I needed spray-foam insulating done at my home to correct frozen pipe problems left after a bathroom renovation project. I wanted someone close-by and with good references, and Superior fit those requirements. Dave came out within a week to review the work area and to offer a quote. GM John patiently worked with me to wait 10-11 weeks for warmer weather to proceed with installation. Superior's specialist, Gustav, arrived fully briefed, and he quickly found deficiencies left by my bathroom contractor. Within 2 hours Gustav had prepared and treated the areas that required proper insulation. Thanks to Superior's professional work and skilled staff, I'm looking forward to no more pipe freeze-ups in future winters!

The crew at Superior Remodelers were excellent. The estimate was clear, simple, and affordable. They tell you when they will come to measure, then to install. Each time they came on time, installed new windows and outside moldings. Kept it clean and neat. Extremely polite. I highly recommend them.

This company handled a significant window replacement for us—over 30 windows and patio doors.
Dave's initial visit was thorough: he explained the options, took precise measurements, and gave us a clear estimate. We went to their showroom to see the windows firsthand, which helped us decide. They stuck to their timeline for getting the windows ready.
The install happened while we were out of town, but our handyman was there. John and the crew worked efficiently, and they kept our handyman in the loop. They even went the extra mile by getting custom wood trim for the outside, which was a nice touch. They took photos of the finished work and sent them to us. Plus, they were surprisingly clean—minimal wall damage.
Bottom line: we're happy with the results. They did what they said they'd do, and the windows look great!

Superior Remodelers just finished a job on our house of siding the entire house. From start to finish the experience was professional and satisfying. We will be repeat customers for all of our other jobs. The original siding was painted wood and replaced with vinyl siding. My house looks like a brand new home and completely different!! A few years ago we hired Superior Remodelers to install siding and gutters. I was so pleased with not only how it all came out but the workers commitment to getting it done in the dead of winter. Never a day late , they were there no matter what. So a few years later I decided to hire them again for a new front door. From John the general manager to the contractors installing we now have a beautiful new door with sidelights . Again I’m so pleased with them.
I trust them completely to do a fantastic job.

Start to finish very professional. I had a bay window installed as well as having storm windows removed and than re-capped. They also removed original steel windows from the basement and replaced them.

Superior Remodelers are the absolute best of the best. John Varca (the GM) is so knowledgeable, fair and wonderful to work with. Johnny and Kris are my favorite installers. Last year they installed my Provia fiberglass doors. I was so happy with the work and craftmanship I hired them to install Marvin fiberglass windows. They are extremely accurate, professional, neat, efficient and fun to work with.

Very professional install of triple window and patio door. Since we couldn't replace the Marvin window panels because they were no longer made, we had to go the vinyl replacement route. We didn't expect a very good outcome, but had no choice and matched the best we could. John suggested to change all 3 of the windows for a better look. The 2 side swing out wooden windows were rotting at the bottom. By installing all 3 as one unit the look was like factory. The vinyl wood frame was a very good match. Not perfect, but hard to notice. At least now when they get wet, and they will when they're open and it rains, no sweat, they just wipe dry and will never rot. The outside aluminum work was perfection. So we got good advice and pro install = very pleased customer.

Superior Remodelers replaced a back french door with a new sliding glass door. The work was done quickly and well. They left no mess and I've very happy with the work. I will likely use them again for my next remodel project.

We just completed our vinyl siding project with Superior Remodelers and we are beyond happy with the whole experience. This was a very large and expensive home improvement and we had five companies give us estimates. John was so detail oriented and addressed so many things I hadn’t even thought of yet and no other company mentioned. I needed a new front door to my house and received estimates from 6 different companies. Superior Remodelers came in with the lowest bid, and I made the the right decision to go with them. They are amazing. The work crew, Johnnie and Kristaps, were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took out the old door, repaired some water damage, and had the new door in within one day. The price was good, I didn't get gouged for the extra work to repair the water damage, and the door is perfect. As far as I'm concerned, I don't have to ask for six estimates anymore when I have a home improvement job, I'm just calling Superior.

Had another job for Superior to repair my roof gutters and soffits. Again got a good price and am quite happy with the results. The gutter guards they installed have already been worth the added expense, and my house looks amazing!

