Our kitchen and bath remodel was just a dream of mine, an idea that was brought to life by the Faulkner Group. I am over the moon with how beautiful it is! They removed an old plastic shower and jacuzzi tub. It was replaced with a large custom step in shower with a wall niche and foot rest, rain shower head, and hand-held shower wand. The lights were updated and are brighter. My bath is huge now!
My kitchen got new countertops and backspash, kitchen sink, and faucet.
The Faulkner Group team are all friendly and professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with the Faulkner Group to remodel our bedroom and ensuite, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly responsive and reliable from beginning to end, ensuring that our needs and preferences were met. They brought our vision to life, transforming our living space into a stunning one. When we began looking for contractors, my wife searched through many companies and reviews to find an honest/trustworthy contractor since we would still be moving things back and forth from out of state. After meeting with multiple contractors, we contacted Tre Faulkner and received a quote for the work we wanted completed. Tre was honest with what he could do and what could not be done due to the structure of the home, without intense remodeling. Tre guaranteed the quality of work and advised that if something was not done correctly or to our liking, he would remove what had been done and have it remodeled to our standard. I can go on about extra work he did without charging us, the continuous lines of communication to ensure of what was wanted and the trustworthiness of his employees; ie: Kurk, Pablo, Carlos and all the other workers! Tre is a man of his word and will give you quality work at a fair price. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them on any future projects!!

I had Tre and his team redo our master bathroom since the shower tile was falling off the wall and they came in and got it done and did a great job. I only saw Tre once when he gave me a quote but he answered my texts and calls right away and got me in contact with the guys who came in and did the work. Tre was very clear and direct with quote, timing and process. We had a few issues but Tre was quick to get them fixed and get them fixed right. I will be recommending him to anyone who asks. We love our new master bathroom and we still can’t believe we got the bathroom of our dreams!

We had a complete bathroom remodel, top to bottom. A standard
tub was replaced with a full-size shower, tiled all around, as well as a new tile floor. The two tile guys were excellent, personable and professional all the way.
The vanity, medicine cabinet, vanity light and toilet were replaced too, and Kirk did a great job here, responsive to all our questions and needs.
Some drywall touchup and painting was done and finally the job was completed with the custom upgraded shower doors, thick glass and beautiful chrome hardware.
Summary: the communication between us the homeowner and the Faulkner workers was really exceptional. The work was professionally done in all areas, and the whole job was competed in a timely fashion.

We just had our kitchen remodeled and we are absolutely thrilled. The Faulkner group responded anytime I asked a question. All of the people that came to work in our house were absolute professionals and wanted everything they did to be perfect. The Faulkner Group did fantastic work for us! They converted an attic space to a bedroom, giving us an addition 250 square feet. They did quality work and were very, very responsive. I could call or text them at any time and they would pick up. They set clear expectations and I always knew where the project stood. We will use them again!

The Faulkner Group completed a six figure interior renovation project that included kitchen and master bath in our Franklin home. When we met with Tre Faulkner, we hired him on the spot. Tre walks with grace and his five star reputation precedes him. Our project involved engineering and just about every trade with the exception of civil works and foundations. Tre and his team of professionals are honest, forthright, respectful and quite responsive to all of our questions and concerns.

This is the second time we have used the Faulkner group. This time to install a new outdoor deck. The Faulkner group hired an Amish crew to do the job. They completed the 360 square-foot deck in two days, from demo to completion. They did excellent work and we have come to expect nothing less from the Faulkner group. We definitely plan to use them for any future projects and we highly recommend them.

Tre went above and beyond on our renovations. All of the work that was done, including aspects that other quotes had told us would be impossible - either at all or inside our budget - to an extremely high level of craftsmanship and professionalism, and what few issues arose were handled promptly. He went above and beyond to make this process painless for these first time homeowners, while still being flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances.

