I have a Undercover System and I love it, best money so far we've spent on our home. We are having a Catio built, so having the Undercover System under our deck will provide our cats with staying dry all winter long. Nick and Landyn did a fantastic job! Not only did they start a day early, they finished before the weekend. At least a day early. It solved all our problems. Looks great and no longer leaks. We have already refered 2 neighbors to them.

This company did a great job for us, installing a catch basin underneath a deck. The employees, both military vets, showed up on time and worked hard to complete the installation in a timely manner. The materials used are first rate.

They removed the old system we had and explained all the issues and why it was leaking. They took the time to inspect the house and be sure there was no water damage or leaks behind the siding. They took their time to do the job right and were patient, courteous, and professional throughout the process. The new system looks very similar to our old one but this one is much more sturdy and I know it won't leak. The materials the company uses are top notch. They added an extra downspout and cleared out the drain that was full of debris. I can honestly say that this was one of the best teams I have worked with during our 20 years of remodeling/upgrading/improvements on our house. I chose UnderCover Systems to install their under-deck soffit, and I am very happy with their finished work & product. Nick & Martin were very precise in fitting all the components together and sealing the 500+ square foot system, just as the company estimator Cary described it all during the initial consultation. Their business manager, Quinn, also was very helpful in working out the several scheduling challenges. Nick and Martin got an early start each day of the 3 day job, and carefully cleaned up at end of each long day. Nick walked me thru everything before starting on first day, and answered all my questions as they worked.
Our new soffit looks great and it gave us a dry patio underneath (despite the awful weather) just as they said it would . Thanks to all !

Love how my Undercover system looks. Very stylish and so far seems to be working as intended. The installation team did a great job - very efficient and left the site neat and tidy. I now have an outdoor space that is pleasant to sit in, even if it’s raining!

Martin and Joshua did a fantastic job of adding a "ceiling" to my lower deck and hiding the dark, dirty looking structure of the upper deck. It was a complicated job because of the many angles, curved stairway from the upper deck, and support beams to work around. Their attention to detail and extra effort to make the drains seamless and aesthetically pleasing were impressive. They were very careful not to mar the hardwood of the lower deck and always cleaned up perfectly. They were very polite, pleasant any fun to work with. Well done.

Justin Cole sold us the underdeck drainage build and we felt very confident with timelines, pricing, and project viability.

Great company! They have kept me in the loop every step of the way. All communication is documented through their portal. The materials for our install arrived on Monday and they got me scheduled for an install on Friday! Martin delivered the material the day before (after checking to see if that would be okay), and he, John and Chris were right on time at 8 am the next day. Super great guys, friendly and knew what they were doing. Martin explained how the system works before he left and what to do if I spot a leak.
We haven’t tested the system out yet but I’m going to assume it will be great based on the care the team has already given us. Highly recommend!

Undercover Systems just finished the drain and covering system under the deck. The decking is handsome, easy to clean and solves the problem of deck furniture getting dirt and wet every time it rains!

I love, love, love my undercover systems ceiling under my deck!!! I have had it for 1 full day and I am hanging out there now in our extra cold spring this year. I had no idea what was possible and Dustin was very helpful in giving me options for what could be done under my deck and got the ball rolling. I have much more functionality than I ever expected. With added lights, outlets and a Porch swing hanger, I can have the best staycations ever!! Every day!!! I now have 200sf more of livable space in my home!!!

Nick and Martin did an excellent job installing our undercover system. The job was finished before the original timeline projections which was a wonderful bonus for us. Once installed, I was given a thorough walkthrough and understand how to maintain the system. I am most satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew. Chris, Nick and Martin did an excellent job installing my undercover system. Once installed, I was given a thorough walkthrough and all of my questions were answered. The level of communication and customer service were

I used this company for under deck installation. They were absolutely a nightmare to work with. They kept on postponing my project for other projects. They will schedule a time for the project and on the day of the project they kept on canceling due to various lame excuses. Then finally started the project and on the same day, half a day through, pulled out the construction guy for another commercial project. I was stuck with them since they took 50% of the project money as advance! I will never recommend them if you like your sanity. It took them almost 3 months to finish my project which should have been done in 3-4 business days (their original promise!)

