Byron was able to fit in me in last minute, which I am so grateful for. He was recommended to me by a dear friend, and certainly did not disappoint. My roof was in dire need of TLC. He came over and gave me a very direct and fair evaluation of the work and estimate of the cost. I never felt like he was trying to “pull one over” on me. His language was very direct, and he was very candid about what needed to be fixed (and what could’ve waited). His crew came bright and early the next day (fitting me in before the rain), and they redid the entire roof of my townhome in 1 day (even squeezing in gutter guards!).

I cannot rave about Byron and his crew more. As a new homeowner that was stressed about a dilapidated roof but not very knowledgeable, they were easy to work with, making the whole process seamless. The results speak for themselves, I cannot stop looking at photos of my new roof!

I have interviewed 3 roofing companies before I selected B&R Siding, Inc. Most companies just came and measured my roof to give me estimates. I called Byron Duarte (owner) of B&R Siding, Inc., he told me he would be out in the afternoon. He provided me with a package that included samples and descriptions of the roofing materials. He took time to explain all the materials they use, how roof built etc. I found it quite educational. He said he could do the job the very next day. It would take one day to do the entire roof. No deposit was required upon signing the contract. Crew arrived the next morning at 8:00am. The entire perimeter of the yard around my house was draped with tarp. I was impressed that whole project was completed in just one day from start to finish. At the end, the work crew cleaned up the area very well and gave me final walk through. Very professional, punctual and very responsive. I would highly recommend B&R Siding, Inc!

B&R siding did redid my roof and replacing some flashing on my house a few months ago. They came in and were so quick and professional. They fixed the leak that I had and am so glad I got it done before this snow.

B&R Siding, Inc., recently replaced our nearly 30 year-old roof. We were very impressed by the owner, Byron Duarte, and his well trained crew, whose work was safe, thorough and professional throughout. Each step of the process was fully explained, and communication was consistent and friendly. The workers took photos of damaged plywood and other problems on the original roof. Pricing was reasonable, and cleanup exceptional. We’re relieved the work was completed this year since a leak had begun around the chimney due to flashing that had been poorly installed years ago.

Byron, the owner gave us a competitive price for complete siding replacement using James Hardie board as well as replacement, soffit rake, facia, shutters, and gutters.

Erick and his crew were very professional, friendly, easy to work with, and did an outstanding job. All the work was done in a timely manner, less than two weeks, which included a couple days off for Thanksgiving.

We are very pleased with how our home now looks after replacing aluminum siding that was 35 years old.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! If we could assign TEN STARS, we would do so! Byron Duarte is not interested in a high pressure sales pitch; he is interested in taking care of his community and his customers. After getting an outlandish quote and high pressured sales pitch from Thompson Creek Window, we found B&R on this site. With all of their reviews being "5 STAR" we contacted B&R immediately. We could not believe the difference in the quote and in how we were treated by Byron Duarte. We signed on immediately, and by Monday, an army of guys arrived in three trucks to install our siding. Not only did B & R Siding do an excellent job, they replaced items that were not even in the quote. . . . and the pricing was more than reasonable. We have just signed another contract to have our roof replaced. The roof is only 5 years old, but Byron advised us that the roof had nail pops and was leaking and had rotted plywood. B & R Siding is beyond honest, and Byron Duarte has the experience to solve problems that were left behind by other contractor.Our minds are now at ease since finding Byron Duarte from B & R Siding! Our 18-year-old roof and five skylights needed to be replaced. Byron came right out and assessed everything and gave us a great price to replace the roof and skylights with top-of-the-line materials.

The crew, headed by Juan, worked very hard and did an excellent job. We needed to make some changes along the way to replace plywood, some gutters, and add rakes, and Byron was very gracious to make the changes and give us a good price on what was unexpected.

B&R Siding, Inc. is an OUTSTANDING and very REPUTABLE company to work with. We met with Byron to discuss our needs and develop a contract. Byron is very easy to work with and had some very good advice based on his many years of experience.

We are very satisfied with all the work they did at our home (replaced all windows, replaced all siding and removed & replaced gutters and downspouts). I have to say that the construction team and manager (Erick) are very hard workers and are very skilled. Each of them are excellent to work with. Once the work was complete, they cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess for us to have to clean up ourselves. Impressive attention to detail from all his employees.

Don't even bother getting estimates with anyone else. This is the second time I have hired B &R and I would give them 10 stars if I could. (The first time for my roof - one of these 99 five star reviews here is mine for my roof). But this time was for a bigger project which was to replace the siding on my 80 year old house and install new gutters. When my old siding came off the wood behind it was so rotten, that B&R practically had to rebuild my house. I suspected that some of the wood might be bad, but when I saw how bad it was, I went into a total panic spiral. I would have gone completely mental if I had anyone but B&R working on my house. There were about 12 men working on my house and they were incredibly skilled- total artisans. They didn't cut any corners. The quality of their work just blew me away. They replaced all the rotten wood and even wood that to me didn't appear rotten. I think that maybe another company would have just nailed siding over some of that because who would know? My house - well - it is totally sealed up tight now. And it looks beautiful. It's not the new siding that makes my house look so good now - but the craftmanship of the work. With the new fascia and trim everything just pops. I went from having the worst house on the block to the nicest. Before the work on my house was even completed my neighbor across the street hired them to do her siding.

One thing unique to where I live - which is right next to 495. B & R installed foam board insulation under my siding and not only is my house noticeably warmer now, I can not hear the highway at all!! It's mind blowing. And it is also nice not to hear my furnace cycling on and off all the time either.