We hired The Faulkner Group for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our home is 30 years old and had the original outdated cabinets. We had a complete gut including removing a wall separating our kitchen to our main living space. Our remodel included all new cabinets, countertops, custom built-ins, light fixtures, as well as refinishing our hardwood floors throughout the entire main level of the house.

Even though he was committed in other projects......he understood our situation and was able to work with us and complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. He and his team are honest, courteous, and professional. One thing I really liked....if there were any questions or issues , Tre was ALWAYS available (personally) be phone or text. The suppliers he uses are the best (fixtures, countertops, shower glass, tile) and allowed us to get what we wanted and within our budget. If I ever need another remodel project...The Faulkner Group will be my first choice.

We found The Faulkner Group through our cabinet maker, E&K Cabinetry of Murfreesboro. We are very satisfied with our cabinets from E&K. E&K Cabinetry do outstanding work; they are true craftsmen. The rest of our remodel involved framing & construction (removal of a wall, installation of a beam), dry wall work, painting, electrical, plumbing and tile work. This was a moderately extensive remodel in the midst of a pandemic. For that reason, we were concerned with getting the job done. However, once The Faulkner Group began work they had someone onsite, every day. We did experience significant problems with both plumbing and tiling. At this point, the plumbing and tile problems have been largely fixed. It's not perfect, but it's done. While the plumbing and tiling rework did not cost us more money, it did cost us more time and substantial frustration. We wish this remodel had gone more smoothly.

Tre's team did a master bathroom and bedroom remodel for us and couldn't be happier. They listened to our wishes, executed the plan and were right there to polish up final check list items. Best experience I've had with any contractor, hands down. I'd recommend to anyone!

Tre Faulkner and his team are incredible. They did a total demo, redesign and then rebuild of our master bathroom. Top notch quality and attention to detail through all phases and all sub contractors, something rarely found today. Tre was with us from beginning until completion. Very family friendly, flexible and easy to work with. Any future work we want done on the house, they will be our first call without fail. Very highly recommended, this team WILL NOT disappoint.

We moved into a house that was built in 1997 and needed full renovations on 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. We also added a kitchenette downstairs and knocked down a wall. Although some time passed between establishing the contract and starting the project, it was definitely worth the wait. Tre's team got right to work and the entire project took just under 8 weeks. This team takes the time to do things right and they have no problem pulling fixtures that aren't up to par and replacing them. No matter what I asked them to do, they were completely unfazed and professional. While waiting for the project to start, I met with the tile people, the cabinet designer, the counter company, and I picked out all of the new fixtures. Everyone was very professional and excited for our project while working within my budget. Now that my project is complete, I miss my guys and am looking for another project so that they can come back! My home is beautiful now and it is thanks to the Faulkner Group!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting and getting tk know Mr. Faulkner and his family outside of his business. I can tell you that he is a man of strong character and faith. Rest assured he's a man of his word. I've never hired his company but if I am ever in need of a contractor he's the one I'll be calling.

We had a walk in shower installed a year ago by Ethan Alexander and it was a disaster. It was leaking under the house because it was not waterproofed properly and the tiles were installed using
huge blobs of mortar on each tile instead of the PROPER installation technique. Mr. Faulkner and
his associates came to our rescue! They tore out the old shower and completely reinstalled a walk in shower with a seat and foot rest and it is so beautiful. Looks like one in a fancy hotel room. The workmanship is geogeous and all the installers were polite, courteous and respectful. They are welcome in our home for any job we may have in the future. Because our job by Ethan was such a disaster, he offered us a very generous discount and he does offer discounts to law enforcement. If you have a repair issue or just need to remodel, please contact this business. You will be very pleased with the results.

