Unique Construction has been working with our family for years and has provided services to our family home to help keep things up and running. And that's a blessing! Finding the right fit for a home construction project can be very challenging as well as stressful.Unique construction came out and gave quote in a timely fashion while other companies gave me the run around about doing work in the City of Detroit.After agreeing on the competitive pricing of work to be done. The project proceeded with many upgrades. For example special order the brick to match the house along with limestone accent pieces on garage.I started out laying half the driveway which later changed to a full driveway.The project was very fluid with upgrades.In the end Mr Brooks company lived up to it’s name “unique construction “ , I am very happy with the finished project and will use again.

Unique Construction Co LLC is awesome. Everything they construct is in excellent order. They are skillful and provide helpful information while completing the jobs. I truly enjoy cooking in my beautiful kitchen.I smile when I look at my attractive and well put together cabinets,backslash,and lighting fixtures. I am looking forward to our next home improvement project.

Unique Construction added an addition to my home 10 or 15 years ago. I was very pleased with the work when completed. I thank Unique Construction two or three times daily when I enter the addition construction.

I hired Unique Construction to repair my windows, patio door and some other minor work as well as rebuild my garage after it caught fire. They tore down the old structure, removed the debris and started the new build in a timely manner. I was nothing but amazed with my new garage and the work completed inside my home. I absolutely love it. I thank God they were there in my time of need.

Unique Construction renovated my house. New concrete for entire side walk, entire concrete driveway, 3/4 concrete patio in my backyard. New aluminum siding, New concrete on the front steps, and rear steps. Dog kennel, and newly built storage shed. I truly Thank you Mr. Brooks for the great work he has done for me on my home.

Totally unprofessional manager!!!! Refused to send me a quote! He just wanted me to commit over the phone. I asked what are the next steps and his response was either you are going to move forward or not. I again said are you going to send me the information so that I can look it over and he says "you know what ma'am this is too much we don't need the business, we have been in business a number of years" and hung up on me!!!! This is 2024 and if you can't send your customers quotes but want them to agree to use your company you are insane.

An individual came out to provide an estimate and was on his phone the whole time. He share that the company was licensed and insured. He acted as if he was in a hurry and as I try to show him other projects he wouldn't take time to see them. He never gave me a written estimate on the garage nor has he contacted me and it's been a week. Will not contact this company for any other upcoming projects.
