The only regret I have is that I didn’t order these wonderful windows sooner! Apart from that the whole process was painless and the outcome better than I could have possibly expected. Long story:
I had an issue with my new older home from the 70s. My inspector back in 22' didnt catch that the windows would leak after heavy storms. I called the company and explained the situation. After speaking with the owner and manager ended up going for new vytex windows. From the the owner down to the onsite crew, everyone had excellent communication and technical skills. They explain everything thoroughly and respectfully.
Since having the new windows installed, the the quality of living in my home has drastically improved.

My mother contracted Unicorp to replace her roof and gutters. Once the work was completed, there was a problem with the water not draining into one of the gutters properly and flowing down the side of the house. They came out to fix it, but the initial solution did not work. Nonetheless, they stand behind their work. They dispatched JR to come out the second time, and he diagnosed the problem and offered a reasonable solution. His attitude was positive, collaborative, and customer-service oriented. Thus far, the matter is solved, and I know that we can contact them again to come out with no hassle or questions asked if there continues to be any problems.

We've had Unicorp replace our roof, siding windows and gutters. They provide an excellent product and are very competitive with their pricing. The installation crew is conscientious and work very efficiently. Our 25 windows were installed in one day. I'm very happy with their work and would use them again.

Unicorp was recommended to me by my neighbors, who had very good experience with their work. I called Unicorp to see whether I need to replace my roof because there are spots of moss on top of it, and it is at least 17 years old. After a very thorough online zoom call with Brian Weil, the President of the company, he came to inspect the roof, and then called me to let me know that the roof is still in very good shape and there is no need for replacement for another few years. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and quick responses I received from the company. Will definitely call them again when I really need roof or window repair.

Unicorp installed Hardie siding on our house and did an excellent job. The siding crew worked diligently, not rushing, and their craftsmanship is the best of any work we’ve had done on the houses we owned, no question. There were occasionally issues, like there always are with large projects, and rather than cut corners, they went above and beyond. Specifically, JR went above and beyond and made sure we were happy, even when it must’ve cut into their profit margin. We will absolutely use them again and strongly recommend them to others. Their work was truly excellent from start to finish.

We hired Unicorp to replace all our windows, doors, and siding—and the result has been an amazing transformation of the entire house. Not only was the work done to perfection, but the people we dealt with at every stage made the whole experience a pleasure.

From the start, our sales rep Alex was informative and responsive, answering all our questions over several weeks—so that by the time we signed the contract, we were totally comfortable with the project design, and knew what to expect when work began.

Paul was in charge of the window and door installation. He and his crew finished all the work in just two days, and kept the work areas clean as well. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and Paul himself was an unforgettable character. Window replacement can be an overwhelming job, since it involves every room in the house, but Paul made it fun with entertaining conversation. And he was an artist with the trim capping, making sure to match the style of our colonial house so that the windows would have definition instead of appearing flat.

The windows and doors themselves are top-of-the-line quality. They instantly modernized the house, and because of the improved energy efficiency, our AC is able to maintain the house temperature so much better in the blazing hot summer.

JR was in charge of the siding job and other finishing touches. His crew, Nam and Augustine, were incredibly talented and hardworking (even after driving four hours to our house each morning)! They completed the siding on our addition in just one day. The end result is stunning, and the insulated vinyl siding has made the addition much quieter and more comfortable.

JR came up with creative solutions, like figuring out how to design the columns and header so that they’d fit in the tight spaces around our door. And he was always easy to reach by phone or text. There were a few issues with the materials delivered for the shutters and the door surround, which caused some delays toward the very end of the project. But JR was committed to making everything perfect, and he came back himself to do the final installation and painting.

This was the largest renovation project we’ve ever undertaken, and Unicorp made it such a positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with our “new” house, and we look forward to calling them again, when it’s time for us to get a new roof!

Unicorp replaced many of the windows in our NW DC home, including the windows in all our bedrooms. The old windows had fallen into such disrepair (including lacking snug-fitting screens) that they really couldn't be opened.