Hired them to do a complete master bathroom remodel. It came in on budget and on time, and looks beautiful. They were friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

We started with renovating 2 bathrooms, a guest bath and the children's bath, both almost 40 years old. Tre Faulkner gave us a reasonable estimate for the work and we agreed. We started demolishing the 2 baths, when we realized that the Master shower, which had had a problem with leaking several years earlier needed replacing. I had paid someone to re-tile the shower, but he had done a very shoddy job and had stolen medicines, money and jewelry at the time. So I was very leery about having workers in my house - especially if I had to leave for any period of time. I expressed this to Tre and he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. After several weeks of work, I realized that he was right. His workers were lovely. Well mannered, very honest and cleaned up after themselves as best they could in a construction site. We are all finished now, except we are waiting for one last frameless, glass shower door. Tre had to come up with some creative solutions to help us stay close to budget when unexpected problems with our 40 year old house emerged. The 3 baths are beautiful! The workmanship is top notch! Yesterday, Tre came by to do a final inspection. I was happy with the work, but he spotted 5-6 small things that he said were not good enough. Even though he has already been paid, he is sending his "finisher" to touch up some paint and caulk. We are very happy with the Faulkner group and would recommend them to anyone.

Tre and the Faulkner Group helped us out a ton. We hired a contractor to redo our bathroom and had a multitude of problems. Long story short, we hired the Faulkner Group to complete our bathroom remodel and we couldn't be more pleased. He came in and got things completed on our timeline. My fiancé was having surgery in a couple of weeks and he got everything done with in a week and a half!!! We plan on using him again when we need something done.

This is our second job with the Faulkner Group. An unexpected home repair came up that needed to be dealt with ASAP. Tre came out, gave a bid, and had his crew there within days since it was a time sensitive project. The repair was done well and on time. The craftsmanship is of excellent quality, as always. The workers he has on site are always very nice and professional.

I called Tre with a small scale kitchen reno after a trusted friend recommended him. This friend is very detail oriented so I was impressed with what she told me about their work and saw the beautiful job they did at her home. I was concerned he wouldn't be willing to do it because it wasn't on a large scale, but he got back to me quickly and gave me an estimate quickly. I wasn't looking for the cheap bid, I was looking for quality workmanship and I have not been disappointed. I was initially thrilled to receive a recommendation for someone who could design a new kitchen for me. I was told that he was really busy but would fit me in because he had a good feeling about me and wanted to help build a great kitchen in my new house. He raved about his company and how great they are (I should have known). My girlfriend and I met with Andy, his cabinet guy, and absolutely loved his work, professionalism and his friendliness. The next day, Trey called me (in response to a text I had sent), and went on a very strange (and might I add UNPROFESSIONAL) tangent about Christianity, the lost art of writing checks, and eventually Fox News, homosexuality, and Mike Pence. He tried to tie the lost art of writing checks in with today’s society’s beliefs about homosexuality not being a sin. He then laughed and asked if I’d still hire him. I’ve not been this uncomfortable with a “business” man, ever.

Tre made it clear that he normally does larger jobs. So, when we needed to carve out a bedroom and add couple of skylights, it was a bit smaller job than he was used to. However, he took on our small project at a price that was about average to other bids we got. I'm sure that we could have found a one-man shop on Craigslist for cheaper, but with Tre, you can be certain that you'll get incredible results and that he won't skip out on the job half finished. His crew is incredibly motley, but every member is highly professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I would trust every one of them with full access to my home without hesitation. Overall, you can't go wrong with the Faulkner group.

I was in need of rush job to be done after another contractor went silent. I sent an email to Tre and he responded immediately and we had work starting within the next few days. His guys did excellent work, were on-time, polite, and did everything just as promised. Could not be more happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Tre said that we would have a turn-key remodel and that we would be happy with it, and he did not disappoint. We remodeled our kitchen, living room, and dining rooms. I'm sitting in my kitchen as I write this review, and I feel as though I'm sitting in a magazine home. It is better then I expected or imagined. When I think of Mike and Kurk, these words come to mind: craftsmen, high-quality, highly skilled, and good family men. They pay attention to detail and make things right. I changed my mind about my wall paint after the first coat and they said, "get the color you want, we want you to be happy." I changed my mind about the backsplash trim and they said the same thing. My favorite things are: the way Mike painted my kitchen cabinets, they way they laid the stone in the fireplace, and the rich colors and patterns in the hardwood floors. On the last day that they were here they even rehung my mirror and cleaned the glass. They also polished the pulls on the cabinets. The Faulkner Group's prices are fair. We had three estimates before making our decision. They were not the lowest or the highest, and Tre made it work for us. God gifted these three family men with many talents, and we are grateful that they shared them with us. We will enjoy the beauty of our home for many years. Thank you Faulkner Group!

