If you're like me, it's always enjoyable to learn things. My scuppers on the flat roof were incorrectly installed in 2008 when the house was built by the original builder. I called several roofing companies out to do a roof inspection and get bids to fix some broken tiles. Showtime was the only company that showed up on time and was able to provide me photos as well. The bids they provided were fair and work was done quickly. The gentlemen that worked on the roof were efficient and cleaned up after the job well. We will be using this company for a full replacement when needed.

We noticed roof damage after a recent storm. Since the damage wasn’t covered under warranty we needed someone to complete the work, and quickly. I was seeking an estimate for repair of my concrete tiles that broke during a wind storm. Not only did they give me a more than fair price, they did the repair work the same day. We used Showtime for a foam roof on a new Casita+Workshop build. Their quote was reasonable, and Tony and Joe were always prompt in responding. The crews arrived at the date/time Tony said they would. The work was performed to a very high level of quality. We also got them to do some re-coating on our main house, which was also done promptly and the end result was great. I have recommended Showtime multiple times since, and will continue to do so.

After living in our house for 17 years, we called out Showtime to inspect the roof for damages. Tony showed up promptly at 6 AM and inspected the whole roof, including the flat roof over the patio. He was very thorough and took pictures to show the damage that he Identified, including about 50 cracked roof tiles. Tony thoroughly reviewed all the options, namely, replacing the flat roof and broken roof tiles along with repairing the shifting of the cap stones and explained the tar paper underlay condition. Never tried to upsell, and will provide estimates for repair and total replacement later today or tomorrow. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend contacting Showtime for any roof inspection needs.

After a brief storm it started raining in our laundry room. We called Joe to help us figure out the problem. He worked around our schedule and showed up exactly on time (after we cancelled on him last minute the previous day due to our baby being sick) and got straight to work. He took photos and was able to show us and explain in detail what was wrong. He did not try to upsell us a whole roof or give us some outrageous quote. He was prompt, professional, and addressed our issue quickly. We can tell he takes pride in his work and stands by any job they do. They also offer financing options if needed which is really awesome during such tough times. HIGHLY recommend Joe and his crew! Don’t risk shotty work with an unlicensed company when you can have probably the best work for a very reasonable price.

Wow!! Just Wow!! I had a tile come loose, the owner made it so easy & stopped by to do the estimate while I was working overtime at my hospice shift. Same day, I received a call that the tile had was not damaged & had only slid down and he put it back at no charge! I will definitely call them for my roofing needs in the future too!! This was beyond honest, it was kindness and professionalism!!

Joe and his team at Showtime Roofing were tremendous. We had a roof replaced in north Phoenix. Joe patiently answered my questions about different types of underlayment and potential charges for damaged plywood/fascia. The quote was very fair, the work was done on-time, and the work site was immaculate the entire time. They were able to reuse the original tile after replacing the underlayment (which I love from an environmental standpoint) and replace any broken tiles in a way that everything looks great. Showtime is very professional and I highly recommend them!

I recently had a dryer vent cover blow off my 2 story home during the last wind storm. I knew I didn't have the expertise to climb up on the house and try to re-install it, so I immediatly starting to look up vendors that can help.I came across Showtime Roofing and wanted to give them a try. I reached out via their site late in the evening and received a call back the next morning from Alex. She was very personable and asked a bit more about the situation. She did have availability that day to have a roofer come out, but I was in the office at the time. She was able to secure me a appointment the very next day betwen the hours of 6-7am if that worked for me. I made the appointment and the next day Anthony was here by 6:15am. He called 15 mins prior to let me know of his arrival time and even asked if that time would work for me (I was really appreciative of that aspect). When he arrived, I showed him the unit that was blown off and he immediately was able to get to work. Went up on the roof and was able to secure the unit and showed me pictures of the results and the price was definintely fair. I was happy and felt secure that this piece would not blow off again regardless of how hard the wind may blow. I'll certain recommed Showtime Roofing and use them in the future if needed.

Joe/Showtime Roofing was one several bids I obtained to strip and re-roof our 2400 sq ft home + a 720 sq ft patio roof. I ended up choosing Showtime Roofing and they did the job in early June 2022. I waited for some months to leave a review, as I wanted to see how the roof performed during the monsoon storms. I'm happy to report, no issues!
There were several reasons that I choose Joe over the other 4 bids I got. One was materials -- there were details in the materials Joe used that stood out. For one example, we chose a quality dimensional shingle. If you drive around, you will see that for most roofs with asphalt architectural / dimensional shingles, they took standard 3-tab shingles of the same color as the dimensional shingles, and cut each of them into 3 pieces for the ridges and peaks. This is a common cost cutting measure that most roofers do, but may not disclose to the homeowner. Joe did it correctly and used hip and ridge shingles for the peaks, which definitely gives a much more attractive appearance.
During the job, I could always reach Joe by phone if I had a question or an issue. Joe's crew started and completed the job on time as promised. The last point I would mention is that Joe's bid price was at or lower than the other bids I got, and as I said, there were some materials and methodology in the job that I felt were a little bit superior compared to that of other bids.
To sum up, I would definitely use Showtime Roofing again, and I would recommend Joe and his company to others.

As a 2nd generation roofer Joe knows AZ roofs and will take the time to explain what he sees in the initial inspection, the costs and he keeps to his word (very rare). His crew kept the materials neat an tidy and kept our yard as clean as possible. At the end Joe himself came and used his magnet to get all the missed nails, staples and other metallic debris from our yard so it was safe for my kids and their friends. Update to my original review. We had a leak under our HVAC unit caused by pests; Showtime found the leak and was able put a temporary seal until a permanent seal can be installed in the spring. With all of the rain, we are so appreciative. Our holidays would not have been fun with a leaky roof! They came
out to the house the morning after we called and resolved our issue quickly.

Had my porch coated and then the roof sealed. Great work highly recommend. Just recently had my whole roof redone amazing attention to detail!