Our experience with Unicorp, and Brian Weil, was outstanding. They gave patient advice during measurement and assessment. They worked with us to get the exterior framing color matched. We had one 'signature' window that was custom-designed — they did a perfect job.

Installation was exactly what you'd hope: Patient, quick, highly skilled. Again, our quirky house had a couple installation challenges; the crew handled it all with grace, skill & good humor.

We had to wait many months for the windows to come in because of pandemic supply chain issues — but Brian warned us about that and kept us up-to-date.

A year in, the windows work perfectly. They've changed our appreciation of our home. We sleep with the windows open, we use the a/c much less often, it's a joy to have the breeze, and the early morning chirping of the birds. Screens snap in & out crisply. Windows open and close with ease and a sense of solidity and quality. The modern insulating qualities of the windows have made a noticeable difference in how much the house warms up in summer or chills down in winter.

Replacing windows is not inexpensive. But Unicorp and Brian treated us graciously through the whole process, and we got great value for the expense.

Had the most excellent experience with Unicorp. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. They replaced most of windows, installed Hardie Plank siding and soffits, and subcontracted out to have the brick painted. The whole project was seamlessly coordinated and easy. And the result is a completely transformed house. Would not hesitate to recommend Unicorp to anyone.

A truly great company to work with! My project had a number of unexpected twists and turns, but the team at UNICORP was so easy to work with. They also had the most reasonable quote by far and even with additional labor, equipment rentals and all of the surprises, it was still great value for what I paid. My doors look fantastic and I already notice a huge difference in how well they're sealed compared to the old doors. From the time of getting the estimate through to completion, every member of their team was helpful, positive, reliable, hard working and overall amazing. Unicorp has replaced every window in my house as well as the roof—and fixed the roof after a tree fell on it. They do great work. Though they are not the cheapest option, they are 100% reliable and worth the money.

This is a very late post; however, I want to ensure I give credit where it is due. What a great experience on a really large job. All the siding (2 story home) gutters, removal and infilling a door, painting the interior wall where the door was, even some electrical. We knew when they were coming, the guys were friendly and thorough right through the clean up. The price was about in the middle of our highest and lowest bidders. JR, our project manager, was professional but still very cool and kept coming out until the very last walk through item was completed to a very particular engineer’s approval. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Unicorp is a great company to work with. About two years ago Unicorp replaced the roof of our house at the recommendation of a neighbor. Because we had a very positive experience with this company I contacted Brian (one of the owners) a few months ago to replace all the windows, a sliding door and the front door. He came to my house more than once and we had several conversations about the pros and cons of window styles and front door design. I changed my mind a few times but ultimately I went with Brian's recommendations. The result was excellent! The windows and doors are beautiful and of high quality, and they were installed to perfection. My house is now much more energy efficient than it used to be and it looks great. Also, I was very pleased with the caring and professional attitude of all of those in the company that I had to deal with. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and to my satisfaction. Working with Unicorp was a wonderful experience. We had 27 windows replaced, as well as our front door and a sliding glass door for our basement walk-out. Unicorp installed a new gutter system for us, and we're happy with the results. They came up with a creative solution to eliminate a downspout in the middle of the back patio, and we don't have any water splashing out of the gutters now. The house is much more resilient to heavy rains! They got the job done in half a day - very professional and quick.

Unicorp did a really great job. The windows look great and function well. Also, I was very impressed with, Paul, their lead installer. He was fast, professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. We had considered another company, but our neighbors said that they had used Unicorp and were really impressed for all the reasons I just mentioned. And since I could see their workmanship right there in their house, Unicorp seemed like the right choice. The price ended up being nearly the same as the other company and so we are very pleased. Also, afterwards it became clear to me that the trim for the previous, original windows was not installed well. Paul's work in replacing it was excellent. It looks so much better. As I mentioned already, his attention to detail was great.

We originally received an estimate from Brian Weil. A year later we were able to give the green light and have our windows installed Dec 18th and 19th of 2013.