We hired the Faulkner Group to do some hardwood repair work due to leakage and to refinish all of our existing hardwood. I have to say I have never been more impressed with the quality of work as well as with the workers, they were always on time, always called before hand , very polite and courteous and willing to help in anyway. Tre Faulkner is absolutely amazing to work with and we paid exactly what he quoted from the beginning no hidden or surprise charges. Based on our experience I highly recommend the Faulkner Company For any job you need done at your home, I personally will not look any further than this company in the future!!!

When I found The Faulkner Group. Tre gave us a firm estimate the same day he came to bid. (Other contractors took weeks.). He then let us meet with a family whose home he recently renovated. It was impeccably finished and the home owners raved about working with The Faulkner Group

The Faulkner Group completed everything before our deadline. The team who worked in our home was amazing. We had two primary job leaders. They are true craftsmen and could literally do anything that came up. The showed up on time, communicated schedules clearly via text, and were just genuinely really nice guys to have in the house for a few months. The tile and hardwood refinishing crews also did a wonderful job.

There was one honest mistake made during this project. It needed to be fixed. We were offered two solutions. One was “ok” and a lot less expensive, but we were willing to accept that alternative. However, Tre, even though he knew we would take the less expensive option, was not willing to accept less than happiness on our part, and spent several thousands of dollars to repair their mistake to the highest level. It was a lot of extra work and materials from his crew, but he made it right.

We have done several renovations over the years, this has been the highest quality of finished work we have had. Anything they touched looks perfect now that the project is done. We are very happy with the final outcome.

Tre Faulkner and his team turned my simple home into a masterpiece, in my neighborhood new home were/are being built, which make the neighborhood beautiful, so I wanted to enhance my home as well. My home was in need of new renovation, Tre and his team came and transformed my kitchen, bathroom, and add a new master suite in my home me and my husband are thrilled to have some much space in our room, and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my walk-in closet and my beautiful, beautiful bathroom. It took eight months to get the process completed, during the whole time Tre and his team was professional and took good care of my home, we had delayed and some issues that were not any fault of him or his team. He and his team did what they said they would do and made my home beautiful from the big porch to the back door. I would like to personally thank Tre for painting my porch, you did an amazing job. I am so pleased with the beautiful new roof on the Bradford Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The Faulkner Group did a fantastic job !

I hired the Faulkner Group to renovate both my bathrooms. Tre Faulkner and his crew were courteous, professional, and produced quality work. I am extremely happy with the job they did and I highly recommend them. My Master bathroom is situated on concrete and in order to put in a free standing tub they had to do some concrete work. Several other contractors said they could not handle it. The Faulkner Group did a wonderful job with it. I am also very pleased with the tile work they did. Definately a Five star Contractor.

