I recently had my roof repaired and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. Max and his team were great. We had him install a new bathroom exhaust fan to replace a dead one. Surprise: there was no vent to the roof! Max’s team nicely completed the hot in-attic work to pipe/vent up to the roof. Another crew helped to rehab our wooden fence with power-washing and restraining; this will buy us many more years of use before needing to replace. Finally, we had them refresh our gardens with loads of fresh cedar mulch. Each job was done on the promised timeline with fair prices and professional service. Will hire him again for future (bigger) jobs!

Max was great! He inspected my roof for free, fixed the damage a tree made to my roof, and gave me honest advice on what to fix and what to wait on after inspection. His price was also more reasonable than the other quotes I received. I will call him again for future roofing needs!

Had a great experience with Max / Under One Roof. Max came out and gave us a free inspection. While on our roof he sealed small, non-severe penetrations and didn’t charge us for anything. He didn’t try and sell us on any services and actually told us our roof was in great shape and in no need of replacement. One of the most honest and pleasant experiences I have had with a home services provider. He will have my business without question if we ever do need a new roof.

Great company to have look at your roof. Max is fantastic. He and his team are very professional, were on time, and had great communication with me throughout the process.

He did a quick inspection. Took pictures of all the areas he sealed to hold me over till we got it serviced and then took pictures of all of the hail damage to provide to the insurance company.

I called Max and his team at Under One Roof after having a terrible experience with another roofing company. The roof I needed replaced was a flat roof, little I know that not just any roofer can handle that type of project. Suffice it to say I paid a company to replace it and not even a year later it was leaky like a sieve. When I called them back to fix it they wouldn’t stand behind their work. I then contacted Max to evaluate the roof. He walked me through the replacement, why the previous roof failed, and then helped me file a claim. He then found a public adjuster to assist me with the claim and instead of having to come out of pocket, the roof was replaced by insurance. Since then he’s replaced two more roofs for me. If you need a roofer who cares and stands behind their work, do yourself a favor and hire Max and his team.

I had a leak under my home and called the typical water remediation companies (had three groups come by). None of the companies would provide pricing and all tried to use fear to get me to sign a contract with them. Something did not seem right. After reviewing their google reviews, I determined that they were trying to take advantage of me and my unfortunate position.

After talking to some friends, I was connected with Under One Roof. Max came out and was knowledgeable and honest. The job included the following: dry out the home/floors, kill mold, replace subflooring, replace tile / wood floors and then stain/sand the remaining hardwoods in my home. The job required me to move out of the house and it was important to keep that time to a minimum. Max was organized and proactive which meant we were only out of the house for ~2 weeks.

The thing I appreciated the most was that Max's responsiveness and attention to my project did not decrease once I had awarded him the job. He was onsite everyday and communicated with me daily. For a project that required me to move out of my house for a few weeks, I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend using Under One Roof for all projects.

As a homeowner, this was my first time tackling such a project as big and important as getting a new roof! I was very skeptical due to all of the horror stories I had heard about when it comes to roof repair/ replacement but my rep Max patiently walked me through this process. He was very honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Once we got to the actual execution of the roof replacement, he and his crew were very efficient, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Max even came back the following day to inspect the finished roof and to make sure it was to my liking. I am very pleased with the results.

I hired Max after seeing some of the work he had done in my neighborhood. There were a couple things that were important to me:

1. Quality work - I wanted the siding on my grandmas house to look better than your budget contractors’ work.
