Everyone I interacted with at Upside was friendly and professional. They were able to send someone out to examine my roof very quickly and they did the repair work that same day. The only reason why I'm not leaving a 5-star review is because the repair didn't fully solve our issue. The person who did the repairs was honest and told me that that could be the case, so I don't hold it against them. It was great working with Upside I'll definitely call them again if we have more issues with the roof.

Let me preface my review by giving some background info. I have owned a plumbing business for nearly 30 years and have worked with many contractors in various capacities. As a result, I take notice of good workmanship and business practices. I contacted our independent insurance agent and friend of nearly 30 years to ask if they had any recommendations on roofing contractors. Without hesitation they recommended Upside Roof Systems, saying that consistently, after referring Upside Roof Systems to people, they received calls back from the customers of Upside, to thank them for the recommendation. With that said, I contacted Mike, at Upside Roof Systems, who came out and estimated the job and provided everything needed to meet insurance requirements. After meeting with Mike, I determined that he is a professional who knows his trade and he offered great advice regarding the proposed work required. I went ahead and contracted with his company and was very pleased. They roofed 3 buildings and replaced gutters on one of the structures. The gutter installation required coordinating with another contractor who had to complete some work after the roof went on but before the gutters were installed. The whole process was seamless. I can't say enough good things about the workmanship and professionalism of Upside Roof Systems. They completed work according to schedule, cleaned up the job site, inspected the job upon completion and provided everything required for me to receive reimbursement by my insurance company. Mike replaced my addition roof about 2 years ago. It had leaked for years despite other companies "fixing" it. Mike did the job and NO leaks!! He inspected the rest of the roof, telling me it was still in good shape-saving me money. He recently replaced gutters and installed leaf filters. Said my roof was still good. Upside Roofing is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

The estimate was detailed & reasonable. I needed a new roof but was reluctant for fear of being scammed. I got three referrals, all good, but I went with Upside Roof Systems because of their follow-up with pics and line item pricing of each thing that needed to be done within hours of looking at my roof. Upside Roof Systems recently replaced my roof due to hail damage. Their work was excellent. The owner communicated with me throughout the process of inspection, insurance appraisal, scheduling and installation. Though it took a while to schedule the work (lots of homes had hail damage) they showed up on time and completed the job in less time than expected. The entire team was dedicated and professional. When finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and there was no damage at all to the lawn or landscaping. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them without reservation.

Mike has now completed his second job for me. Him and his team replaced my roof a few years back and today he replaced the gutters on my home. I cannot recommend him and his crew enough to anyone seeking roofing or gutter work. They are punctual, Professional and very hard working people. Upside Roof Systems replaced our shingles last week. They did fantastic work and were very careful with the flashing and trim around the chimney and dormers. They cleaned up the site really well, and the roof looks great! We recommend them highly.

I think Austin is unprofessional. From the beginning he complained about doing a small repair job, and that my job would be fit in somewhere into his busy schedule. He notified me unexpectedly about an hour, with no advanced notice he was going to show up . Generally 24 hours is customary. Upon arrival we discussed payment options ahead of the work, and he copped an attitude about being paid cash , that he had better things to do than my small job and collect payment. So I basically sent him on his way explaining his attitude is why he won't be doing work for me. Every customer should feel like their roof job is just important as the next. Austin failed miserably at customer relations. If he doesn't want to do small repair jobs, don't bid them.

We have had Upside Roof Systems install the roof on 2 separate homes & they also wrapped the overhang area with siding on our prior brick home. We highly recommend them due to their professionalism, value & communication.
The day after the March 2023 windstorm Austin was out inspecting our roof & making the area where the shingles blew off waterproof until the new roof could be installed. We were blessed to just have shingles blown off & not any other major damage.

I could not be happier with my new roof! I was very anxious about the whole process, my poor old house has needed a new roof a long time. It's a complicated, high-pitched roof with many odd angles and a dreadfully configured gutter system. The house also sits midway up a steep hill- a real pain for roofers! Upside came in and overcame all difficulties, solving all sorts of problems. They were on time, positive, utterly professional. They reconfigured gutters that will alleviate wear and tear on the new roof and mitigate water in the basement issues. They even hooked up my rain barrel! I love how the roof and gutters look- just gorgeous. And when they left, the yard and sidewalks were much cleaner than when they came!

Austin displayed a very high level of honesty, integrity and helpfulness with our chimney and gutter repairs. We find professionalism like this difficult to come by these days when searching for home repair specialists. We highly recommend this company! Mike and Austin did a great job on the low-slope roof replacement that I needed done. Mike did the initial inspection and was great in discussing options. When the weather finally allowed for them to do the job, they were prompt and were both great communicators during the roof replacement process. Everything was done as they said they would do including the post-job cleanup, they were very professional, and friendly. Pictures were included in the initial estimate and final invoice, which I also thought was helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about Mike & Austin.
