Jason was terrific! He fixed our door issue in minutes! If you need help fixing something give them a call. The pricing was $200 and I’m not sure if this is expensive but it will give you an idea. Will use them again.

We had a wall mounted Iron table inserted, and they did a great job! There is fine dust everywhere (because of the dry wall), but they cleaned up at the work site. I don’t think they can help the flying dust as it settles. I will wipe it down. Some scratches on the wall with missing paint, but nothing I can’t touch up! The job is very professionally done and I am very happy with the work

Tommy did a great job installing a very tricky and undersized double retractable sliding screen door. He also fixed our dryer vent and installed a new exterior door handle with no prior notice that those jobs were on the list. Very professional. We will be calling them back soon for more projects.

Dan Emidy arrived right on time to repair some leaky skylights. He explained exactly what he was doing and even repaired some other issues he saw on my roof. A bunch of small repairs to maintain my house. Well worth the money.

Vinyl siding damaged by high winds. Repair was thorough and tech Tom Hallahan was polite and explained everything. Very pleased will definitely recommend.

Mr. Handyman is the first time since I've owned my house where I felt like a professional entered my home to help.

The technician was friendly, approachable, and knew his stuff. He was transparent with the jobs at hand and didn't upsell me at all. He was informative and a great communicator.

The cost was pretty average but it was well worth the cost to know that the job was done right.

Had an amazing experience with Mr Handyman. I submitted pictures of what I was thinking of for the project. Tommy came out and consulted. And then did the project in one day! It was exactly what I envisioned.

Came to do the work on time done in a timely manner. I was surprised due to the cold weather I didn’t think it could be done. He did great work. We needed siding repair would recommend to anyone and will call again for more repairs

John was absolutely amazing. I had an exterior door in our new home that wouldn't close and lock properly, and he was able to plane the door and realign the locks and now everything works great. I would definitely recommend Mr Handyman and highly recommend John

Service is as much about completing a good job, as it is handling any issues that may arise. Tommy Hallahan came to install a dishwasher that proved pretty challenging. A few issues did arise that Tony and management (via Steve) dealt with promptly and thoroughly. I am grateful for that and would recommend them based on their transparency, responsiveness, and overall good work.

Kip was very helpful. I was relieved to find that even though my door is not exactly standard size I can still get a somewhat normal install. Kip was able to get the door made to size. Now we wait for the door to be made.

Mr. Handyman changed the snow melting cables on our roof and repaired the siding, where the wood peckers made holes. He came on time, and completed the work efficiently.

Everything perfect. Greg was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The service was easy and fast. I really appreciated having those nagging house issues dealt with and off the list of projects. Highly recommended.

Dan Hart did work in our condo for first time. I immediately felt I could trust his expertise and judgment. He replaced smoke detectors and did other work very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely choose him again!

Dan did a fantastic Job of repairing our rotted outside house trim. He was on time,friendly and knowledgeable and would use him again for any other carpentry needs.

We couldn’t be more happy with our technician Tommy from Handyman services. He had to replace some vinyl that was cracked due to installation of some mini-splits. Punctual,, efficient , conscientious would hire him again in a heart beat. He never stopped working the whole time he was here.

They were very professional. Texted before arriving, prepped the work site and home access areas, did quality work and cleaned when done. I will definitely use them again!

I kept saying yesterday was "the best day ever" and looking back today, it still was. John Stewart from Mr. Handyman came out to our house and took care of my BIG list of things we needed done, one by one, carefully, thoroughly (can't stress that enough), completely, and competently. He was not intimidated by a 100-year-old house. He was not daunted by a single thing.

In the process of making the repairs and doing the installations that I had requested, he inspected areas of our house that we can't get to, pointed out any issues, and then took care of them on the spot. None of this "Find someone who can help you fix this," or "I'd fix this today but I don't have X parts/supplies with me." John had absolutely everything on his truck to take care of everything we needed, and he knew how to get it all done. Talk about peace of mind. My house was loved!

I reached out to Mr. Handyman early on a Wednesday, got a response right away, and John was at my house the next day.
It doesn't get much better than that. He stayed as long as he needed to - no rushing off to get to the next appointment, no tentative plans to come back another day. This is as good as it gets, folks.

I will be using Mr. Handyman again and again, and I hope they always send me John Stewart. A+ experience.

Outstanding job by Tommy Hallahan. Highly recommend! He knew exactly where to go, what to do, got to work and did an absolutely excellent job. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth it! The photos are of the storm door and shower door that he replaced for us.

Arrived on time, work was completed satisfactorily and cleaned up afterwards. Very nice to work with. I will definitely work with them again

My handyman Gregg is very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. He did an outstanding job with the various repairs I needed done. I would recommend him and this company to my friends!!!!

