I could not recommend Up and Over Roofing enough. With home owners insurance in Florida skyrocketing, we needed a new roof in order to get a better rate, a new roof that we had not budgeted for this year. We were stressed beyond belief. Enter Ben and his team. Ben gave us an extremely fair and comfortable price and he stuck to it. The price he quoted was the price on the final invoice. He even replaced the metal piece that seals the roof at the top after completion because HE felt the color of the one originally put on didn’t match the shingles, at no extra cost to us. You can tell he values the job him and his team put their name on. Not only did Ben and his team do an amazing job on the roof, he is just an all around wonderful and kind person. The communication was incredible and I truly felt like he cared. Never once did he make it seem I was bothering him, no matter how small the question. He kept me updated and included in every decision and action taken. I’m honestly going to miss just talking to him!

He also knew our issues with our homeowners insurance so he made sure to use all of the materials insurance companies look for AND scheduled and coordinated a wind mitigation for us so we had that as well. I wish I could rate Up and Over a 10 out of 5. Ben and his team truly treat you like family!

We were in the process of selling our home and the roof inspection revealed a rotted piece of wood visible in the attic. In an earlier inspection about 4 1/2 years earlier, this area had a questionable dark spot which we were supposed to have been told to watch - to see if it was increasing because moisture might be getting in. We we not aware and never had it checked. So we were in a jam for time as the closing on the sale was to occur in a few short weeks! We called many roofing companies and either didn’t get a call back or were told it would be at least a month or more before they could even come to determine if they could fix it/wanted the job. A friend shared Ben’s contact number and he came the day we called him, understood our plight, was very agreeable to do the job even though it was in an awkward place on a portico on front of house. Within a few days he was back with matching shingles, new wood, and a moisture barrier to put between roof board and new shingles. He squeezed our job in a very busy schedule and was the consummate professional. We cannot recommend Ben and his company, Up & Over Roofing enough!! He clearly understood our situation, did an excellent job and did not take advantage of us by overcharging. In fact, his fee was low for the time he spent at our home. The best part of this review is that I can tell you Ben is an honest, reputable person who is also very trustworthy. We are sincerely grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

I highly recommend Ben and his team at Up & Over Roofing. The entire process from start to finish has been great. The quality of work, attention to detail, communication, and friendliness of Ben and the team was top notch. My property was left clean and in great shape. They even went the extra mile to protect the yard from nails laying tarps and used a magnet to sweep the yard multiple times during and after finishing knowing my 4 kids play outside all the time. Ben and his crew removed our 15 year-old roof and replaced a new one. Their estimate was very fair and they stuck to it. They showed up on time and worked long hours. They did all the work they said they would and were almost obsessive about cleaning up as they went along. They laid tarps to protect our shrubs and plants, picked up all debris at the end of each workday, swept our sidewalks, and, at the end, even went over the premises with a magnet to remove any stray nails and metal debris. They were all friendly and polite. My rating is TEN stars out of five. They are a very impressive outfit. I HIGHLY recommend them to one and all. Glad we were referred to them.

I have to start off by saying hands down the best experience I have has with any home repair I have ever had. Very professional and communication was on point.
