Invictus Roofing and Construction

From my first meeting I was made aware of the steps that would be taken to replace my roof. I appreciated seeing a video of my roof and the magnification showing what actual hail damage does to a shingle. When i got the estimate from my insurance appraiser, instead of going over it on the phone, they came and went over it piece by piece.
On the day before of the installation, i received both a text snd email letting me know what prep needed to be done snd what to expect the day of installation.
The day of installation, everyone was on time and the Invictus Team kept me updated on the process. After installation my yard was swept twice for any nails along with the neighbor’s yards on each side of me.
Invictus does use an upgraded shingle that is hail resistant. I also chose to upgrade snd have a solar fan installed.
I am very pleased with the whole process in getting my roof replaced. I felt very informed and any questions I may have had were addressed.
I encourage anyone needing a roof replaced or solar panels to call Invictus.

Best roofers on planet earth. Hunter, my sales rep, deserves the congressional medal of roofing honor. I am not an intelligent person, so unfortunately for hunter, he had babysit me through this process. His patience and unquestionable wisdom gave me the confidence that everything was submitted correctly with my insurance.

Recently had a bunch of hail damage from the crazy amount of storms we’ve had , and it was time for a new roof anyway. Hunter Thompson and his guys were very knowledgeable and professional and they got me and my house fixed up in no time. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

We recently received a large amount of hail damage in our area and to our home. After the storm passed, we suddenly had an influx of roofers knocking on our door asking to do an inspection of our roof. We chose to allow Tanner Emery, with Invictus Roofing, to proceed with an inspection mostly because of their excellent reviews but also because of his professionalism and how he introduced us to himself and his company. We’ve had roofs replaced on a few of our homes in the past using other companies but the experience with Invictus was far superior than any of the others we dealt with. Tanner didn’t just climb on the roof and mark a few circles and tell us we needed a replacement, he provided us with a detailed video of our roof pointing out the damage and also showed us other areas that needed attention that a prior roofer just tried to patch over. We also learned, to our surprise, that the prior roofing company had not completely stripped the older shingles from our roof and simply applied an overlay. Tanner’s video provided us with valuable information about the condition of our roof that we would’ve never known otherwise since we never climb up there and look ourselves. He showed us the difference between what a protective shingle looked like verses the damaged ones we had on our roofline. We filed a claim immediately that day and proceeded to hire Invictus Roofing. Not only was their professionalism and attention to detail very much appreciated, it was also great that they completed the job in one day! Tanner personally oversaw the install and made sure that catch all nets were placed around the perimeter of our home. The crew was very precise with their installation and cleanup as well. In addition, we were in the process of having our home repainted, so they were gracious enough to allow us to postpone our gutter install until the painting was complete. If you’re in need of a new roof, save yourself from hours of researching all the roofing company options available and look at the reviews of Invictus! I had 2 other roofers come out to inspect for hail damage. Hunter Thompson by far did the most thorough inspection. I appreciated his honesty with his video tour of the roof, to show the hail damage. Other roofers just showed me pictures. He was able to show me what a Class 4 shingle actually looks like, so I could see if upgrading was the right decision or not. No other roofers brought out sample shingles to look at! The other two roofers also missed a leak I had by my chimney. Hunter's telescopic camera was able to see the water damage, and recommend a small repair. Glad that I gave Invictus a call and that Hunter came out as I get ready to file my insurance claim. No pressure sales, just education and a thorough inspection. Highly recommend.

When it came time to select a company to replace my roof, I did quite a bit of research. Replacing a roof is an expensive and impactful bit of home maintenance and I wanted it done right the first time and with no hassles.

I can state unequivocally that Invictus fit the bill. I had several companies come out and look at my roof. I only contacted companies that had high ratings and of those, Pat Louden with Invictus was the only person to come out, take photos and video, then walk me through what he found. He did not try to hide anything and walked me through every step of the process they use. Nobody else was as thorough nor did they take the extra time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

This was an insurance claim and you hear all the time about roofers and insurance adjusters being at odds with one another. Not in this case, Pat did such a good job with the adjuster that he did all he could under my policy and minimize my out-of-pocket costs. The adjuster even made a point to state how he had never worked with a roofing representative as thorough and professional as Pat.