We had all the windows in our home replaced Superior windows and the crew members were effective and clean. When we meet up with John we were only planning on have a few of the windows changed but we decided to change all because they were affordable. We're very impressed with the workmanship, very satisfied and happy with our new windows. Plus we are planning on doing more projects with John.

What’s the need to have a roof replaced? We reached out to several contractors for estimates. Superior remodelers, we’re by far, the most professional, from initial estimate, until the end of the project. Simply said, Superior remodelers were superior. Their work ethic is impressive. we also chose to have a new slider installed, and again that was done with extreme diligence to ensuring this was done well. And a future projects, we may contemplate, my first contact would be superior remodelers, more than likely my only contact.

We used Superior Remodelers for siding on our house and I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Jim showed up at our house for the initial consultation with all our home measurements in hand. We told him what we wanted for texture and color and he gave us the final price on the spot. No hidden fees or cavaets, just striaght up this is what you're looking at. From there, John communicated with us through every step of the job, keeping us in the loop with every little thing and was extremely polite, professional and responsive 100% of the time, even after business hours. The crew, Martin and John, produced quality work above our expectations. We made little tweaks/changes along the way and they adjusted on the fly, no questions asked. Martin did a walk around the house every couple of days with us to ensure we were happy with every little detail. If something needed to be changed, it was done same day or the day after. We did add some additional things to the job and John gave us the price for those additions immediately so we could make decisions (gutter guards for example). We are beyond impressed with our experience. They installed new siding, gutters, and trim which completely transformed our home into exactly what we wanted. It looks like a brand new house. If we need additional work done to our home, we will not look anywhere else and Superior Remodelers has gained a lifetime customer. I had used Superior Remodelers for a siding project previously. When a tree limb hit my house, doing damage, I contracted them again because they were professional and did an outstanding job. There was damage to the roof that I was unaware of, and they sent me photos and temporarily patched the holes to stop further damage until I could get an insurance adjustor to assess the damage.

Superior Remodelers did an outstanding job replacing all the windows in our house - about 25. You could not beat the price and quality of the windows and they offered great advice during the design. Installation was excellent and you did not know they were there when they finished. Usually the homeowner is left with additional work or touchup but they took care of everything. They were in and out in a couple of days as promised and I would highly recommend them for window or door replacement. We used them initially about 10 years ago for a couple of doors and their level of service was the same.

The crew at Superior Windowland is extremely hard working with strong attention to details, neat, polite, and great at what they do. Not only great at replacing windows,but at new installations, and repair work as well.They replaced all my windows, Installed a New Bow window where there was nothing, and repaired water damage they found under the vinyl siding. Today, finding good contractors is often quite challenging. A charge more, do less, mentality is far too common. Finding Superior Remodelers was a refreshing experience. The Newtown showroom was helpful for a hands on experience before choosing windows and siding. John Varca answered all questions without any of the sales gimmicks and pressure plaguing the industry. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. Operating the actual windows, handling the siding and trim samples all helped make our vision clear. John was patient and took care of the process once we were ready to go forward. The workers Richie, Martin, Alex, and Johnny are all meticulous and care a lot about the work they do. There were anywhere from 4-6 guys most days on our project. Everyone was on time as promised and always respectful. The craftsmanship shows through on the final project. The custom details we wanted inside and out left many contractors stumped. Rather than providing a quote they aimed to talk us out of doing what we wanted to do. John Varca understood our needs and immediately stated "Our guys can handle it". He kept his word and his team transformed our house beautifully!

We recently used Superior Remodelers for a new roof and new windows. From the time that I contacted them through the completion of the jobs they were friendly and very professional. The crews that worked on each project were very friendly and professional as well. They left the property the way that they found it and there wasn't anything that needed cleaning up after they left because they were very meticulous to ensure that they cleaned every little bit up. Superior far exceeded my expectations.

My home, in Branford was built in the late 1800’s with very little upgrades and many surprises. Superior held my hand throughout, which made a very stressful project SO much more manageable. The property has been in my family since its inception so this project was very meaningful to my family.

The team came out and measured each window. They then worked with me on an instal date. The team showed up on time and installed 12 windows across my entire house in 7 hours. The team was very professional. They even cleaned up everything and even blew the stuff from in front of the house when the project was f I shed.
