I used this site to find a roofer located and operating in the City of Detroit. I called several and one responded, Walls & Bros. We scheduled an estimate, he showed up on time. We scheduled a start and finish date...and guess what, he finished on schedule.

I’m having a couple spots that I’m leaking in with heavy or continuous rain and after reading all of the great reviews decided to give them a call. Well I just called and after just being on the phone with the guy for 2 min, I’m now airing on the side of the reviews being fake. I explained just as I did above what my issue was and asked if they were licensed & bonded because roof jobs are not cheap so I need to ensure quality work right! Well the guy on the phone asked me what was wrong with the roof. Sir I don’t know that’s what I’m calling you for. Are you able to come out and take a look at it and provide an estimate was my response. He then asked me if I was having other people to come out and look as well because he was very busy. Shocked, I took that as a sign and bid him a thank you and have a good day. Just that initial experience screams nightmare. If you’re going by the great praises of reviews, please beware and go off your gut instincts. Mine screamed don’t do it so loudly that I felt the need to instantly come provide this long detailed true review.

These are either fake reviews or this company sends random roofers to jobs. The contractor I had was named Earl Brown and if you google his name you will see the real reviews. He is a crook! He was supposed to repair a leaking roof and one week after the "repair" it leaked worse! I called him every day for two weeks and he kept promising to come and fix it and never did. Thats when I googled his name found the real reviews which confirm what I am saying. He's a crook and I am in the process of suing. You are a fool if you go with him.

They are very professional! Expert came out and gave me a great estimate for the project I wanted done at the house. Contractors showed up on time every time and finished the job in a timely manner. I'm very happy I called Detroit Roofing Service.