I was admittedly pretty concerned at the prospect of inviting a construction crew into my house to tear it up. Tre Faulkner did everything in his power to keep my wife and I at ease and to guide us through the process of our renovation. During the summer of 2017, we changed the counters, backsplash, and sink in our kitchen, had a kitchen island built from scratch, and did a gut renovation on our master bathroom. You can tell that Tre takes a lot of pride in the work that he does and that at his core, he really wants the job to get done well. His desire to keep his customers satisfied is palpable. The crew he had working on my house was made up of good guys who were easy to deal with (which is a blessing when you have people in your home for months on end). We encountered some unexpected problems along the way (from an old leak in our roof) so our renovations ended up taking about twice as long as we'd expected; I'm thankful that we had Tre to help us through the aggravation of that process. It's nice to be working with someone you can trust when you hit a speed bump like that. I'd recommend The Faulker Group to my friends and family.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The craftsmanship is beautiful and the finished project is exactly what we envisioned. There were even some suggestions by Tre's team, along the way, that made our project even better.
We choose to do a very invasive remodel. Removed walls, opened up entrance ways (heightened & widened) to different rooms, created an office, changed the downstairs flooring, rerouted electrical, plumbing, and gas, and repainted almost the entire house. We knew that it would be important to find a company that we would be comfortable having in our home for an extended period of time. We choose correctly!
Our crew was always timely, communicated each day's agenda to keep us comfortable with the process, and always did an amazing job cleaning up before leaving every day. Our home was livable even while being torn apart. There was never a time we were uncomfortable with our "roommates" who worked in our home for approx 10 weeks.
The finished project is beautiful and we intend to hire the Faulkner Group for our Phase 2 remodel which will transform the upstairs.

Tre and his crew have been great! I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was the cleanest remodel I have ever experienced. They were good about communicating their plans. They were easy to work with and did what they said they would do. My job was finished a week earlier than planned with excellent quality of workmanship. I highly recommend them.

The Faulkner Group has done several jobs for me over the last 2 years. They repaired a large amount of wood rot on my windows, repainted all of the trim on my house (and it's a large house), sanded and refinished my hardwood floors after a HVAC leak and repainted all of my baseboards. The guys are very easy to work with and It is really important to Tre that the homeowner is happy with the work. In fact, after some of the paint on the repaired windows began to peel, after a year, he returned and fixed it for no charge. He really stands behind his work. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

The Faulkner Group is wonderful ... their work and work ethic are a throw back to a time when people took true pride in doing their very best work no matter the job. I've never had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Faulkner to do work for me, but he was of great service to me earlier today on the side of the interstate. I was on the way to a play date with my toddler and baby, and I got a flat going south on 65. Having no other option, I pulled over and started the process of putting the spare tire on myself. I was kneeling bare kneed on the asphalt trying to jack up my car, with my toddler crying in the back, when I heard someone call to me from behind. It was Mr. Faulkner stopped to give me a hand. He stepped in and took over so I could pay attention to my kids. He was actually late getting to an appointment, but he said he saw my strollers leaned up against the car and couldn't just drive by. So I can't leave a review of his business, but I can leave a review of his character and kind heart! Thank you for the assistance, Mr. Faulkner, you really saved the day!

We had the Faulkner group put a new tile backsplash and a new sink in our kitchen. The new sink required some granite to be cut. We also had our two story great room repainted along with the ceiling and our front door. We have had foundation work so there were drywall cracks which had to be repaired. They also installed new resessed lighting and a ceiling fan. I am very satisfied with the results. There were three men who worked in my home. They were very professional and answered any questions I had throughout the process. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They even reconnected our tv each night. Tre came through once again! We had an issue with one of the cabinets that was installed about a year ago, we called Tre only to find out the cabinet company was no longer in business. My husband and I started with a modest budget and what we thought would be a simple flooring project. The project turned out to be more difficult when we learned that the old carpet floor was glued down in individual squares! The Faulkner group communicated this to us quickly, heard our concerns over our modest budget, finished quickly, and somehow stayed within our budget even though it took considerable more man hours to deal with this issue. The floors are beautiful and they completed the project start to finish within a week of our initial contact with them! 5 stars.

Really enjoyed the service -- they are a small growing business. Had a small project replacing wood spindles in staircase -- the owner sent his best trim carpenter who came over on a sunday and handled the project very efficiently. The end result looks fantastic. Overall I felt like I was treated with professionalism and honesty. Would highly recommend and would also look to the Faulkner Group for future larger projects and remodels.
