A good friend backed into my classic Mercedes 2 seater. Took out the passenger door and the fender. Everyone was telling me that his insurance would simply total the car and give me a lowball lump sum, since these cars are expensive to fix and hard to find parts for. Nevertheless, I wanted to try. Jasmin Auto Body came HIGHLY recommended by a number of people, including the friend who nearly killed my car. Brought the car down there that afternoon and met Sean Jasmin, who took one look at the car and said his father has the same model. That gave me a great deal of hope. He had an estimate to me 3 days later (the accident happened on a Friday, he sent me the estimate on Monday morning next) It seemed very reasonable, but right on the cusp of whether the insurance company would fix it or just total it. Sweated that decision out for a week or so and by some miracle they agreed to fix it. Sean was totally honest about the fact that it would be tough to find parts, but nevertheless they found a brand new door, which was key. They had to reconstruct the inner door panel, but did an amazing job with that. In fact, the whole job was immaculate. The color matching was perfect (on 26 year old paint!) and the car looks fantastic. The job took a month and that was fine, since I had a great rental from Jasmine Enterprise Rent-a-Car, which has offices in the same building. Separate review, and they were also fantastic! I have my car back and it is still purring along, and looks gorgeous as ever. Many thanks to Sean and the rest of the folks at Jasmin Auto Body. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do- I will do so with complete confidence.

Wow. What a great team. I damaged the tailgate of my car, and was nervous about the whole process of dealing with insurance and the repair. Sean (and everyone I talked with there) was so helpful and kind. My car looks great. They even detailed the interior for me! They go above and beyond and are a class act.

Superb service, from start to finish. Cutting the angle too fine trying to drive our Forester into the garage, your correspondent achieved two unhappy results: a nicely damaged bumper and a red face. Jasmin did a beautiful job repairing the first. The necessary work and the price were carefully explained; the repair was completed as promised (good as new); and the car was returned meticulously cleaned inside and out. For this client, their reputation for excellence is much deserved. (My normal facial complexion has been restored.)

Brought it to Jasmin- I had always used another shop in town, but this was not an insurance claim, so I could go where i wanted and Jasmin was hightly recommended by my office manager. Sean did the estimate right then, explained everything and answered the few questions I had. Professional, courteous and pretty obviously knew what he was talking about.
The wait for an appt was about 6 weeks due to the volume they had and also supply chain issues for parts. Dropped off the car the night before the appt using the night drop- car was done on schedule as promised, bill came in $300 less than the estimate and the job was just beautiful. Car was detailed and spotless and they even buffed out some scratches on the driver's door at no charge.
NO QUESTION, should I even need them again, I'm going back/

I have the best experience with Nate. I called looking for some information and details about some body work that my car needed after an accident. He was very polite and extremely helpful. He determined that due to the amount of damage that it wasn't a job they could take on but still took the time to discuss all my options and continued helping me with my insurance piece of things and making sure I had all the information I needed and even touched base with my to make sure that information he received from my insurance company was relayed to me. Nate went above and beyond what he needed in order to help me even though he knew they wouldn't be able to actually fix my car. I would definitely recommend Jasmin Auto Body and will be using them in the future if need be.

Several years ago, my car was damaged in a severe storm. Jasmin did a great job on repairs. So when I was bumped by someone recently who was not paying attention, I went to Jasmin for an estimate. The same level of courteous, professional and thorough review in customer service was shown. Jasmin is simply the best!

My new car was severely damaged by a fallen tree during an ice storm. I took it to Jasmin to begin the process of appraisal for the insurance claim. Nate and Josh, the owner, were very courteous, professional, informative and helpful. They took the time to explain in detail what the process of dealing with insurance company to get to a determination of total loss--even when the insurance company initially gave us the runaround. They also educated us to other recourse if the insurance company didn't fulfill the claim to our satisfaction. Jasmin has also repaired other minor cosmetic damage claims for us over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to give them our business if needed in the future.

Jasmin auto body is the best auto body shop I’ve been to. Coming from the auto body’s in town in Virginia I was blown away by the service I got here. I’d give 6 stars if I could. My Honda fit looks better than when I bought it.

They've helped rebuild my van this summer after a deer incident. I'm sad to say I've needed their services this winter too, but it was my first choice. They friendly and do great work.

These guys and gals rock! I highly recommend using them. They made the process less stressful and the communication is fantastic! Nate and Shawn are very knowledgeable.

Gave me no report on some bodywork I had them do (~$2,000). No one there to give me an explanation of the work done or how the car turned out when I arrived for pickup. Just handed over the keys and sent me on my way. Except, I couldn't be on my way because they left the lights on and the battery was dead. Offered no acknowledgement or apology whatsoever, nor any kind of compensation or checkup. Got home and found that the front bumper that I had them replace was skewed to the driver's side and not centered. No explanation from them about this upon pickup. Extraordinarily unprofessional and disappointing.

