While I understand it's not a reasonable expectation that outdoor laborers have tremendous inter-personal skills they certainly should not be leering and whistling at women particularly those who inhabit the dwellings they're painting as these folks did. My partner was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable by their behavior. Additionally while the overall quality of work is probably fine they should not be dumping the paint and trash all over their ground as they did at my dwelling. If it were just the trash that they left strewn about then that would be one thing but paint is not to be dumped. The attached photo is from several days after they started dumping their paint.

My company has used Unforgettable for several projects including roof coatings and painting. They are a great company to work with and very professional.

Very very unprofessional. They do work on our building without any notice. And then they notify us they need access to our homes in which we’re supposed to go find a painter our self and ask them to come do the work on our front door. Only for me to find out none of the painters speak English and have no idea what I’m talking about. Then I try to call the number to some “Jorge” person they listed on the notice. And he forwards my phone call twice. Extremely unprofessional.

This professional painting crew has been tackling our 4-building condominium complex on Capitol Hill in SLC over the course of two brutally hot weeks and even had the dedication to work on the 4th of July holiday (which I hope our stingy HOA didn't force them to do). Their team has been efficient in pace and friendly to interact with too.

I would highly recommend hiring them based on their work ethic alone, with the added bonus of not being very noisy or intrusive upon us condo residents, especially when beginning their work day at 7am. Be aware in advance that fumes from exterior paint spraying take quite a while to dissipate if allowed to seep into your home or apartment, though, as we learned that the hard way here. I simply turned off the air conditioning until they left at 8pm, then opened our windows overnight for a cross breeze to dispel the fumes from that day's painting.

So far they have been very responsive. They are doing things as quick as possible. I will update this review once they have completely finished the project and the touch ups, but for now, it seems to be good service.

UPDATED: They did a good job but the touch ups were not what we were hoping. And the doors made of a different material that requires a special primer so it doesn't peal, I don't believe they used that because it is already pealing. I am torn between 3 and 4 stars.

Great people, Great service and they do Great quality of work. My experience with them was “No nonsense, just getting it done and do it right the first time.”

I am very demanding and a hard grader. Rarely do you hear me say that and I don't think I have ever said it about a paint contractor.

The work is done on time, you are very considerate of the owners and make sure the inconvenience is minimal. Punch lists are small and completed quickly.

It is a pleasure working with your group.
