Really nice guy and knew what he was doing. We needed to get our metal roof either resealed or replaced as it hadn’t been maintained. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about metal roofs/ homes up in northside and worked with us on the price to make sure we were aware of what he was proposing to do and how the resealing process is done. Would definitely recommend him for other roofing jobs

Need roof work done for a leak. I reached out because i saw great reviews. Was contacted and asked for my address and told 2 pm next day. 3 days later no show or calls. I understand life happens and we get caught up in work, or maybe a better opportunity presented itself but a simple called saying i can’t accommodate your issue would have suffice. Not mad because i believe it’s not ill intent just disappointed

Called Andrew to set up a time to come and quote a roof replacement and was surprised that he would be able to come out same-day. Other roofing contractors gave us excuses and were generally dismissive on even giving a quote. Andrew walked my wife and I through his removal and replacement methods, materials and what to expect through the process. He was very respectful, professional and positive. We had another quote later that day and the other contractor was quite the opposite. We selected A. Townsley for the job, and he told us that once the materials were delivered they could begin the next day and should have the job wrapped up by that evening. True to his word, we had a new roof on in a single day and for the most part everything went very smoothly, the job was cleaned up and we are very satisfied with our new roof. The cost was very competitive given the size and complexity of the job. The only opportunity for improvement that I wished we would have thought about sooner was that when we had the ridge vent cut in, it produced some debris and dust that covered most of the inside of our attic and everything we had stored in there. Other than that, we were very impressed with Andrew and his crew and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Andrew and his crew, did an amazing job installing my new roof. Contacted him on a Monday morning about roof repair/replacement, by Friday I had a new roof. Would have been sooner, had the weather been better. His crew removed the old roof and installed a new one in a day. He and his crew were very polite and professional. Unlike other contractors I’ve dealt with, they took extra efforts to protect my deck, porches and AC units, and cleaned up the job site of debris. The job cost was very reasonable.