I'd like to add that everyone thought I was crazy to do this project because I own a 24 year old car that breaks down all the time and my family and friends all felt I should replace my car instead. But I never trusted the roof and gutters and siding on my house before and now I do. It's much better to have a reliable house then a reliable car. I feel very secure here now and that is a good feeling. And I know I would not feel this way if I had used anyone else but Byron and his incredible, incredible team.

As someone who is color blind, their experience and suggestions on color combinations was also very helpful to me.

B&R siding hooked me up with some new gutters. We were having issues with our old gutters and Byron and his team quickly gave me a free estimate and got the new gutters (with leaf guards) installed only a few days later. The quality of the work was great.

I had B & R Siding replaced the old siding with a better quality insulated siding. They replaced a portion of my rotted out roof, and added new skylights. They replaced the gutters with larger ones and larger downspouts. They installed sofets, framed recaulked all the windows. I have a lot of windows. They even installed a black downspout on my roof to blend in with the shingles. The entire project took 3 days. They worked non-stop until it was complete, even in 90 - 100 degree temperature. They did an amazing job. My house looks new. Eric the foreman was very patient and listened to my concerns. The crew were very meticulous and did a thorough job. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was to my satisfaction. They were very polite and responsive.

I had other contractors provide me with estimates. Their prices were outrageous. B & R's prices were very reasonable and they provided more services. The other contractors only did siding and could not repair my roof. Yet their prices for just the siding was more then what B & R charged for the entire job. The other contractors had terrible reviews. B & R's reviews were outstanding. I love the end result. We now have a maintenance free house outside. Thanks to B & R siding. I would highly recommend them for roof repair/replacement and siding. You hire them, you will not regret it.

I am pleased by the job done Byron and his crew at a reasonable price. An 80ft tall oak tree fell on our house and did a lot of damage. They did a great job getting the roof (including 14 new rafters) and gutters back in shape. After the repair we had a problem with flooding from the gutters and I called Byron and he fixed it with no charge or hesitation, even installing an additional downspout that we didn't have before. His crew are all really competent, nice people.

GOD is so good! Thank YOU LORD. The family of workers were incredible! Our biggest hurdle was the suppliers and their delays. They wanted to finish before my bride went home to be with the LORD and they persevered as best as they could. Every single worker from the new guy to the office staff to the owners was delighted to do more than their share and they are a well gelled team filled with Wisdom knowledge Joy and many other gifts and talents. Nothing phases them. The quality of workmanship is unmatched and the unexpected extra special touches were so wonderful! I would love for everyone to see the before and after. Totally beyond comprehension. The windows are so helpful with sound insulation and drafts and the siding and trim make the house pop from 1996 to 2022 almost instantly! As a bonus they discarded so much of my trash with theirs. They also helped me tremendously by taking many of my sweeties goodies including kitchen goods furniture clothing children”s toys and more. They save me numerous trips to Goodwill. Don’t get me wrong. We still had at least 8 of these but I thank GOD for the their joy in helping and their needs fulfilled. They helped me get through a tough challenge, You will be blessed as they strive for perfection in installation and overall satisfaction of your needs. B&R installed vinyl siding on my house. They did an amazing job! They went the extra step to make sure my house was completely protected and looked great!

Byron at B&R Siding helped us out at our last house and at our current house. At our last house, we had roof leak issues and Byron and his team were able to quickly come out, assess the issue, and make the repairs at a very fair price. When we decided to sell that house a few years ago, we got multiple quotes to have the siding replaced and we went with B&R for that job too. Byron was able to give us fair prices, excellent materials, and a great warrantee. Eric the foreman and his team did an excellent job replacing our siding there, going above and beyond to repair issues they found along the way and to ensure the entire house looked great when they were done. For example, they build frames around our carport posts and wrapped them in aluminum to make sure the entire house looked great. This was not in the original plan, but they noticed this was needed and discussed it with us. Their exceptional experience and foresight on additional details like this really made all the difference.

A few years after moving into our new house we needed to have the roof, gutters, and siding replaced. We again reached out for multiple quotes, but Byron gave us a very fair price with the highest standard materials and best warrantees for the job. Eric and his team did another outstanding job and repaired several items that they found during the job that were not in the original estimate. What was great is that they were able to make these additional repairs without having to increase the cost of the original estimate.

5 stars don’t do them justice. I had 6 different companies came out to give me an estimate to replace new siding for my detached office and 2 car’s garage. 1 of them never get back at me, 2 of them gave me stupidly high price so I don’t hire them, the other 2 were just interested in doing my roof which I didn’t ask for.
Finally Bryon from B&R siding, inc and answered the phone and came out that very same day. He gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate. He told me exactly what he will do, how he will do it and when he will complete the project. He did exactly just that and more. I really wish they can do more than roofing, sidings and gutters. Once I decided to move forward - the crew was there the next day. Their equipment looks well-maintained…clean trucks and lots of tools to get the job done right. The foreman, the owner's brother Erick, was just as pleasant, attentive and focused on my needs as the owner, Byron, was.
I really think this company is different than many others because they went the extra mile as if it's just what they always do - using leaf blower to clean my driveway, great job removing all debris from the job site, and meeting a few extra requests I had to move my rain barrel and mount a piece of gutter on my deck as a planter box. No upsell on replacing fascia…..reasonable price and honest assessment of what needed to be replaced.
The whole crew is down to business, gets the job done in their estimated amount of time (4 hours) and a positive attitude flowed from everyone. By their attention to detail and totally keeping me in the loop on my choices and what was happening the whole way, I was literally excited about getting new gutters. And now that I have them, they look fantastic - I can't wait for it to rain. Yep, I recommend B&R Siding.

I observed a dedicated, detail-oriented crew working on my home of 35 years. New roof, siding, gutters and downspouts quickly installed. All debris cleaned from my yard and gardens.
