After our condo flooded, Servpro did the water mitigation and packed up all our stuff for storage. We couldn't believe how efficient they were. They helped us unpack after returning home and everything was packed so carefully and labeled. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again if needed.

Guys were great! HOA sent them for some water damage and it was cleaned and fixed easier than I thought.

Their team is amazing and always so timely and communicative with us. I'm a property manager and sometimes our property issues require a quick response, and they are always the ones to make it happen. They just recently came out for a sewage backup and made quick work of the repair. We are so grateful for their continued support and communication.

Use them for all the leaks at many of the properties that I work out. They are always professional and knowledgeable.

Chad and Lemi were awesome to work with. We had a toilet overflow and flood our bathroom, bedroom and rain water all over our basement living space. Both Chad and Lemi were respectful and kindly obliged when we asked them to wear masks while inside of our house because 2/3 of our family are immune compromised. They were quick and happy to explain everything they were doing and the general timeline it would likely happen. 10/10 would recommend especially in an emergency situation.

Had a water loss in my crawlspace and Servpro came out immediately to address it. Not only were they fast to respond, but the technicians were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine going into a crawlspace let alone dealing with taking wet insulation out. I will 100% hire Servpro again if their services are ever needed.

Servpro was hired by my daughters condo association to do drying and clean up after water leak from the upper unit damaged two lower units.
My wife watched them ripping apart undamaged parts of trim, walls and flooring before she called me and, I stopped them. After receiving a bill from them that our insurance company did not cover, prices were unreasonably gouged. Example: for draining a hot water heater tank (NOT a replacement), they charged $3060. After I consulted with other plumbing companies for the same work, I got the highest estimate of $800. I was calling them multiple times asking for information and testing results that they said they did. For months they did not return my phone calls.
They take a total advantage of vulnerable situations and vulnerable people.

We are so impressed with how quickly they showed up, and attention to every single detail . Matthew was very hard working and wouldn’t leave until everything was done right. He went over and beyond . I highly recommend such knowledge in dealing with our water damage.

I experienced a fire in my rental home, and ServPro responded quickly and professionally. They explained the process thoroughly, communicated effectively, and made me feel at ease. They handled both the fire and water cleanup, and even removed/stored my personal belongings. I highly recommend them for any emergency mitigation needs!

When the tenant two floors above me fell asleep with the water in the kitchen running (?!), my unit was completely soaked. My apartment management company contacted Servpro, and they immediately began walking me through the process. This was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with anything like this, and I am incredibly grateful for how patient, accommodating, and understanding the team has been. Of course, an apartment flood and an unexpected move in the midst of a global pandemic was less than ideal, but Bryan, Jakob, and Colby made everything transparent and easy. Had some technicians come out to check on leaks that were caused by a roofing company. It has been over a month and we still have not received any sort of estimate or write up. I have called 5 times and spoken with the area manager assigned to my project each time. He always assures me they will get a quote sent over ASAP, but I still haven't received anything.

Within an hour of calling, they were at our home working to dry out our home from a leak. They were professional, courteous and empathetic towards our family. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thanks ServPro!

We had our dishwasher supply line fail at our home and reached out to Servpro Shoreline/Woodinville for help. They arrived quickly, were extremely knowledgable, and professional. The office staff was great with making sure that we were constantly informed of what was happening with our home and the process. I would defintely use this Servpro again should something occur at our home. They were excellent.

Our HOA sent them to help with water damage from roof leaks, and they've actually created more problems and stress to us:

1. They reported to our HOA that I wouldn't let them in despite having a scheduled appointment. So our HOA told me that I would need to pay for this "scheduled" visit as they would not cover it. Luckily, I was able to give reasonable explanations that this was all a lie.
2. They caused a dent to my new dryer machine, and didn't tell me.
3. They caused damaged to my door (bathroom) frame, and didn't tell me.
4. They came in late for a scheduled appointment. When I called their office, they said that they had other bigger project that morning.
5. They took a towel which was used to cover my dryer; no mention of this before the technician left my house.

Their lack of professionalism and trustworthiness is alarming, I would not recommend this company.
