After 4 years of kicking this project down the road, finally decided to get a quote from ultimate home solutions (because of the great reviews). I was so surprised to see some of the most competitive pricing in our area given the high reviews.

There were 2 consultations at our home before we decided to pull the trigger. I was guided through my first door purchase and made the decision feeling fully informed and on board with all recommendations!

They installed the door in a few hours, and even noticed a small manufacturer defect, which they had already ordered new parts before showing me their work. Defect was corrected and they came back a few days later to finalize everything.

They did interior trim, offered to paint the caulk lines to clean them up, re-grouted exterior rock siding (ensured a perfect color match), and added clear caulking to protect from water.

Looks amazing! 3 neighbors stopped me to say they were jealous and it’s only been 2 weeks.

Ganya is also amazing on the phones!

Only advice is check out their showroom, learn about some doors!

We needed a new front door. I shopped around and landed on Ultimate Home Solutions. They are very knowledgeable & experienced, super nice, polite craftsmen. They didn’t just throw in the door, they put a lot of work into it & knew what they were doing. This is a family business. They care about the same things we do when it comes to home upkeep.

Dennis came out to measure, consult about the threshold, and make sure we had the same idea about what the door would look like. The door fits perfectly with a “whoosh” seal, & it opens like a charm. They made it easy for me to be happy with the results. I would definitely call them again.

I found Ultimate Home Solutions to be very helpful in determining what my house needed. I was in the market for some gutter guards and ultimately entirely new gutters. Windows can be an expensive project, but we felt that the quality and support of a locally owned family business would be worth it, which it was. We had to replace every window in our home so this was a big decision for us and we were looking for a local company that was accessible and stood behind their work. We had two windows, and a sliding patio door installed last fall. Professional service from start to finish! Dennis answered all of our questions and concerns. Installers arrived on schedule, and on a less than ideal day, treated our home with care. (snowing on Halloween) Most importantly, windows and door look great, and performed well against the winter cold. Would highly recommend this company!!

After getting quotes from several different window installers, we decided to go with Ultimate Home Solutions. Their salesman (Todd) was great to deal with, very genuine and not a high pressure situation. Very fair pricing and the v5500 restorations windows they install are very highly rated. The installation process with Colin and his team was outstanding. They took their time and did the install the right way vs just throwing the windows in. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Windows are expensive, but we plan on being in the home for a while so it made sense to us to go with a company that sells a top end product and really puts effort and care into their installation. Ultimate Home Solutions replaced my siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia in 2020. They did a wonderful job and my home looks beautiful. The company that cleans my gutters has been so pleased with the gutters and the way they were installed. This year one piece of siding was damaged. I contacted Ultimate Home Solution and within a week they acquired a length of my custom colored siding and replaced the damaged piece. It's so nice to work with a company that is still there to work with you 3 years after they complete the job. We had a sliding glass door and screen installed to go from the family room to the patio. The door looks great and slides & locks easily. We received great service by Dennis & his son who installed it. We would definitely use them again.

A storm dropped a 65' Ash tree on our house causing significant damage to the back wall siding, deck, sliding glass door and windows. Dennis and his crew at Ultimate Home Solutions did the siding and window replacement. Their work went very smoothly. Dennis was kind enough to point out a long-term water issue at the rear deck ledger board. Without that, the leak may not have been noticed until much later.

While I hope not to need them for the same reason again, I'd certainly recommend giving them a call for doors, windows and exterior remodeling work.

Ultimate Home Solutions subcontracted my siding, windows, gutters. The window guy was above average and had to correct one window. The gutter guy was excelent. The siding guy required continue supervision, did not communicate, seemed slow and I've had to repair siding multipule times in the years after.

Thanks for responding, but I've long since made the repairs. The problem was there were no fasteners used on the top most pieces of siding. Only silicone and this let go starting with the "storm damage" you mentioned.

We have used Ultimate for two jobs. They put in new window s for us and their work was excellent and the quality of the windows was very good. The second job was a new front door and storm door. Again the doors were excellent quality and they did the job quickly and proficiently. We were pleased with their work and would use them again.
