The best handyman I ever had the privilege to hire. I'm grateful and super supportive of your growth. Our kitchen was renovated well above how we expected it to come out. Customer service was impeccable.

Fast and efficient. Communicative, great customer service and most importantly managed to finally stop a leak coming from my ceiling in the bathroom. Made it look like I never had a leak in the first place!

Finding a reliable electrician can be challenging, but the one I hired was fantastic. They were courteous, skilled, and completed the job with precision. I would highly recommend them.I had an urgent electrical issue that needed attention, and the electrician I hired responded promptly. They arrived prepared and resolved the problem efficiently. Great communication throughout and eagerness to help. Alex helped us with a painting project on our new home and other misc repairs. It was nice that he was always open to talking and gave his honest input. He and his crew worked hard and Alex always made sure we were happy with everything at the end.

UPDATE 11.20.2023: DO NOT TRUST ANY PAST REVIEWS _ SOMETHING HAS CHANGED

I am currently attempting to use this company again based on my initial experience with them but it does not look good. They have cancelled on me last minute twice. They were supposed to come on Friday and had to reschedule due to 'car troubles'. They assured me that they would be here first thing on Monday morning at 9:00 am. At 9:45 am, I called and was told they would be at my apartment in 15 minutes. By 10:30 am I called again and was told that the handyman would arrive in 15 minutes, as he was just leaving another job as I called. at 11:00 am, I received a call from the assigned handyman telling me he would not be at my apartment until 11:15 because of traffic. At this time I called the main company line and was assured that the handyman would not be later than 11:15 and the operator was very apologetic. Turns out to have been another unkept promise. By 11:45 I called the main company line and have not been able to get through. I called the handyman and he told me that he got into an accident.... again. He would not be coming today. I have been trying to reach the main company since then and they do not answer the phone.

I am not sure what happened with this company. Initially they were so responsive and professional. Something with ownership or management must have changed.

Being the owner of property in New York City , I have a comprehensive list of minor and major house fixes that require immediate attention. However, my preferred handyman moved states away, leaving me stranded. After taking some time to investigate several options, I found an alternative service provider who came promptly. The work was completed with no difficulties, and he did two of the most critical repairs that were on my list. I appreciate the professionalism, orderliness, and promptness of the work done; I’m expecting to use their services again.

Have you ever seen good art in bad frames? It looks worse than having no art at all. We wanted “fun” colourful frames done in a vibrant monochrome color. We hired this handyman who was obviously used to working with paint on specific materials and knew what to do to give it a professional neat finish. The best thing when paying for a job to be done is when you know they “get it”.

Do yourself a favour, call this guy for your paint jobs (and other handyman jobs). Although this fixer took slightly longer to paint our kid’s attic, over two days, it was because he painted it properly and this is the process, painters’ tape was laid for extra surety on straight lines, first fixed all the cracks in our walls, washed the walls, primed it, used such fabulous paint. My partner and I just loved how seriously he took the job.

We got our basement remodelled using Alex and his team. He first “interviewed” us about exactly how we were going to use this space. He drafted a quick design for us and gave us plenty of opportunity to make adjustments and “play”. He then superimposed the plumbing and electric plans onto our design and let us know where any changes needed to happen. He was sure to include us in any major decisions but also just got on with things. We had so much fun working with Alex and his team!

They repaired the toilets at my home, I am very satisfied with the work they did for me. They arrived the same day I called.

My buildings paint was peeling and the ivy needed to be removed to start the paint job. I called alex on a Friday and the job was done on Sunday. The paint looks great.

I’m getting older and have a hard time cleaning the gutters around my house. I contact upper west handyman for full clean up, the snow will be here soon I’ll call them for that too.

I called Alex to come and paint the black gate around my house. These guys are very neat and professional. Will call again for painting.

Great job helping with the small flood on our plumbing and remodel project. If you want a company that will work hard on a Sunday upper west handyman is that company.
Call them and you won’t be disappointed.

Fortunately, we found upper west handyman on Google Maps and decided to go with them. They were super good.
We are so happy with the quality of the painting and wall repair job they did. Our apartment looks awesome now. Highly recommended!

I needed to drill a large hole in my backyard to expose some underground pipes for my hvac guy. Nobody wanted any part of it. I called Alex and they drilled a perfect hole, did not damage a thing and the work was completed because of them. Great stuff .

They installed my floor tiles really well so I would recommend them to anyone who would need any help with installing new floor tiles. So thank you!!!!
