Wow, amazing experience. Very professional, helpful and prompt, I barely had to get involved at all. Octavio was able to work with the insurance adjusters and get me a new roof covered under my insurance policy after the previous owners had their roof insurance claim rejected a few years ago, saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.

Richie Storms recently helped me and my husband replace and upgrade our roof on our home of 52 years. He was there to help with all processes when dealing and submitting claims with our insurance company. I’m responsible for two commercial buildings. We had a damaging hail storm the destroyed both roofs. Insurance would only pay for one roof replacement. Nick said if we would sign to do the one roof, his company would do the other roof for free. We now have two new roofs and have experienced heavy snows and rains with no leaks. Thanks Nick

Hired Up Top Roofing to replace a flat roof on an apartment complex located in downtown Colorado Springs. Replaced old leaking roof with a new PVC Duro-last Commercial roofing system. with a 20 year warranty. Couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, work ethic and performance of this company. At only about 50 squares, my flat roof is nothing compared to most of the commercial jobs that Nick and Up Top Roofing does. Add to that the fact that I'm 275 miles from his base, on the other side of the mountains, and I could understand why he wouldn't be particularly interested in this job. Quite the opposite: from Tony, who measured and documented the project in order to prepare a proposal, to Massiel, the office manager, to the crew who did the work--everyone gave the impression that this was the most important job they had going. The fact that their price was competitive with a couple of local companies made the decision to hire them an easy one that I don't regret a bit.

Up Top recently replaced the roof on on of our commercial properties. He came out several times and eventually educated the insurance company about flat roofs. Customer Service and follow through was amazing and refreshing in this post pandemic world we live in! We developed a leak on our stand-alone garage roof. It's a flat roof and was about 25 years old. Needy. We called for a quote, talked to Nick, and things moved very quickly. Nick gave us a general quote over the phone and sent a written quote within 24 hours. Once we accepted the quote, he looked for the quickest installation time he could find. Circumstances worked smoothly and we had a new roof within a week. We were very happy with the communication during those days. The roof looks great and we're excited to have that issue handled so quickly and so well.
