Universal Apex Construction and Roofing

Put an inquiry on Facebook for a licensed and insured roofer in Corinth. We needed a new roof, new siding and a new window on our barn building. Universal Apex is the only company that replied. We did get one quote from another local roofing company that was basically a walk by, then called Apex and KG Haynes came out quickly and gave us a written quote with detail of what we wanted and what they would do. Also, upon request, he gave me a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. We decided the quote was fair, and they started two days later. Universal Apex had a good crew. They showed up late but only a little over an hour. Worked pretty steady and had most of the job done by the end of first day. Second day they also came later than we were told, but still got right to work and after a couple of hiccups, finished the job. They damaged an outdoor light but replaced with a new one. They cleaned up all their mess. Anything we had questions about, they worked with us to our satisfaction. We had pouring rain after the roof was complete and no leaks! KG Haynes was often present and made sure his guys did the job properly. We are so glad the job is done and hopefully our barn building is good for another 10-20 years. We felt that Universal Apex was honest and reliable. I would have given them 4-1/2 stars but that’s not an option.
Word to the wise, always get a copy of a company’s Certificate of Insurance and then call the provider to verify that it’s in force BEFORE they start your job.

We were in need of siding and a new roof. Universal Apex is the ONLY company that returned our call. Wade and the guys did a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient and even handle the replacement of the skylights with no trouble. Not only did we get a new roof and siding, but new gutters too, all at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Universal Apex is one of those companies that make you feel extremely comfortable right out of the gate. They are professional, informative and fairly priced. Give them a call if you have any roofing needs.
