We contacted United Restoration to perform lead abatement and lead dust specific cleaning on our house after a former contractor contaminated our house with lead dust.

United Restoration completed all the work as promised. They were communicative and supportive throughout the process, listened to all our concerns and answered our many questions. They went above and beyond to ensure our house was safe for us to live in with small children. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

United Restoration made a very stressful situation almost easy! When my basement flooded, Johnathan came quickly and started work immediately. Jess and crew did a great job in cleaning up the water damage. Their final invoice cost was reasonable with no surprises. Ian worked my insurance company with patience and I was able to pay the bill with my insurance’s approval. Overall, very smooth process working with Ian on the payment aspect. I will work with them in the future without hesitation.

The team was great! They gave me an estimate the same day I called, explained everything thoroughly, and did the cleanup that afternoon. They made the process easy for me and I’m very happy with the results!

My mother had a great deal of water damage involving both floors of her townhouse. This was due to a water tank that burst and collapsed parts of her ceiling on both floors. She was still able to stay in her home, but this was especially difficult due to my mother having a level of Alzheimer's.

Lawton Ruiz and his crew from United Restoration was wonderful. They had many obstacles to overcome in our situation and they were always kind and respectful to us. Their work was top-notch. The crew manager, Lawton Ruiz, was especially diligent in dealing with the multiple situations that arose. Lawton always came by to talk with my mother when she was confused on having something completed. Many times, Lawton would stop by just because I asked him if he could come and talk to her. Lawton Ruiz always came and never tired of being kind while explaining things to her in a way she could understand, and at times it was challenging.

Came home from vacation to a major water leak , Project Manager , Jesse , was here almost immediately, his crew was extremely professional from day one . Everything was protected and work began without a hitch . Rubbish removed in a timely fashion and hauled away . They kept me updated every step of the project and their lead on site was very punctual and organized. Ian , in the office , helped me with my insurance paperwork which can be intimidating to say the least . I highly recommend this company and team .

United Restoration Services performed a mold remediation following stringent appropriate protocols after condensation in my chimney caused leakage and mold was present on three floors of my home, in the wet brick and behind wallpaper.
This project was so well-managed. Phone calls were returned promptly. The project manager coordinated carefully with the person who conducted the before and after inspections and carefully followed the directives from him about what specific work needed to be done on each floor. All personnel, including multiple people working in my home, were, prompt, friendly, helpful and sensitively aware that this was my home, not simply a worksite!
I recommend them without hesitation.

This review is long overdue. Cindi and her team at United Restorations were incredible. After a horrific and unfortunate construction incident that contaminated my home and belongings with lead dust, Cindi and her team were the only shining lights in the entire unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to help me restore my home and belongings (and in turn, my life). I cannot recommend them highly enough. The attention, time, and maneuvering required for this job, even before it started, was a lot—and they came thru in every way. They were thorough, communicative, took the time to understand the specifics of my concerns and the minutia of the project, and made me feel comfortable and confident in the results. Grateful for them—and I do not say that lightly.

United Restoration performed the demolition and mitigation work on my home after Hurricane Ida. Cindi and her crew were so professional, timely, clean, and helpful. Having their guidance and work during a tough time was so beneficial, and I will definitely be using them again just hopefully under different circumstances! Working with Mario and his team at United Restoration Services was a pleasure! His team quickly came to our residence after we experienced severe water damage. They were calm, walked us through the process, and, remediated and cleaned all the damaged areas. They guided us through the claims process, and were highly professional. These situations are very stressful, and Mario's follow-up afterwards was very helpful!

A pipe burst, my condominium was flooded; two floors and one ceiling were ruined. Not more than a few hours passed before an entire crew showed up (at night) to begin the clean up, place five industrial-type fans between the two floors, returned the following day to continue with clean up. Members of this team continued for several days to return, remove garbage, check on wetness, etc. This group, headed by Mario Lutz was incredible.

Mario's superhero nature is even more rare because of the fact that job satisfaction comes solely from our safe return home.
