We recently had a door and two windows replaced in our home. United Home Experts did an excellent job from beginning to end. After some false starts with other contractors, I can't say enough how refreshing it was to work with a team that was organized, efficient, and communicative. We were able to select exactly the features we wanted for our custom door, and the installation went great. Lucas and Marriott were very professional with the install and went above and beyond to correct an issue at the end of a long day for them. Great customer service throughout, and everything is looking great.

Professionall,friendly,and , knowledgeable answered all my questions. And I asked many questions Didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing stuff. Had a crew that was unbelievable in their work habits.

I have used United Home Experts over the years for various projects, a roof, some windows and siding and painting. They are the most reliable company I have ever worked with in the home improvement world. Prior to me meeting John Dudley and his team at United Home Experts, I used many different contractors for work at my commercial property and home, and it was always the same old story, these contractors wouldn't return calls, you wouldn't see them for days and the pricing always changed. I strongly urge everyone to talk to United Home Experts for any household project, you will not be disappointed.

Laurissa was wonderful to deal with on our door installation. The first instal team made multiple mistake installing the door but after Laurissa inspected the work agreed with us about the mistakes and actually found a few we did not see. She immediately started a process to remediate all of the items and brought in Jackson fix all of the items. He also was fantastic and was extremely detailed in everything he did. My wife and I were really happy with the service we received from Laurissa and Jackson.

Used subcontractors that worked hard (in literal darkness), but were unprofessional and unskilled in their trade to say the least. Showed up in cars with ladders etc tied on etc not official company trucks. Unfortunately any questions I had couldn't be answered by the crew, because no one spoke English or didn't have answers. Friendly but clueless. Pretty sure this isn't the crew they sent to jobs in upscale neighborhoods smh. When I would ask the project manager he seemed irritated and put out. Like when I called to mention the Unfinished Roof was left untarped and exposed to bad weather. Shrubs etc in front of house were so damaged they needed to be removed. Yard, driveway and attic completely full of roofing debris, including nails. Had to replace a tire, and neighbors even complained about debris being in their yard. One also went through my boot, piercing my foot. This was after the job was "done". They also left enough new roofing material in the yard and middle of driveway, that I had to pay someone to take most of it away. There's still some plywood out there. Roof was leaking quickly after installation and I had to make time for them to come back out several times (usually during times I am supposed to be at work). Roof most obviously leaked around vent pipe, chimney etc (around openings). Leaking ruined a previously repaired ceiling on my 2nd floor and is now affecting other areas. Water appears to be getting under shingles and all the old wood now looks water stained, and a lot worse than it ever looked before it was replaced by this company. This is keeping it short. I'm a single grandmother raising my grandson and this money was hard to come up with. Somehow I will now need to
Come up with it again, for something that should've lasted years. Disgraceful company. I'm not sure how they have decent reviews. It's certainly makes you wonder.