And I have not even gotten to the roof. First class job all around. Zack Travers was onsite the whole day, the crew was very respectful of me and my wife when we interacted. They took great care in working to prevent any damage to my property during the work and then did a stellar job cleaning up after (even going to my neighbors and picking up any items that fell over the fences). It has been almost a month since the work was complete and I have found all of two small nails in my yard. I have had more debris in my yard from other neighbors getting roofs than I had in replacing mine.

Invictus also installed gutters on my home as it was built without gutters. Again, a thorough and professional job. My house looks brand new.

The follow-up by Invictus has been more than I expected. They have kept in contact and checked in a few times after recent storms to make sure there were no issues.

I would recommend Invictus without equivocation. Great people, great quality, and great service.

The Invictus Roofing crew on our 2 projects were an excellent crew. They worked as a team, were well trained and knowledgeable. They did a small home and a 62 square roof in 2 days and left them looking pristine. I wholeheartedly recommend Invictus for any roofing project.

The sales and inspection portion of the first meeting was far more inspection than sales, and the job was incredibly thorough. New baby. I have every do not disturb sign and doorbell blocker on my front door. Pushy sales guy, could not resist knocking on our door. Then claimed he didn't see the 3 please do not disturb us signs. Advised I was not interested and he still thru trash( business card) on my doormat that says do not disturb and he left. The owner response insinuating I'm an idiot and can't cross reference a web site on business card as well as phone # on business card to make sure I have correct company.... Great company to do business with! Patrick was able to help us out on a short notice and get our roof replaced so our deal would go through. Felt comfortable with him and his team even though we don’t live in the area. Communication was seamless throughout the process and never felt out of the loop. I recently had the opportunity to have my roof inspected by Ayyub, a representative from Invictus. I'm generally skeptical about such services, but Ayyub's approachable demeanor, professionalism, and extensive knowledge quickly put my doubts to rest.

In what felt like mere minutes, Ayyub conducted a thorough inspection of my roof, complete with a detailed analysis and video evidence. His meticulous attention to detail was truly remarkable. He was also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain aspects of the inspection that were unfamiliar to me, including the specialized instruments he utilized.

What stood out to me was not just his technical expertise, but his genuine willingness to educate without any pressure to commit to a service. Ayyub pointed out several areas of concern that could require attention and provided thoughtful advice on how to address them, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

While I'm still considering whether to proceed with a roof replacement, my interaction with Ayyub has left a lasting impression. I am genuinely looking forward to potentially working with him in the near future and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a roof inspection.

Highly recommend. Their roof inspector Ayyub was thorough and efficient. He made sure to explain what was working well on our existing roof instead of just trying to force a full replacement we didn’t need. Would have never known about some of the damage if he wouldn’t have shown the pics and special tools/lens. If you need inspection, call Invictus, I’d ask for Ayyub directly.

I heard about this company through another REALTOR friend. My inspection and claim process has been excellent so far. Tanner Emery is my contact and he’s been communicative, personable and actually climbed the roof himself. He came back with the insurance inspector and pointed out some damage he missed. So far so good. Hoping to get my roof done next week…. More later!

Tanner was very thorough in showing the damage to my roof. He explained my options and was willing to meet with adjuster. He also let me know how to correct other issues regarding the gutter damage and chimney flashing and how that should also be covered due to recent hail storm. I highly recommend him and his company.

Hunter was very polite, very professional without just trying to sell me a solution for my roof. He showed me multiple different options and was very patient in explaining things. He was very personable and was able to work with my budget and my needs. Another thing that really put my mind at ease was it didn’t feel like a sales pitch, but I felt appreciated as a customer and very welcomed, as well as validated for my concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Thompson. I have had a couple companies look at my roof and they said the roof was unrepairable and I needed to get a whole new roof. Mr. Thompson came and took a good look at the roof and said that it wasn’t necessary to replace my roof. There are only minor damages that are easily fixable and affordable. That being said, Mr. Thompson was very well mannered and I would in complete confidence recommend him to my friends and family.

