When I called United Roofing with my roof leaking emergency, I was offered instant support with a home visit from the owner and his daughter who were very supportive and knowledgeable, offering their services and options without being overly aggressive. Their son was also very helpful in the specifics needed and my options and setting up a workable solution quickly.
As a family owned business in Newtown and while I had contacted a number of reputable roofers in the area for estimates, the United team stood out for me. They were able to supply me with many options and tailored the solution to my needs and choices. They are honest and stand behind their work. I am very pleased with them and feel grateful to have found such an outstanding resource right here in Newtown. My neighbor recommended United Roofing to me and they did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Matt and his team were professional and assisted us with our insurance company. They inspected the roof and provided the details of the damage and worked with the insurance adjuster to get our claim approved. United Roofing completed the job in one day and cleaned up the debris. My new roof looks great.

Matt was punctual and the only roofer who showed up the day I called. He and his team performed a comprehensive roof inspection within a couple days, formed a 3D rendering, and took the lead on having our insurance company come out to evaluate further wind damage found.