Kip was excellent. In half a day, on his first visit, he:
- cut up some massive branches that came down in last weeks storm (which we hadn’t previously mentioned before he arrived)
- built a new frame for one of the screens in our porch
- patched a hole in our ceiling in our utility room
- repaired woodpecker damage to the side of our house and painted it
- repaired a hinge in one of our kitchen cabinets that I’ve been trying to fix for years
- laid new wood decking in a section of our porch floor that has started to rot
- recalibrated the settings on a floodlight high on the side of our house which required a very tall ladder
- made two trips to local stores to purchase materials.
All in all, a couple of years of tasks that we haven’t dealt with all taken care of at once, for a very reasonable price.

Not just any business! Fantastic results, from Katie in the office to John the Handyman! My daughter told John that I was so happy with his performance that I was tearing up! I was! I had a sliding door replaced by Mr, Handyman and imi am very happy with their work. Kip was my technician and he did a fantastic job replacing the door. He also noticed that there was not insulation and water protection around the door from when the house was built which could have caused issues in the future. He took care of all those issues and added new trim to the door as well. 10/10 would hire again.

Mr. Handyman was just as they advertise. Derrick arrived on time, couldn’t have been more courteous, explained what he was going to do and completed the job on time and at slightly less than the estimate. I strongly recommend Mr. Handyman if you are looking for help with projects in or around your home.

Mt Kip Pitard from the Mr Handyman company has been working in our home for about a week creating an office/den from and unfinished segment of the basement. We are DELIGHTED with the work that Kip has done. He has converted the area into a very high quality professional office. His work is superb, attitude is fabulous, activity and industriousness are outstanding. He contributed design opinions and technical expertise which significantly enriched the original plan. We are VERY pleased with Kip.

The service person was professional and knowledgeable. He let me know the process and I was comfortable asking questions. He was attentive to my concerns.

Hired Mr. Handyman to repair a sliding patio door that was becoming almost unusable. Very professional. Showed up at exactly the scheduled time. John and Tommy were both friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in understandable detail. They were thorough and cleaned up before they left. Job was well done and has saved me money by not having to replace the slider. Highly recommended. I’ll be using them again.

We had a large shed repaired and painted. The work was done well and on time and Kip is a great guy! We will deinitely use this service again.

Kip was a pleasure to work with; friendly, informative and accurate with his initial quote. I would give him 5/5. Everything we got was as expected and as promised, at least so far. The only reason I would not give the service in general a 5/5 (4/5) is that they had to cancel on us twice at the last minute- once for the initial evaluation of work and then once to perform the service. The problem he were trying to get fixed was related to water leaking near an electrical panel so I would have considered that urgent and didn't really feel that was appreciated by their scheduling. The last minute cancelling also disrupted plans we had made initially to accommodate. All this being said, Kip was great and his work has already held up against some heavy rain and wind last week. I would use their service again for sure- requesting Kip.

Our experience with Mr. Handyman of Central MetroWest simply could not have been better. The appointment was for 8am last Friday morning and Kip pulled up in his truck at 7:58am. He ended up replacing all three of our bathroom vents (one had died), fixed a hole in a ceiling from previous burst pipes (it looks amazing!) and even fixed our dining room table so it is usable again. My only regret is that I couldn't think of more chores for him to accomplish. He was fast, effective and efficient, cleaned up after each task and so pleasant. I highly recommend them and will be calling them when we have other jobs in the future!

He immediately responded to my phone call. Work was completed within two weeks. The handyman who completed all the work was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again.

Was really hoping for the best when I contacted Mr. Handyman. Things seem to start out well and they were very responsive. The first worker they sent - Mark was very cordial and seemed quite knowledgible in the trades. I did think and still do that their initial "Dispatch Fee " of $212. just to come and estimate job is somewhat excessive - especially where many licensed contractors will do this for N/C. When I asked if any of the $212. gets applied to job if I agree to let them do it was told no. Their hourly rates at $148. hr seem much higher than I expected for a handyman as that is almost as much as some licensed contractors charge. Well, mark never came back - don't know what happened - either quit or fired. Second guy came , Greg and was also very pleasant and professional did some painting and fixing up of some older windows but after 6 hrs. of work bill was over $900. He was supposed to send me some info. re: type of window I needed to order to replace one missing storms but I never received even after I notified office and spoke to katie & Steve several times. Overall, not really affordable for seniors on a budget and expensive for certain jobs that most people would expect when they hire a handyman.

Work was expedient and done to perfection. Dan also pointed out a few problem areas and addressed them on the spot. It’s a relief to find a company you can count on to provide high quality work at reasonable cost.

These guys are exactly what I needed! Kip arrived right on time and fixed two doors, replaced the screen in the sliding door, and repaired a hole in the floor/wall by the shower (caused by water damage) then re-tiled the floor and repaired the wall. All in one day. Those ‘projects’ had been bothering me for a while, Kip was awesome, very pleased with the results.
