We called because of a leak in our attic. We had Wayne's card from when he had done a free inspection of our roof a few months ago so we took a chance. He came out same day and was able to repair and seal where a turbine had come unscrewed. He offered to repair and seal all of the other ones at an extremely reasonable price. Not only was he prompt, knowledgeable, and professional, he was also extremely nice. We will absolutely be calling Universal Roofing for all our roofing needs from now on!

The team of Allie and Wayne deserve a 5-star review for their diligence working with insurance to replace my wind damaged roof. I had the pleasure of working with Allie McCrady! From the time she knocked on my door and gave my new puppies all the attention, to over a week after my roof was complete, she was absolutely a joy and incredibly helpful. All I had to do was grant her permission to go up and look at my roof, and she made it the easiest home renovation project I've been a part of. She text me throughout the entire process, from awaiting approval and information from my insurance company all the way thru overseeing the project in its entirety. She sent me photos from start to finish and even some really cool drone shots! And even after it was all said and done she reached out to make sure I was happy with everything over a week later. Everyone that showed up for this project was easy to work with and I appreciated all the attention that was given to me and my questions, my property, and my pets! Thank you Allie!!!!

My experience was with Wayne Walters, and I could not have been more pleased. In particular, I was impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the whole process. Wayne called me in response to my online request and was out to our house the same day. Moreover, it was clear his intent was to solve our issue at hand, not just to upsell us. And, most importantly, the solution he provided worked perfectly! I was weary the process of fixing our leaky roof was going to be a nightmare, but this was not the case with Universal Roofing.

These guys were so nice and even did caulking on my chimney during the inspection (at no charge) to fix an issue I mentioned!!! Chris Kearns (the Universal rep who visited with his partner - didn't get his name) were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely be calling them when it's time for a roof repair/replacement.

Just had my new roof put on and couldn’t be happier! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a leak in my living room ceiling, and texting Walter one time was all I needed to do to get the ball rolling. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure a seamless process, and I hardly had to lift a finger. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it was completed quick and clean. The day of the installation he kept me in the loop and informed the entire time, and even sent drone pictures so I could see the progress. Even through I was initially intimidated by the thought of dealing with insurance and what seemed like a big home project, they made it SO EASY. Highly recommend!!

Had a new roof installed by Universal in 2020. The team led by Wayne Walters did an outstanding job, and the clean-up was as if they were never here. This year I was in the attic with a technician trying to solve a raccoon problem. He noticed a tiny pool of water on the plywood floor. Thinking this was a roof leak, I called Wayne Walters with Universal, and he came out the next day with another roof pro. They checked out the roof and then the attic ceiling. The leak was not a roof problem, but was a condensation problem from the special foil type of insulation I had installed. They showed me the problem and fixed it, even though it was totally unrelated to the Roof - the Roof was fine. They also reconnected an AC vent pipe that had become disconnected (not by them), taped it with metal tape, and solved another problem, totally unrelated to the Roof issue.
The point is, Wayne responded to my call and came to my home faster than anyone in the past 50 years I have owned a home. He went above and beyond what any home owner would possibly expect. I never do surveys or reviews, but the level of service my wife and I received in 2024 was amazing. Thanks to Wayne Walters and Universal for such exemplary service.

Universal roofing is such an amazing company. We bought a home that was a little older and needed a new roof. They came out and made the process so simple and easy. All we had to do was pick out the color we liked and they took care of everything else. It was so nice to work with a company who answered all the questions without me even having to ask.
