We were a bit nervous because the work was started with rain forecast off and on for the duration. But Freddes and Aaron were very methodical and always finished each day with the roof in a waterproof state. They were meticulous in their work, answered all of my questions, and were happy to satisfy my requests. Dmitri was very helpful with providing quotations and overall we found their pricing to be competitive. I would use them again if the need arose.

I needed to replace my chimney flashing. Dimitri replied to my email within hours and the next day came and provided me with a quote. The next day my new flashing was installed as promised at a very reasonable price compared to other inflated quotes from competitors. Very happy with the work done and would recommend their company.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dmitri and his crews. The service was prompt, well organized, efficient and Dmitri took care of everything making this an experience free of stress or unpleasant surprises.
There were some challenges with accessibility that other contractors did not want to take on. Due to well-trained and handpicked tradesmen, everything went extremely well and we now have beautiful new gutters. It was a joy to see his workers enjoy and take pride in their work.
Dimitri even organized getting Boris, his right hand, to come on a Saturday morning to deal with a squirrel issue. I highly appreciate how he and Boris were so helpful. Their foremost concern was to support and reassure us that they would take care of everything.

Happy to review this company after researching many and coming to the conclusion that they were the best option. They did the work quickly and were able to adjust the job from only replacing part of the roof that was leaking to the entire roof once we found out our insurance company frowns upon partial repairs of an older roof. They made us a priority and were affordable and friendly. Highly recommend them. Nice to know companies that are reliable and stick to their original estimate.

Up and Up is much more than a come up. They are more like pioneers in the roofing industry. I needed better ventilation in a low pitched roof, as we had minor mold growth in the attic. Radik came by and did a quick inspection of what needed to be done. Through out the whole process, Radik was efficient, detailed and considerate. Contacted Dimitri with a minor repair issue. Dimitri came by the next day to inspect. He decided that all 4 plumbing stacks needed replacement and would be done under warranty on my 6 year old roof. Boris showed up to complete repairs and also completed a full roof inspection correcting minor issues. Dimitri and Boris were both professional and very understanding of my concerns. This level of service is why i originally hired Up & Up to redo the roof my house. These guys really back up their work, great job.

Dimitri helped us out with a leak in 2022 and just completed a full roof replacement on our duplex in 2023. He is responsive, thorough, answers all your questions and is transparent about cost. I needed a new roof and a good friend of mine who is a contractor/handyman recommended Up & Up roofing to me based on his past experience.

I am really happy with Tristan and his crew. I had them replace my roof and fascia board, they completed the job quickly and were very professional. I never felt like Tristan was trying to up-sell me on anything, he was very honest about the differences between all my shingle options.

Tristan also recommended a gutter company to replace my gutters and soffits, that companies quote was extremely competitive and they did a great job as well. I've been renovating my house slowly over the past 5 years and Tristan has been the most stand-out contractor I've had so far.

I would recommend Up & Up to anyone looking for a new roof. It's too bad I'll only get to deal with them every 25-30 years.

Back 10 years ago, unfortunately, I did use a wrong roofing company, they recommended me a problem shingle which make my roof got rain water damage shortly after 10 years. I got 25 years warranty for my shingle. Made a call to that company,they would not take any responsibility.

Made a call to Up and Up roofing company , talked to Tristan. He respond my call right away and came to my house to cover up the roof leaking area. I do not have to worry about rain from that time on.
