Ultra Foam Roofing

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.

update 12/16/24

Five years later Frans and his crew returned to re-foam some sections that were demo'd as part of re-installing new facia. This time, the workers did not take precautions to prevent the substantial dust from the grinding of the foam edging. The result was a mess in our pool and everywhere else including the neighbors property! The company owner, Jon Sturos, made a lot of excuses. They did return to cleanup some of the dust and debris. This latest work including the sealant, should hold us for another five years. Don't know if we will use them again.

Ultra Foam does roof work as a subcontractor for our remodeling company as well as some roofing work on my personal residence and they've done a fantastic job for me personally and continue to do fantastic work for our company! Thanks to both Jon and Frans for their great customer service and attention to detail on our projects!