Jake Crabtree was very informative. Walked me through my entire house. Showed me different examples of hail damage on this shingled dog house we have in my backyard. Super awesome experience.

Patrick Louden has been most helpful to us, both fixing our roof problem and dealing with our insurance. I would trust him with any issue and can assure everyone of his honesty.

We had substantial damage to our roof from the hailstorm in the summer of 2023. I thoroughly evaluated a number of roofing companies, including Invictus. Having had a prior roof replacement I had previous experience with the whole process. Invictus was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job. They truly provide quality work and want to satisfy their customers. There were no surprises at any point in the process. They will answer all of your questions and work with you to schedule the work. They had a large crew of experienced roofers who replaced the roof on our 3500+ square foot home in a single day. And they cleaned up everything before leaving. The roof looks great! I don’t believe you can find a better company. Chad and Paul were wonderful to work with.

The crew was friendly, expedient and very professional. They covered all the shrubs around my house and when they were done (a lot sooner than I anticipated) the cleanup afterwards was amazing.
A few years ago I had the siding replaced on my house and after the left I wound up with a grocery bag full of screws, nails, etc..
With Invictus I couldn’t find a single nail!

Ethan and Hayden respond quickly. We have had multiple hail storms through the years and they always come check on our roofs (multiple buildings) plus our rent houses. They handle everything. While the roof is torn off and put back on, it is a mess but as soon as they leave everything is back to normal. I feel confident recommending them to my family and friends!

The May 2023 hail storm in Plano brought down more than just a ton of hail, it brought literally hundreds of roofing companies knocking down our door. After talking to way too many questionable companies, a friend recommended Invictus Roofing.

I called Kevin and we spoke in detail about my project, we also discussed my fears having seen those questionable roofing companies in action. Kevin assured me Invictus was different. He was right! They were HIGHLY professional, courteous and efficient. Many of my neighbors remarked how fast they were, and what a professional job they did.

I had a roof replaced, siding, gutters, painting, fence repair and even a gazebo repaired. After Invictus was done the house looked better than before the hail storm.

We have extensive landscaping and they covered everything to ensure no damage was done. They installed a new roof and managed the removal of damaged gutters and installation of new ones as well as power washing and restaining of the fence. The team was fast, courteous and professional. Invictus provided me with quality work, reporting, documentation for multiple roofs and met all demands. Invictus was not knocking on our door. We waited and watched as our neighbors got their roofs replaced and found out who they used and why. I bet Invictus completed more than half of the damaged roofs in our neighborhood. One company came in for inspection and I swear he never went on the roof. Invictus provided a detailed report of the damage, worked with our insurance adjuster, and communicated with us throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them again.

This was our second time using the AMAZING Team at Invictus roofing. If being a repeat customer isn’t making a statement about the exceptional service and product of this company I’m not sure what else will.

Maybe the fact that we also trusted them enough and planned a cross country vacation while a major project like a new roof was being done.

They made sure our pool, surrounding outdoor furniture, and landscaping was covered or moved out of harms way and everything was protected and cared for as if it were their own. Kevin even moved the outdoor furniture back into place himself after the job was complete. We returned to see everything was neat and clean as it was when we left (aside from an awesome new roof of course). Kevin, Hayden, and Nikki were spot on with communicating timelines and what to expect next throughout the course of this project. They also helped to navigate the joy of insurnace claims whenever I had a question.

We had an incredible experience working with Invictus Roofing and Construction from initial inspection to job completion. Hayden and his team were excellent to work with through the full roof repair process. They were on time and very professional in their inspection and that carried over into the roof replacement. When I received the initial report Hayden took extra time to speak with us and answer all of our (crazy) questions. On the day of the repair the team took extra care with our flower beds and double extra care after the work was complete to make sure all the nails were picked up so the kids can still run through the yard without worry. This has been a very easy experience and I know it is 100% due to Invictus Roofing being an A+ vendor.

I used Invictus for some roof damage a few years ago and was very happy with their service so when the storms blew in this year and I needed to replace my roof I called them back.
