Evolve construction found hail damage to my roof and worked with my insurance company
to receive a new roof. They subbed my roof out to another contractor, and used Nationwide
Insurance Claims Advocates to estimate the work to be done by hail damage. The estimate
included roof, gutters, screens, and some deck damage. My insurance company paid the total
bill in full. However Evolve had roof done, no one did the additional work that insurance company
paid for. The extra money for things not done was to be refunded to me however it was not.
Very upset by this and I would not recommend using them. I have contacted them many times
in this matter without results. The work not done and was paid to them was for $7815.79 which
I should have gotten a refund. I am a 100% disabled veteran and this was promised to me and
not kept, do not trust these people.
