Customer reviews reflect a mixed sentiment regarding the company's services. While many customers praise the quality of work, organization, and attentive project management, others express serious concerns about billing practices and communication. Positive feedback highlights the thoroughness and professionalism of the crews, as well as prompt responses from management in addressing issues. However, significant complaints point to a lack of communication and unexpected costs that left some customers feeling frustrated. Overall, the company seems to deliver quality work, but serious issues with transparency and customer service need attention.
- I am extremely happy with my new roof. Excellent workmanship and great detail to complete the job in the most organized way.
- I appreciate his quick response and efforts to fix this situation.
- The very good work was performed on time and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
- Ron Imes and his crews did an absolutely fantastic job getting my house fixed up again.
- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Please learn from my mistakes and carefully read over the fine print on the contract.
- No contact, other than when money was involved, no follow up on any work, no updates of any kind during the entire 6 months.
- Charging me for work not done. A second error occurred in the last invoice.

I am extremely happy with my new roof. Excellent workmanship and great detail to complete the job in the most organized way. They stared the job in July and they worked on the house roofing and replaced due to hail damage. The worker arrived early in the morning and made sure to cover the ground to protect landscaping, I must say they had a supervisor on site and once they finished with the roofing they continued to the shed that also needed to be replaced. Once they finished with the roofing they send their second crew to replace a portion of the siding that had been damage by the hail and was installed with no issues whatsoever. I am really impressed with the quality of workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend them for they professionalisms and their resources to take care of roofing and siding needs. My house is the biggest investment of my life and they helped me in maintaining my house value and that’s quality respectful business. Thank very much Mr. Curry and all the guys for your hard work and for the great experience.
Sincerely,
Carmen Chang

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Please learn from my mistakes and carefully read over the fine print on the contract. They will come up with "Supplemental" materials/labor costs that almost doubled the cost. I ended up having to pay almost 5k out of pocket because of this. Please please please do not trust the sales guy or this company.
Update: Changed my rating. Jacob Noland returned my call and personally went over the details and realized an error in their billing. I appreciate his quick response and efforts to fix this situation.

Update 3... finally done with the work (July to January to do a roof, some siding, and paint 2 rooms). No contact, other than when money was involved, no follow up on any work, no updates of any kind during the entire 6 months (except for money). When it took over 6 months to do the work, they expected final payment within 4 days. When they were fired the first time, I discovered an 'honest error' in the invoice, charging me for work not done. A second error occurred in the last invoice. At this point, I believe it is either an ethical issue or they have no clue what they are doing or have done (and frankly, it could be either based on my observations). Avoid them.
FWIW, they did good work, it was just the service and customer focus that stunk (and the extra charges). There are other fine contractors out there who care about their customers and are focused on you, not only their bottom line.
Update 2: Things are now moving smoothly, communication is much better and we are working toward the end. The workmanship is very good and they have worked well with the insurance company.
Update: They have contacted me. Since they have positive reviews in several places, I will give them the BOD, but will not change any review until the work is done satisfactorily.
They came with such high reviews, sadly I cannot provide one in kind. It has been close to two months since we signed the contract (sadly they convinced me to let them have the insurance money from the company, they are sitting on it all right now). I had to beg them to get my roof done (they did not even bother contacting me after the contract was signed). Now that the roof is done, I am once again waiting and waiting. Two months to do a roof, interior paint and fix siding! The only time they have contacted me is when I initiated it. Now they are ignoring me despite the fact they have all my money. I am getting ready to report them to the state, the insurance company, the BBB, and because they are an out of state business, any federal agency that would apply. Sadly, this review would have never happened had they taken the time to call and provide any updates in the last nearly 2 months... if you want timely work, these are not the people to hire. I doubt I will get a call from them to finish the work they are contracted to do... it is looking like additional action may be required. Heck, all they had to do is return one of two calls I made in the last couple days and I would not have done this... DO NOT HIRE THIS AGENCY, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACT IN A TIMELY MANNER!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
