Well tank failed flooding basement. Servpro arrived promptly and went straight to work. Their equipment and the team did an excellent job. My basement has never been so clean. Very professional. Hope I never need them again but will not hesitate to call if I do!

During the brief deep freeze at the end of December a baseboard heating line froze and busrt, causing some exterior and interior damage, requiring some destruction for plumbers to get at the problem and repair it - and then of course everything had to be put back together and painted. Our insurance agent recommended ServPro of Northern Westchester near us to do the work, and they did. It took quite a while because it turned out the burst was in more than one place, so there was an extra cycle of destruction and plumbing , and then a period of bad weather that delayed the repainting (most of the damage was exterior and hence exposed to the weather) but Ely and Mario and the team got it done as efficiently as possible, as well as carefully and responsively to our concerns and questions - and with good humor. As they say - when they were done it was as if it never happened (only better :-:-) So “thanks ServPro”!! (If only the insurance company were as quick, we would be even happier, but I’m sure they’ll come through, maybe in my lifetime. We’ll see.). F. Mosher

We had a huge job to do: three floors of grime and debris. The Serve Pro team came in and did an immaculate job. Plus the team members were polite, careful and worked well together. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

We just sustained a lower level plumbing leak and resulting damage. The team explained the clean up, drying process, etc. They (Kevin, Paul, and Anthony) were punctual and professional. Bad things can happen and sometimes they can happen twice! Our home of over 40 years was incompetently renovated in 2021-22. An uninsulated water pipe froze and burst, flooding our newly renovated home. Servpro to the rescue! EXPETIONAL CUSTOMER SERIVICE-We had terrible water damage due to a faulty sump-pump and septic connection at 1 am on Memorial Day weekend. A real person actually anwsered our call and had a restoration team on-site at 8 am the next day--please keep in mind, this was over a holiday weekend. The ServPro team continued to be outstanding during what turned out to be a year long restoration project.

We had a water heater flood our basement and the adjacent bedroom and carpet was completed saturated. ServPro was very professional and responsive and quick to react to dry out the room and carpet. We avoided a much more costly option had we had to replace the carpet. They are the Pros when it comes to water cleanup!

We were out of town when an emergency back up occurred in our basement. Servpro sent a team quickly and they professionally and quickly cleaned and disinfected. I highly recommend their service.

Had a water pipe break on the first floor. Servepro came and cleaned and repaired the site. They were responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

we had a disastrous flood (broken part in our instant-hot), and we were away. servpro was here immediately, and didn't leave until they had cleaned up a rather terrifying mess of wallboard, ceiling, and flooring. if you need this kinds of remediation, they're your people!

These folks deserve 6 stars. They go way above and beyond the basics of clean and cleaning, these people are obsessive about cleaning your room, your home, whatever your need to the best of their ability. They are timely, well supervised and when I walked into my home which fire and smoke had badly damaged, ServPro had renewed and restored it so the painters could get right in and the new kitchen could be installed. My home was spotless. Supervisor Keith was the best. He kept me informed and was never too busy when I called.

Crew was on time and worked diligently. And my home was "like it never happened". Thank you Servpro for saving the day.

The crew came in and was set to work immediately. They returned the following week to measure the moisture in the walls prior to removing the equipment. They sanitized the room and items separating items from the floor.