Undercover Systems was nothing but exceptional from our first interaction. Cary was amazing at explaining the process and how their business works. He arrived on time and was very professional but not "pushy" when he came to give us an estimate. He went above and beyond on his recommendations for what we were looking for and secured our business. We recently had an Undercover System installed along with lighting and heaters. This allows us to have an outdoor living space that is protected from rain and is warm! The team was excellent and extremely flexible when we had items to change along the way. The employees were fun to engage with, obviously care about the quality of their work and very professional. The installers worked hard and long days to stay on schedule and made sure everything was done correctly as well as taking the time to listen to our needs and address them.

We were impressed with the communication throughout the whole process. Nick and his crew were on time, very thorough and did a great job recapping all that they have done!

Frankly, we were embarrassed by the look of our exposed wood on the ceiling of our lower deck. We did a number of refresh projects on our 27 year old home and by far making the decision to use UnderCover Systems was the best one. We LOVE the look of product and the new living space we created. We had our undercover system on our 1200 sq. ft. deck installed in 2013. It has given us many hours of happy family time and only this last year did we have a problem of water leaking out from 2 gutter downspout joints during a torrential downpour. The leaks were caused from blockage by leafy material at the gutter/downspout junction. My husband and I used to do annual maintenance by flushing out the gutters to remove leaf blockages; but due to our age and major health issues over the last 6 years, we neglected doing that maintenance.

Today, Rob and his courteous and professional team- Martine, Nick, Angel and Corey showed up on time to perform the long overdue maintenance on our undercover system. This consisted of removal and cleaning of each ceiling panel and flushing all the gutters. They removed the two downspout blockages and inspected each panel and gutter for leaks.

It is not an easy job, as a portion of our 12-foot high deck extends over a downslope to where a 20 foot high ladder reaches the bottom of the deck.

I was able to inspect the undersides the deck boards and joists and they are in great condition, which means that the Undercover System is performing as it should.

I highly recommend this quality product; and the service this company provides is top notch.

Nick + Martin installed our under decking this summer in what was a large and complex project. Overall they were great to work with and even when we ran into slightly challenging problems they provided multiple options for solutions without any additional cost. We are super happy with the result and would highly recommend them!

Undercover system along with cable railing. Love the undercover system - we were not able to put in an imprevious deck due to permit restraints - and this worked out better. RESCOM put in lights, and chair hangers and we are so delighted to have a dry area to hang out in. Looking forward to summertime - and entertaining.

We are so happy we had an undercover system installed and the final result exceeded our expectations! It added 300 square feet of dry space to our home that we can use in the rainy Seattle winter. It looks so much better than what we were originally planning which was a DIY solution. Carey and Joel were great to work with and answered our questions promptly. Joel did a fabulous job of installing and explaining how everything worked. Materials are super high quality. Only complaint is that it took a while for the materials to arrive (though we knew that from the outset and it was communicated clearly) and it is a little pricey. For us it was 100% worth it and we are so pleased with the results.

Sales process was excellent, PM responded quickly to my concerns about timing (install date was to be much later than I expected), and they ended up installing a month early, completed in one day. What an outstanding product. We had a slight delay in the install due to Covid-19 restrictions. But the end result turned out great. Joel did the install, and what a professional! He worked hard all day for several days to complete our project. He was very courteous and cleaned up the whole patio when he was done. We put a hot tub under a deck off of our house. We wanted a nice looking ceiling that would eliminate getting rained on.
When the salesman came to our house, looked over our site, explained the process, took measurements, showed us a product sample and gave us an approximate cost we were sold. His demeanor and professionalism was far superior to the other companies that came out to give us estimates. There was a confidence feeling that just made us feel like they were the ones for our job.
We were timely emailed a bid that we accepted. We were informed of the estimated time for our materials to arrive and it came in weeks ahead of time. Any questions we had were timely answered by phone or email.
An installation date was set and then moved up, much to our pleasure. They showed up on time and installed our system. It was completed in the time they originally told us it would take. They did a great job and the finished product was everything we hoped it would be. Their clean up was spotless.

The undercover system has been installed for a couple of months now. We have lights, fans and a porch swing resulting in penetrations in the system with no leaks during these wet winter months in the PNW. It looks great! This was easily the best investment we have made on our home. Undercover Systems was great at working with us during a busy season. We are extremely happy to be able to use this space in the winter months, it is completely waterproof underneath!
