Had maintenance done for our tile roofing and the final cost was as the initial estimated quote. It was a pleasure dealing with Brody when he came out to inspect. We had two roofers work on this project, who were both very nice and professional and answered all our questions along the way. When completed, the site was nicely cleaned.

He diagnosed a plumbing problem that a professional plumber and the owner of another roofing company said was from a leaking chimney. I called Ultimate Roofing and am so glad I did! Roofer took the time to investigate the leak and my chimney. He actually found a leaking pipe that others missed. He inspected the roof and chimney thoroughly, showed me photos and videos of the chimney. No problems on the roof, only faulty plumbing. He was polite, kind, thorough and professional. What a nice guy to deal with! Thanks