If I owned 10 homes needing a variety of work, I would contract with Unicorp Home Energy Services for all ten. This company, its staff, and contractors are of the highest caliber. They are reliable, responsive, empathetic and competent. As an example, there was period where we had a near week of straight rain. Being that our contract was for siding, they delayed the project until the forecast was dry again, even going so far as to cover the exposed areas with protectant. This company does phenomenal work and I highly recommend them.

I cannot express how much happy I have been working with UniCorp. This is one of the best supplier choice I have made. Brian, Paul, and all the team have just been great to work with. This team is very professional, clean, tidy, and tedious in their job. The windows look just great. I didn't have to make any comment on how and what they should do. I am working from home and I have not been disturbed at all. 23 windows have been changed in my house and I didn't feel that there was a construction going on in the house. Actually, I enjoyed their company :) Paul helped even with things that were not working well in the house like repairing the door seal and getting rid of an ant nest!

We had a terrific experience working with Unicorp! They were friendly and responsive at all stages of the project, from the initial consult to final installation. We contracted for six new windows and a sliding glass patio door, which included entirely replacing the wooden frame of the door. The custom windows came in earlier than expected, even with a nationwide glass shortage. The crew was prompt and professional, and very accommodating— although they had to work in every room of our house, and we’re working from home, they did not disrupt us at all. The windows and door are fantastic, and the installation/insulation/flashing work is impeccable. All for a price that is better than the quotes I got from other firms. I would definitely recommend Unicorp, and would turn to them again!

I hired this company in 2018 to replace all my windows and it is now 2020 and I still don’t have the windows that I purchased. The customer service is non existent. They have other sub companies working for them that are very incompetent. I have had so many issues trying to get someone come to replace the windows that are not working correctly. I have taken days off and they never showed up for installation.

Brian and his team do great work. Recommend them highly and so do a bunch of other folks I know. Windows, gutters, siding- they are the team to take care of you!

We reached out to Unicorp for a quote on windows. When David came out for the quote, I doubled-down and asked for a quote on roofing, trim and gutters as well. He spent plenty of time with us, discussed our options, time frames, color choices/recommendations and realistic expectations for the job. After meeting with David, we felt confident that Unicorp would meet our needs. We signed a contract for everything - windows, roofing, trim and gutters.

The roof was the first be installed. Tear off and install happened over 2 days. The crew was early and courteous. They did a wonderful job! There was actually one young man who spent a TON of time walking around just looking for nails. They even used a magnet bar to help look for nails in the landscaping. In fact, since they were here, we've only found 3-4 nails. The roof looks AMAZING, and the work was done efficiently and neatly! They even added in a ridge vent that was non-existent before, and ensured that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Roof was installed 3-4 weeks after contract, which was the time quoted at time of signing contract.

Next to go was the trim (which lasted 2 days), then followed by gutters the next day. The trim - wow, wow, wow...next to the new color of the roof? ...wow, wow, wow... We went from an ugly reddish brown to black roof with white trim and bronze colored gutters. Classically beautiful to completely renovate and update our home - which was previously fairly monochromatic - red brown roof, brown gutters, brown windows and brick...ugh. Trim and gutter guys were in and out and I could see the project coming to fruition! Trim and gutters went on the week after the roof.

The last stage of the process was the windows. I thought I was impressed up to this part...but the windows...oh, the windows. OH THE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!! Holy gorgeous windows!! We can't stop looking at/through them! So well made. So nice. We signed up for the casements, and the are just fantastic. The hardware is nice, the handles fold in, and the opening slides smoothly. They actually had a window install cancellation, so we got these in the week after the trim and gutters. Install happened in one day. No mess was left, the installers were courteous and professional and I came home to amazingly beautiful windows. Of import, I can and did notice a huge difference immediately in the air movement in the home , or lack thereof as it was. I also have noticed that the home feels tighter, and there is no doubt they will be substantially more energy efficient than what we had!

I didn't keep exact dates, but I believe full performance on the contract occurred between 6-7 weeks of contract.

Definitely a five star company with five star service, i am a repeat customer with Unicorp installing the siding and windows with roof 25 years ago on my first house. Now in my second house it needed a roof,gutters, and windows.