Got us in fast. Dealt with other insurer to make sure everything was covered. Body work came out great. Very clean

Went to get the dents/scratches out of my car. Picked it up with paint chipped off and two dents still in the doors that “weren’t in the estimate.” I had already paid about $4,000 for the initial work. Now they would like $2,300 for the rest of the work to be done.

After a large tree limb fell on the roof of my car I called Jasmin auto for the repairs to be done. They made the process so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even have an Enterprise car rental place right next door so you can drop your vehicle for repairs and pick up your rental at the same time if needed.

Very professional staff (thanks to Nate and Sean J.) Establishmnet is ver clean and well-kept. Estimate was reasonable for shark fin antenna/ roof alignment (paintless). Antenna got caught on a wire and bent the roof creating a gap. I was concerned about water leakage but they got the roof corrected so the antenna is flush again. It rained heavily a few days after and so far no water leak.

Jasman Auto Body impressed me throughout every phase of my repair. They could not have done a better job. Josh Jasmin clearly and honestly explained my options. Josh charged exactly what he had estimated and offered to call me with any changes. The end result was a terrific technical job at a lower price than I expected. The estimate was made at 3p one day. The repair was finished at 3p the next day. I have complete trust in their integrity and workmanship.

It was a stressful day and accidents happen Nate and everyone was amazing took great care of me very thorough. Got me a rental car quick and on the road in 2 hours!

Bought my car from Perry Stark at Jasmin Auto Sales. He took care of everything from inspection and registration to financing and even getting new tires for winter! His cars are very fairly priced, never more than a one owner vehicle, and with a complete carfax.

They did a fantastic job for me fixing my hood and my headlights. I was astounded at how low the price was. They were recommended to me by the co-op service center. They were great communicators, honest, and capable.. It’s really refreshing to have that kind of experience with a body shop

Had an excellent experience having my car repaired. My insurance company tried to slip after market parts into the quote but they caught it and brought it to my attention then they helped me deal with the insurance company to get BMW parts for the car instead of after market.
They also refilled the claim with my insurance company for damage that wasn’t in the initial quote.

I've had two cars repaired here. They have a long lead time, but only because they do GOOD work. Their paint blending was really good, they had to match an extremely unique color and the only person who ever noticed had been in car repair for 30 years.

I had a good experience with the work they have done for a car that needed a good amount of repair after an accident. They were professional and have worked seamlessly with my insurance, towing place and dealership nearby.

I had my mini van repaired by Jasmin and the work was beautiful! My hood had been smashed, along with my windshield, and it looked fantastic when done. Everything was right as scheduled, along with car rental. I'm going to them again since my car was rear ended. The other driver's insurance looked to see if Jasmin was on their list, and she said 'they are, and they have excellent reviews. That's good for you.'

Friendly staff, great work. I had work done well over a year ago and i still can't tell there was ever damage.

We have all our vehicles taken care by Jasmin Auto and will always have them handle any of our work. All work is done in a timely professional manner. We appreciate our vehicles being returned in a like new condition.

They do fantastic work. No need to schedule an estimate visit and the estimes are well explained and spot on. Work they do is warrantied. I've used them three times now and always a great experience.

I read Doug Howe's review. It is not the way Jasmin's work. Am sure Mr. Howe must have been confused. I would recommend Jasmin Auto Body to anyone. They have done work for me many times over the years and not once have I had any complaint. The craftsmanship is excellent and they do exactly as they say and for what they quote. You won't find a better shop.

Jasmin helped make a tough situation following an accident and total loss of my vehicle as easy to resolve as could be imagined. Their work was quick, thorough and professionally presented. Would definitely go back and refer friends to Jasmin.

I was given a price quote for some body work, which I agreed to. After the work was done, a day later than promised, I was billed for a much higher amount. Since the work was done at that point, what am I supposed to do? I was charged for additional labor time and more expensive parts.

The folks at Jasmin took great care of me and my heavily damaged Subaru. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they did a great job of detailing my car before I picked it up. Overall, an excellent experience with this shop and I would highly recommend them.

I give Jasmin an A+ for adaptability, service, and attention to details. Despite my car being delivered 2 days late to my scheduled appointment, they gave me a "No prob! We'll work you in."
Not only did I receive my car back a little earlier than anticipated but in much better condition too. They fix the rusting issue (warranty work for Toyota) as well as power washed and cleaned my car so it looks nearly brand new inside and out. For a super busy person with no spare time...it was like experiencing Christmas in July. Thank you so much!
