So we had a project to have our walkway competed and the guys came and it took them a little over 2 days to rip out our old, dated concrete walkway and install a new paver's walkway.

Villa &Sons Construction did such a great job! The estimate was very detailed and included pictures, which was super helpful. They replaced the railroad tie retaining walls with natural stone walls, and railroad tie steps with Belgian block and it all looks amazing! Their team is very professional and worked through 100 degree heat to complete the job in a timely manner - absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the near future.

As always Villa and Sons did a beautiful job on our walk way. Monday they will put in front steps and rails. When completed I will send a photo. Beautiful work!

We used Villa & Sons to replace our driveway, re-do our patio and re-do the Belgian blocks around our house. They came in with a fair price, were extremely responsive answering all of our questions and perpetually kept us up to date. They came up with a few ideas to make our patio even better than we thought and left everything in perfect shape with nothing we had to do after (even put down grass and some new dirt). Very highly recommend!

Just had our driveway replaced by Villa & Sons. I appreciated the detail in the written estimate provided to me. i looked at three other contractors and found Villa's price to be very fair and included a one-year warranty (A neighbor had his driveway redone a few years prior and needed to utilize the warranty. Villa lived up to its promise) The communication with the team was excellent, and the job was scheduled within a few weeks of moving forward with the project. The job was completed on time and as promised, and the worksite was left very clean.

Franklin Is a pleasure to work with and his man do quality work wil refer him anybody that's looking to get work done.

Their team fixed our deck, roof, power washed our house and did outside carpentry work. They were overall excellent. Did very hi quality work, very efficient, responsible, great to deal with, cleaned up after each day of work and were reasonably priced. Overall a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The team at Villa and Sons Construction did a great job at building two retaining walls for my parking area. Leveling and removing an old section of the driveway, and then repaving it was done in a masterful way on a steeply sloped site. Replacement of the concrete garage apron was also done. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a wonderful job! If I had anything else that needed work, they would be at the top of my list.

Villa & Sons did a complete replacement and expansion of our driveway. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work, the work schedule and the price. The quality of the finished driveway was outstanding, especially the sloping for improved drainage and the edging to put a nice finished touch on it. We will definitely use them for future driveway and paving work.

Beautiful new and level driveway thanks to Villa & Sons. Very reasonable pricing for a huge job. Everyone professional and friendly and left the surrounding area of my new driveway perfect. I didn’t even know that was included in the price. Most of my nearby neighbors used them and now we have a beautiful driveway like them. We are really thrilled with the work.

Strongly recommend Villa and Sons. They did two projects for us, resurfacing our asphalt driveway and repairing a retaining wall. Both were done professionally, crew came early, did the jobs, and cleaned up nicely after it was done
