If I could make this zero stars I would. Run from this company. They are dishonest, and lack any ounce of integrity. They wiped my insurance money bone dry and took an exceptionally long time to complete the work. Lots of excuses and broken promises. Put a lien on my house before we were even able to move back in. Do not trust them.

Excellent timely service from this company. We were pleased that they could get her quick as we had a sewer emergency.

They were there quickly the day my neighbors tree fell on my house. Fast forward 79 days from the incident and i have yet to see a quote. My calls are now not being returned. I was willing to give them the business from day one, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating.

Service technician was prompt in arriving and addressing our emergency water issue in our house. Pricing was fair, especially since our needs fell on a holiday weekend. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

The United Service team that came to our house after our flood were truly unbelievable. We mainly dealt with Charlie Miller and Jeff who was on site daily. Both were beyond responsive and helpful in any way possible. They worked around us and made every effort each night when they were done to leave us with a clean home and a spot to eat or watch the TV with the kids. They would actually clean out an area so our family could function during the clean up. Every worker they brought in was beyond professional and exceptional at what they do. They packed up everything and unpacked everything when they were done. We have told many people that if they ever have home damage, you guys are the ones to call. We truly appreciate everything you guys did to make the process as painless and efficient as possible

I recently called United Services to mitigate my water backup loss in my home. They were responsive, courteous and prompt. They documented and explained the process, including how they work with my insurance company. I could not be more pleased with how they eased the pressure of having to handle this type of claim.

The teams of people from water clean up to rebuilding the basement were all fantastic. The carpenter (Ben)sent out could not have been more professional or courteous. I highly recommend their services from start to finish.

We had a basement flood last summer (sump pumps broke). Water was seeping in from everywhere. Our insurance company sent United Services right over and by the end of the day all damaged flooring and drywall had been removed, personal items packed up, giant cans and dehumidifiers were moved in.

They made a stressful situation very easy and seamless!

United Services and our project manager, Jessie Wines, did a fantastic job on my elderly parents hail damage claim. Their home suffered extensive damages, and Jessie was instrumental in helping us define the damages and obtain the proper settlement from their insurance carrier. In addition, he brought in great tradesmen/contractors who did beautiful work. My parents and their home were treated with respect, and never once did they feel uncomfortable or unsure about the people working in and on their home. Thank you for a job well done! Sadly we had water damage to our home, unfortunately our insurance team was backed up & it took almost a month for us to get a referral to United services. In just 24 hours we have already received more professionalism & options of how to proceed than weve had all month. Today we even had them visit our home to get things moving. They were even kind enuff to accommodate our tricky schedules to make this happen. Looking forward to All that's to come.... Great to get the ball rolling!! United Services sent out a clean-up crew after tree roots caused a sewer back-up issue in my basement. Even though my basement is unfinished, everything needed to be thoroughly sanitize for safety. They got a crew out right away! They were professional, efficient and did an amazing job! My basement has never looked or smelled so good! Being an insurance agent, I work closely with restoration companies and United Services is #1 on list for myself & where I will be referring all of my clients. Did I say reasonably priced too! :)

This place is a joke, office told us they would be out between 8-10 pm and we said fine. Tech calls me up at 930 from the stop before us and said he would call us when he's on the way. We stayed up till 1am with no calls from tech. Called him at 7am and he said he would call me at 10:30. Guess what no call. We called back at 12:00 and he said he has some scheduling to do and would call me back in 20 minutes. Guess what? An hour goes by and we call him BACK AGAIN and he says he has some problems come up and he wouldn't be able to make it out. He was still at his hotel. Called his office and guess what,NO ANSWER.
