champ!!!

We needed a roof inspection in advance of selling our home. We called Steve and he had someone out the very next day. 2 days after our initial call we had an inspection and a report. These days, it almost never happens that fast. Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. We’ve dealt with a lot of roofing companies over the years and none have left as great a first impression as Uptown.

The back siding of our chimney was blown off during a storm and we needed the repair done quickly before it rained again. My cousin recommended this company and they did not disappoint. They came out, communicated the necessary repairs with my husband and I and got the job done quickly. They are very professional - from providing photos of repairs needed in addition to the chimney, drawing up the documents for work to be completed and the workers are pleasant. I definitely plan on using them for future repairs!

I had my roof repaired after a leak during the torrential rain this past weekend. I called Steve and asked them to come out ASAP. The leak was small and only occurred when it was actively raining. They came the next day it didn't rain - so it would be safe to get on the roof - and found the culprit was a satellite dish that had been removed & patched over a long time ago. The patch had started to deteriorate, which was causing the water to leak into my attic & down the wall in my living room. They gave me a quote within a few minutes, and allowed me a day to think about it. I accepted. They came out the day & time I wanted, and fixed it within just a couple hours. I expressed my concern at how I wasn't able to "test" the fix until it rained next... They let me withhold payment until the next time it rained. And yay, it didn't leak! I'm very happy with their services and will use them again (hopefully not anytime soon).
