Left a negative review. Nick called and walked me through my issue, and it was a complete misunderstanding on my part. He offered to credit the part I misunderstood, told him it wasn’t necessary and that it was my fault! Issue resolved! Thanks for your Customer Service
A year ago, I responded to a text message (which explicitly said to respond for more details). I never received a response. I decided to try their online form this year. I filled out the form and never heard back. There was a contact email in the form response confirmation so I emailed that- never heard a word. Terrible communication as I haven't been able to contact a single person at the company. Really frustrating.
Filled out their online quote form on a Friday, hoping they could pop out and take care of the leaves in our yard. They responded promptly with a recurring service contract. I told them I wasn't interested in recurring service, just a one-off service. They updated the contract slightly, so I signed it and emailed it back to them. I waited the following week... (sound of crickets). Called them the following Friday for an eta - they texted me back a bit later saying I'm on the schedule for early next week. I waited the following week... (sound of crickets again). Snow was in the forecast, so I took care of the leaves myself, and let them know their service (lack of) was no longer needed. Maybe our yard is too small to be worth their time, who knows.
