House renovation in puyallup. It is now a year and a half and incomplete. Demanded payment prior to finishing. Left a mess at the front door making it impossible to sell property for 6 months. We notified him that due to delays unable to continue owning the property and must sell. ADA ramp still incomplete after 9 months. Contracted to be permitted did not submit permitting until 8 months later. Don’t let the “veteran owned” sticker fool you. This man has zero honor and will rip you off.

I have hired Jon a couple of times to repair our rental property in Des Moines. He and his crew are the first ones I give a call when something needs to be fixed or built. He is quick to reply with requests, a great communicator, and an efficient worker. 10/10 would hire again!

My work needed some last minute repairs and a paint job done. Jon and his team came in upon a last minute request and past their own business hours to help make sure our office was fixed up and ready to go for the next day. They helped completely revamp our office in one night by staying late and making sure the jobs we requested were done correctly. Their customer service was awesome, can’t wait to work with them again.

Jon and his crew have done multiple jobs for us, in helping remodel our home. He is knowledgeable and works quickly but efficiently. You name the job and he can do it. Highly recommend for any of your remodel needs!

John did three projects for me. He made my house healthy and all projects ended with a great modern look. Home remodels are often stressful; John and his team are all very nice, they kept things clean and were as quiet as they could be with all the work they were doing. His attention to detail is great. It was very nice not having to pick out everything for the projects unless I wanted something specific. I knew that going into this with John, and the end result was better than I anticipated. Finding a contractor who is creative is wonderful.

We have used Sharpe Works LLC for 2 separate projects, both inside and outside. We will use Jon and his team again without hesitation. We are so excited to have our dream kitchen come true! With a little one on the way this is one thing we have crossed off the list! This young man (Jon) is very professional and easy to work with. By far better than all the “contractors” we have hired in the past. Our life has been hectic and he was able to work around our crazy schedule, with a beautiful outcome! Will definitely be hiring Jon to finish our basement once my old lady pops!

We couldn’t have asked for a better contractor to remodel our kitchen.
