Andrew was great to work with. We had a shower pan in bad shape and decided to fully remodel the shower after advice from a few pros. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and at a competitive cost to other estimates we received. We love our new shower, and we’re happy to know we can reach out to Andrew if any issues arise as he continued to follow up even months later, making sure we were still happy with the work!

I contracted with Under One Roof for several projects that spanned over a year. I had concrete poured, a fence built, multiple tile projects, granite counter tops, and multiple odds and ends. When we purchased our home we needed a contractor to remodel the master bathroom. It was an older home and a total gut job as it needed plumbing moved. We are fairly new to the valley and did not know any contractors so we were nervous as this was a high dollar project. This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Andrew had a quote to us within 48 hours. He met with us for consultation when we asked and started and finished the project as promised, with outstanding communication every step of the way. The team was extremely kind and easy to work with also arriving and following through as promised. The final project is everything we hoped it would be. The professionalism, skill level, honesty and integrity with Under Once Roof is unparalleled. I wish I could give 20 stars. Absolutely highly recommend!

We had our kitchen updated and they worked wonders with our really old and previously unloved house. Came up with creative solutions and listened to exactly what we wanted. We want them back to work on our living room!

I found myself needing a handyman to fix some minor things for the sale of my house. I needed it done quickly and timely. Andrew was there. He communicated well, gave me a good estimate and supply list. He got the job done very well at a reasonable price and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Andrew completely renovated a very dark, dated townhouse for us and made it into a modern, beautiful home that we cannot wait to start showing off to our friends and new neighbors. This project took almost two months to complete. Andrew was in close communication throughout the project and never did anything without clearing it with us first. He had great ideas on how to open up the space to bring in as much natural light as possible. Our new neighbors had nothing but compliments about how nice and conscientious Andrew and the other workers were. Everything is done to perfection. The only bad thing is I don’t have any more projects for him to do!

I contacted Under One Roof after having some HVAC problems. We first contacted another company who came out and quoted us almost $4000 to fix the the problem. After contacting Andrew he promptly responded and began his thorough inspection. He was able to find the problem (faulty duct work) and fixed it right away. What a relief it was to have such a trustworthy company like Under One Roof. Not only did it save me thousands of dollars, it also brought peace of mind that I now have a go to home repair guy.

Andrew responded to our call immediately! He came over and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC. He got the right parts and fixed it shortly thereafter. He did honest work, kept us informed, and saved us a fortune vs the big guys who just pushed to have us replace the entire system. Highly recommend!!

10/26 update** called Andrew for another job. He came out again and fixed some electrical wiring issues we were having on our back patio. Andrew got it fixed and working right away! He is reliable and knows his stuff. I will definitely call him again!

Andrew is great! Honest and fair and definitely on time. We left for a week and when we came home the bathroom was completely renovated and functional. Saved so much stress! And also a challenging kitchen sink now looks brand new!

I’m just a girl that doesn’t know much about things like lawnmowers. Thankfully Andrew does. He did a fantastic job tuning up my mower. It runs like new again, and I am super grateful for his efficient, quality work! Thank you, Andrew!

My husband and I have used Under One Roof LLC numerous times. We have multiple properties that need work or fixes and Andrew is always professional, courteous and on time. He always gets the job done and does it well. He is our go to guy when it comes to anything house related. He has installed new flooring, paint, tile, dishwasher, wall mounts for TV and electrical for hot tub. We always refer him out to friends or family or other real estate agents. After my renters called me panicking that the washing machine was badly leaking, I contacted Andrew to see if he could take a look and fix whatever was going on. They sent him a video of the leak and he was able to diagnose the problem from the video and quickly made it out to the property to repair the issue (broken/worn out valve). I appreciated that he was willing and able to get to the property really quickly and was also willing to work directly with my renters so I didn’t have to play middle-man to get the repair coordinated. I will certainly use him again for any and all future needs.

The owner is a great guy that charges appropriate prices. I needed some small jobs done to help get my old place sold. He was able to add a copper pipe to the water heater, cover the gap in some floors by front door and back slider, as well as replace some smoke detectors. I then asked him to come back to my new place to replace the kitchen sink and faucet, and when some movers accidentally dented some walls. He was able to repair the corner of an archway and a flat wall. Always communicates where he's at in the process and also if something comes up that may make him late. Likes to get things done in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable, answering questions not related to the job at hand. Also very kind and respectable. He's my go to for anything I need in terms of repair, installation, and anything else.
